Thanks for that, downloading some now.
One thing I always liked about the judge, is that he goes one step further than those who just say things are wrong or illegal.
He gives you an idea on how to get your remedy.

I used to like the Judge, but he clearly is a tool for someone. His show and format is all about presenting a specific agenda. Virtually all his guests are there to echo his thoughts which are not consistent and well thought out. He is identical to Rush Limbaugh in that if anyone that strays off script he is cut off. This became obvious after watching his show seriously for a while. And like Limbaugh in a real debate the Judge gets his clock cleaned.

And, he is often hypocritical and clearly does not understand how the courts and the constitution actually work in this country right now. It's possible it was much different when he was on the bench. I don't know if he has a choice or is told not to stray to far afield.

The show would be much better if it were 3 segments of 20 minutes where the guests could have more thorough discussions. But that probably wouldn't fit the agenda...

I did see some of the Beck show's he hosted and they were only slightly better.

I'm still hoping for a intelligent, well informed, fearless chat show host to emerge, but not holding my breath!

Man would I like to interview Rumsfeld.
