i'm still- aghast and puzzled as to why after experiencing three days of these earthquakes (80 +) off this coastal area before the big ONE ! Why the Japanese national civil defense agency, did not call for an evacuation (if not a severe warning) to all in this region. All these lives, cars, planes, even ships lost?? Not to mention directing a gradual (if not prompt) shutting down of these nuclear plants??? They (the officials) had to know this was very likely to happen, but apparently weighed in on business as usual.

Mel fabregas, who is has the Veritas show, and posts under "Veritas" on here, mentioned this on his facebook page..

"One of my contacts in Japan said something very interesting. She was outside one of our military bases and observed many ships leaving very fast toward the north of Japan...ON WEDNESDAY. Remember, Japan has been threatening to get rid of our bases there for some time. Also, a piece of news that didn't make it here is the fact that the Japanese Foreign Minister quit last week..."
