Although I'm not a Christian, I've read that calling on the name of Jesus Christ in this situation is usually enough to send these little buggers running for cover. Anyone found it helps?

Yes it does, why don't you look for a catholic exorcist priest? you have nothing to loose, they do a very good job on those regards, no matter if you are catholic, christian, non beliver or what ever...they know what they are doing, I personally know father Antonio Fortea, he is an spanish exorcist, belive me he knows his job, its for real, you'd have to look for one near your friend's home.

Note: Exorcisms are not just to be practiced on people, they can be performed on places and even infested objects. I've read a couple of exorcist manuals.

burn some sage in the area you want clear, no ringing bells or wind chimes in or around the area, just simply tell them to go home, they are no longer welcome. any books, photos,and such with relation to this get them out of the home. this will help.

what can a person do when you need something good to happen i've tried everything i know which isnt much other than hoping and praying asking for giudence but to no avail ?

I'm sorry I just don't understand why people would put themselves in such a vulnerable position dealing with the occult. I find it so very scary and will stay away at all costs, I'm sorry I have no advice for your friend except in future think before you delve into something you know nothing about

so the question is if you knew this man needed an exorcism, would you give it to him right away, or would curiosity make you wait to see if he does it again?

that is the dilemma with his spirit guides...

not all of them are as nice as they should be...

Most guides do not interfere to a great extent in a person life if they did then we would not have rapists, murderers, drug addicts and thieves in society. We still have the free will to go against that intuitions which is saying "hmmm maybe you should not do that".

ahhh, so by not interfering, they are molding his spirit by giving the opportunity to make the right choice... That is a good way to think of it...

but after speaking with many guides I realized they are just ancestoral spirits and some can be pretty naughty...

Yes but there is a difference between ancestral spirits and guides. From my understanding rarely do guides ever have an influence on our material world and this belief that guides are always next to you, I find not to be true as they exist on a higher plane all together. Ancestral spirits on the other hand reside in another realm, probably the place we go to between reincarnations and they are able to interact with our world.

However an ancestral spirit/soul may be younger than your own soul as the only thing that an ancestral spirit signifies is that they were a soul that inhabited the body of your ancestor. But we must remember that a soul it not limited to a specific family line, one past life could have be in England and the next China. From my souls point of view this ancestral spirit is only some soul who inhabited my bodies ancestor. That is why you should always be cautious with such spirits because they may be stranger to you in the spiritual sense.

Its like some guy coming up to you and saying "Yeah I drove the 1950's model of that make of car" while you are driving the newest model. Just because that guy drove an earlier version does not mean that he is family.

I must admit its hard to explain and there are also souls we know as ghosts which have not moved on for certain reasons which can trick people into believing they are good spirits.

many years ago, my family and i played with a oujia board. through not knowing enough, we invited some unwanted pests. it took some time to get rid of them. moving doesn't work. they follow you. we tried throwing the board away. but it always returned. usually found it in the attic. then one night, i lit a fire in the fireplace and threw the board in there, big flames and a small explosion........things calmed down a lot after that. we sometimes have a creeping that comes about, but we're all so sick of paying attention too it, that it doesn't last for long. i don't think it was an evil entity, because i think that they hang around regardless and want to cause serious damage, maybe we had a lazy spectre.......i wouldn't be surprised.......there are lots of remedies out there. tell your friend to try each one. smudging is supposed to be a good start.

Well 3optic, delving into things we dont understand can ruin your life. Your friend has done enough, doing anything else could be worse. Tell her to hire the local tallent and do only what they tell her to do. If that doesnt work hire someone else. If your friend or any of us is going mess around with this kinda thing we need to study it with competent help. My feeling was always that magik spells etc were a violation of sorts, someone else here just called it a "hack" thats about right Id say. Just read the discription of the Goetia Spirits the Illuminati types dialog with, NO THANKS. Actually, dont read it, thats how the all this got started isnt it LOL. BTW it occures to me that its time we ALL had some help down here isnt it? For another thread I guess. We wish her well of course, please let us know what happens.

In order to call upon something first you should believe in it i guess. I think requests to JC get put in an order .. you can immagine the amount of requests JC gets daily ! Id say in all fairness he would consider the faithful first and foremost proportional to their Karma. Then the rest .. perhaps the ones that do not deserve an answer never receive one ..

thats my take on how it may work.

hi 3optic i've sort of studying magic of all sorts even the necronomicon i even have the necronomicon book that comes out only once every 30yrs to complete the necronomicon series...what i suggest is tell your friend what book she was reading from and from then on try to identify what came in then you see how you deal with it different beings need different tactics not sure if its the right word to use,and tell your friend to get a book to enhance hers or his psychic first and aura i would suggest the one i have its called "THE PSYCHIC'S BIBLE" By Jane Struthers i would recommend for every one to have a book like this its very helpful.

A close friend has been working on an occult themed project. She has very little experience in these things so she may have opened a door and is now hosting some negative entities in her home (I think she read a book on witchcraft). My understanding is that this commonly happens to researchers, or tourists.

I suggested she strengthen her auric field with yoga and play mantras. I don't know how this is handled in the occult world. My thinking is that is a slippery slope to delve deeply as it opens one up for psychic attacks. Am I misinformed? Anyone have suggestions?

Dabbling in the occult is a prescription for trouble, being totally ignorant of it and entering the field is reckless beyond belief. Some folks say it is opening doors etc. I use the term "giving license to" things that you are not going to like. Some times people think they are in contact with benevolent spirits/beings but in the end the results are the same, the persons life winds up a shipwreck. Entering the world of the Occult or unseen realm totally ignorant means you now have a huge problem and do not know what to do about it. Judging by the advice that is usually given by most others they know as much as the person in need of help.
Common obvious physical traits for those involved in the occult are things like severe arthritis and over all physical depreciation. Flowers and salt and all the other remedies are fun in children's books but I would not want to have that as my defense. In the ether and space around us it is full of things that generally speaking most people are not aware of. These things are an influence in peoples lives whether they realize it or not, when some one begins to inquire into the unseen and unknown to them realm it gives license for the things that are there and emboldens them greatly to occupy you and your space. Depending on what you have conjured up will determine what you are in for, there is an antidote to all this of course, the first thing to do is recognize this is serious business and treat it that way. If you belong to The Lord you can invoke His name and any and all entities will recognize that Spirit in you and will back off, if you are not a Spirit filled christian then now would be a good time to call upon Him and find out if He is real or not. Many of the experienced and trained psychics go through a living hell at times even though they seem impressive in public they suffer many things and are really not in control of their situation.
Catholic exorcists and most religious practices are just a bunch of hokus pokus done by people who are no better off than the ones they are supposedly helping. Beyond that there are people who are familiar with the subject at hand and are a great help with or with out the churches blessing. With or with out someone else's help the individual can take control of the situation, if they earnestly and honestly call upon The Lord He will help them, they need to get a Bible and get to know it and never look back.
This person that is working on the occult project needs to proclaim Jesus Christ as their Lord and mean it, then go around their home and go into every room where they live and claim it in the Name of Jesus and then pray the blood of Christ over that room and clean that place out. Then go through the home and remove and throw out anything that can give license to any unsavory spirit to be there, Bhudas or any other idol, books, porn, dream catchers etc.
This may sound hoky to some but I have been through this stuff and experienced it with others, when it comes right down to the nitty gritty there are two sides of which we must choose one or the other, the serpentine spirit or Yahushuah (Jesus) and The Ruach Hakodesh (Divine Spirit).
