That proton spitting monster was sunspot nr. 1165. Its still on the backside of the sun, but it has become more active than before, so it seems. It must have been erupting in an enormous explosion to create that proton-flow..

It is still looming behind the southwestern limb, but coming up soon.
The next week might be good for a show...

Darla, I have called her morningstar several times and had to go back to make the change afterwards...

I see it too and for some reason, it just fits...

Standing there at sunrise this morning I realized why MorningStar fits MorningSong, she knows more about it than anyone I know, for the Morningstar is our sun...

Yes, we are in a flow of solar wind emitting from a coronal hole.

This is a very nice pict; lots of high altitude oxygen being charged gives off the red color, rarely seen.

Wiki has a good explanation of this phenom:

Quote Auroras result from emissions of photons in the Earth's upper atmosphere, above 80 km (50 miles), from ionized nitrogen atoms regaining an electron, and oxygen and nitrogen atoms returning from an excited state to ground state. They are ionized or excited by the collision of solar wind particles being funneled down and accelerated along the Earth's magnetic field lines; excitation energy is lost by the emission of a photon of light, or by collision with another atom or molecule:

    oxygen emissions
Green or brownish-red, depending on the amount of energy absorbed.
    nitrogen emissions
Blue or red. Blue if the atom regains an electron after it has been ionized. Red if returning to ground state from an excited state.

Oxygen is unusual in terms of its return to ground state: it can take three quarters of a second to emit green light and up to two minutes to emit red. Collisions with other atoms or molecules will absorb the excitation energy and prevent emission. The very top of the atmosphere is both a higher percentage of oxygen, and so thin that such collisions are rare enough to allow time for oxygen to emit red. Collisions become more frequent progressing down into the atmosphere, so that red emissions do not have time to happen, and eventually even green light emissions are prevented.

This is why there is a colour differential with altitude; at high altitude oxygen red dominates, then oxygen green and nitrogen blue/red, then finally nitrogen blue/red when collisions prevent oxygen from emitting anything. Green is the most common of all auroras. Behind it is pink, a mixture of light green and red, followed by pure red, yellow (a mixture of red and green), and lastly pure blue.

And, yes, I feel that the ingress of charged particles from coronal holes (solar wind) may also trigger EQs, too.

what do you think of the metal objects around the sun showing up the same time as the Rings?

Not sure what these rings are but, as they seem absent from direct visuals from the Sun; I suspect they are annular interference (diffraction) patterns around the video protective disk. Also, due to an absence of depth perception, where are those shiny things? Dust on the objective? Planet size objects near the Sun's surface? No idea.

I'm wondering if they are containment rings around the sun directing energy away from us...

something I just noticed about the Colorado earthquake...

It was directly under power lines...

    colorado quake

in one of Tesla's experiments, he said power could be drawn without touching the wires...

is this possibly a point where the tectonic plates could be accessed to draw power?

The power just like lightning comes from the ground, not air...

ps Check this out, a lightning image coming from close to the same area...

how many houses do you think that single lightning bolt can power?

not sure about the source, but they are saying...

Quote The voltage depends on the length of the bolt: with the of air being 3 million volts per meter, this works out at about one billion volts for a 300m (1,000 feet) lightning bolt.
That could power a few Ipods...

when you zoom in you realize it isn't just 8 or 10 they are everywhere...

notice how the sun is reflecting from the wrong side?

these would have to be enormous many times the size of earth to be on the far side to match reflections in relation to us...

Ok... Devil's advocate: How about light reflected back onto space specks nearby the SOHO satellite?

Would need a few spotted from both stereo satellites correlated to SOHO....

if you look at the top right, if it was space dust is the equipment using spotlights?

I think something just happened behind closed doors, suddenly patents that have been held from the public were released, 15000 of them...

now we are looking at images that haven't been processed?

I think we are getting what we've been waiting for...

Quote Tesla's plan was ingeniously simple, and actually works ! You just need a

    Tesla

Quote * Tower that you can resonate.
    * An oscillator of moderate power,
    * Some tuning equipment, and
    * a little tweaking,

    to get things ready.

Now you are all set, to send out your excitation signal.

On the receiving end all you need is

    * an appropriately wound and tuned resonant circuit,
    * a ground rod of good quality, and
    * one wire going to your light bulb.

Yes, there is just one wire connecting the coil to the light bulbs. That's it! The transmitted energy from the tower sets up standing waves in the resonate circuit and the "vacuum energy" "lasers out" and powers the light bulbs. Even this little cardboard mailing tube coil, which is being powered by the AM tower outside, although very inefficient, shows at least, that under the right conditions, this concept of Tesla's, does work!

However, providing free power for everyone did not go over well with Tesla's financial backers...

Ellen Sherman — J. P. Morgan, did not want to back something that was going to give free energy to people. Who, he could put no meter on. He could not get any money from it, what so ever.

Tad Wise — When Morgan pulled his support, he not only ended Tesla's career as the major scientist of his day, but, he made a laughing stock of him, in the eyes of his scientific peers. When that was all pulled away from him, he was a desperate man on any number of fronts.

V.O. — And, that desperation, may have lead him to use the partially constructed tower to conduct a fateful experiment, in the summer of 1908.
