    Default Enlightenment: Practical steps

    ----

    Dear Avalonians

In this thread I will publish a concise text about the different steps of a spiritual journey.
The material will be clearly structured, so that you easily find the topic that you need. Everything I publish here is based on my own work, personal experience, teaching, therapy and the exchange with clients, students and friends.

My teaching-style you might have met here already:
    https://projectavalon.net/forum4/show...ritual-Healers

As far as my schedule allows I will answer upcoming questions of general interest.

    * * * * * * * *

    Any blissful moment,
when everything is absolutely perfect for you,
when you're overwhelmed with love and joy,
when you peacefully permeate the Universe - this as a moment of enlightenment.

Moments like this happen - and disappear - probably / hopefully most of you have experienced them.
This is like the little sample you get in stores as a temptation... Do you buy it?

I would like to tempt you... And I would like to support you.

The spiritual journey has always been and still is the most exciting and the most satisfying 'project' in my life.
It's been my main topic for at least 35 years. - So I can say: There is logic, the steps are describable and doable - the experinces sometimes are difficult to describe

    * * * * * * * *

Avalon Members of course are not beginners.

But after teaching for many years I know that many questions arise on a spiritual journey.
I'll offer some answers here - they might be helpful.

    Good to know:

    1. There are smaller and bigger moments of enlightenment.
    2. Every Chakra can be enlightened or not.
    3. Enlightenment can be achieved and is not just an "act of Grace of some unknown God."
    4. Enlightenment is not permanent. - It can be lost - otherwise we wouldn't be here.

    Okay, let's start then.

I have some theory to offer... But let's first take our concentration to the third eye.

This is a point in the center of your head.

If this is new for you try this:
Visualize an apple! The apple appears on your inner screen or somewhere in front of you. This is how we see, using our inner eye/s. It is always a little bit like through a glass with steam on it. - You will get used to it...
The place from where you project the image is your third eye. - The position can slightly change, because the third eye belongs to your energetic body and not in the physical.

At the beginning this concentration can be very tiring. If so, go there for short durations, again and again. Or how I described it here:
    https://projectavalon.net/forum4/show...l=1#post182120
    Stay playful!

Don't sit there too long trying very hard to be still...

Be more like a honeybee, getting tiny amounts of the sweetest nectar here and there.

Your nectar shall be: "I'm a free spiritual being."

Have a drop of this nectar again and again - just one sentence - just one glimpse of joy - love - gratefulness...
And you do this from your third eye. And it's all fine to feel the resonance of the sweetness in the heart.

Slowly this 'muscle' becomes stronger - and at a certain point this will be your natural window through which you look into the world.

This is the seat of your consciousness.

Don't worry - we will balance it with the other chakras.

    1. Introduction

Now doubt, we all are coming from a divine source, I call it the Numinous. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Numinous

It's Unity: no observer - no subject. That's why it is indescribable.
What ever you say about the Numinous is wrong and right at the same time:
It's nothing - its every thing - it is not...
    It's eternal - it's a constant now...
It's everywhere - it's nowhere - actually it is beyond space and time...
So why is it at all interesting to understand and experience it?

If you have your priority here, if you love this divine source you are connected to the source of endless love. And after healing your personal things this very essence will be pouring out of you - always...

But the goal of all spiritual work is not do melt into the numinous and disappear for all times

Beings might desappear and take a break (I go there during the night, when my body sleeps), but then they prefer to be here in one way or the other.

    There is no other source.

Not even for 'devils', 'demons', Reptilians, any ET's...
Beings are beings - all divine, if you like it or not.

Experiences have transformed them to different, more dense qualities of consciousness.
Some beings have become destructive because their constructive attempts were not successful.
They have been programed or hypnotized in astral spheres or maybe even during a lifetime.

We all got some programs, that's normal. They separate us from Einlighenment, make us forget, or even make us insane... more or less - hmmm

The chance to heal and get rid of programming is there, because the divine sparkle cannot be destroyed.
(But it can be very difficult or even impossible to reach within a lifetime, I'm sorry to say - - - )

All the spiritual realms and all the astral spheres are mirrored in our personal chakras.
So every Chakra has an more subtle equivalent. - More about this later.

When we enter this body we first make the connection with the third eye and from there we in-carnate - we enter the flesh (carne means flesh.)

In a ideal situation we learn to use all our tools:

That means we live in all our Chakras and enjoy the treasure of these abilities.

Less ideal, and actually the common situation:

    Only 2 - 3 Chakras are in use -
The used Chakras are somehow damaged and in bad shape -
The person is emotionally thrown back and forth, up and down, feels pushed around, is more or less limited or even disoriented.

So one of the main issues here is to get access to the chakras and to provide the means to heal them.

The use of a hammer is obvious. A Chakra is a bit more complicated. But there is logic in it.

    See you soon, Sepia

Dear Sepia, I think I have 1 up and running. . (maybe 2) The others are a bit elusive tho. How to transfer this to the cerebral???? They wont move and are stuck in their own place. Is this normal??? Are they meant to move around the body or open seperate from one another and not speak to each other. Do they all have their own special tweaking mechanism that when open in unison........... will do what exactly, what will being ascended actually do for us on this plane?? (I have the solar plexus and "bottom" one open (intermittantly)).
    .
I had a vision / dream where I confronted someone who was to take me into ascention - I asked to be given a view, and to be perfectly honest it was all a bit boring. Peaceful loving infinate pure, with one, - but it did not provide the ups and downs, emotions, connections to others, fun and laughter that I have now ...... everything was just so perfect on a spiritual front, but devoid of passion. It was quite different. Have I completely lost the plot???? Did i get the wrong message?

Perhaps I need a straight jacket???

...so let me quickly put my harp aside and pause my Halleluja-singing...

A straight jacket??? - Wouldn't be my first idea, but if you like to have this experience?

If spirituality seems boring to you, it is probably not yet the right thing

For me it's the greatest thing I came across - and I often experience myself as more alive then many, not only in my generation.

More material will come that can also be quite helpful for a passionate woman like witchy1.

    Enjoy the day, sweetheart.

Sepia, many thanks for generously sharing what you've learned with us. Also, your posts on nuclear energy are helping me understand the incredible power of compassion, empathy, forgiveness and gratitude.

Witchy, maybe some of us agreed to incarnate on Earth again partly because of what you've described? I can imagine discussing the pros and cons with another soul:

"Are you sure you want to be stuck in a body and a 3-D life again? Remember the sense of isolation and the suffering? Remember all the limitations?"

"Yeah, it's really tough... But remember how exciting it was? Remember eating, drinking, making love, laughing, dancing, and all those wonderful moments when you connect with a kindred soul?"

    Dear witchy1,
I am wondering if the fact that in your dream you were shone someone elses view of ascension, rather than experiencing the bliss first hand, could make it appear boring. It would be kind of like looking at a photo rather than being there and experiencing it perhaps.

Just wondering and thinking perhaps there are many blissful spiritual "experiences" in your future...

    Much love,
    Julia

    Dear Sepia,
Thank you for this thread. I am able to go into the third eye with concentration and reach this place of bliss. It is like an alignment of your physcial with your higher self and I first must clear any baggage or it will not work well. Some times it is easy, sometimes the chatter of the mind makes it quite difficult.

When I was a child I did this spontaneously and often. I had a best friend and we would talk about this and do this together. One day while on the swings of the playground, our entire class went in and the older kids came out to play and we were both not even aware. When the teacher assistant came out to get us we were both sitting on the swings "daydreaming." She was scolding us as we were making our way up the steps to our classroom. I remember my friend and I just smiled to each other. We could not tell her we were playing in the heavens!

We are very blessed to have you share your gifts with us dear Sepia! You are a wonderful, nurturing teacher!
    Much Love,
    Julia

    dear sepia.
may i share my experience with you .
and could you tell me if i,m on the right track.
i started meditating many years ago.
self taught.so i don,t know if its right or wrong.
i often do it before going to sleep .lying down.
i often feel a pulling in my forehead(something like elastic).recently there has been a gentle pushing on my right temple.
and the elastic feeling goes across my forehead.

this sometimes happens without me even trying.as soon as my head hits the pillow.

my body temperater raises during this mediation.sometimes i start to sweat.and as soon as i finish i would cool down quickly,to normal temperature.
my breathing can become as if i feel i do not breathe.i am breathing from my stomach.
i feel as if i want to rise up(obe)but there is a weight pulling my body down.
especially at the base of the head.it becomes very heavy.
i have seen many colours in my minds eye and in the bedroom.
and sometimes at night i see streaks of colour.

    is this awakening,induced meditation.
am i doing the process right.
    thank you

Dear Sepia, I think you are an angel walking the earth. I cant wait for more information.

I do have moments where I think Im really getting it, and more recently weird things like people morphing in front of my eyes (weird), feeling light and emerged with the ether - floating almost. Intense feelings of pure love and joy. Gotta admit its kinda cool.

I understand there are not many truely ascended souls walking the earth, (or perhaps they are hiding - LOL) do you think the ascended soul is capable of healing the sick, manifesting anything desired (for the greater good) travelling thru the ether etc?

I love this thread, thank you so much for sharing Sepia
