    Addendum to Level 10:

We can learn to leave the stage of the play - in Meditation.

In post 129 and 131 (Audio) I have tried to show ways to do so.
    .
    Here in short:
    • Dis-identify from your body, your role, your image...
      .
    • Look from outside - but not even like the director of the play
who gives orders how to change some gestures, some text...
      .
    • ...but more like an angel sitting on a cloud - looking onto the stage with love and compassion - leave everything up to the free decision of the players - don't interfere.
Relax your hands - let go of every impulse to act.
    .
....and NO: I didn't say this is LIFE - but this is Meditation.

This is how you learn to take an external viewpoint. And this is needed, because:

Problems can not be solved from the level they are created.

    * * * * * * *

Enjoy the sweetness of spiritual love and heal your heart. - We all got injured...

Chapter 12: Joy and playful creativity on Level 11

    ----

Let's continue our Meditation and connect to the higher octave of the fifth Chakra.

    - Bring your focus to your third eye - relax...
    - Don't try to lift yourself out of the body - but let go of the identification with the body.
    - See yourself as a free spiritual being rather than an incarnated being.
    - You don't have to go anywhere. - The vast space will open up from here by changing the vibration.

You should see the joyful relief of those who have learned how to leave all the heaviness behind

When I write this, I myself resonate with the subtlety of this frequency of Level 11. Let me reach out for you and remind you of the absolute freedom, fearlessness, pure joy, laughter, sound, light and lightheartedness, colors, dance, multidimensional patterns of energy moving...

These are all qualities of our essence - very well hidden behind layers of fear.

Why nothing hurts on Level 11

    • Beings who come here no longer have attention on the physical or astral universes.
So all the heaviness connected to Level 1 - 9 falls off.
      .
    • Even the last traces of heaviness from level 10 - which is love and compassion is left behind.
      .
(On level 10 many beings are paying attention to the pain and misery of others who reside on lower planes.
      - How far have our sisters and brothers separated from there true nature... this often drives tears into our eyes. How we can help I will discuss later.)

      .
    • No 'loss' of a friends is weighing us down. - Every being can be found.
If we join them on spiritual sphere the meeting is pure and joyful -
if the other being has drifted to lower frequencies we will be able to spiritually reach out -
or we will accept the dynamics that this being has chosen for an experience...
      .
    • We are able to create sparkles of consciousness and put them out in order to play with them. And we can take them back again or leave them out there...
      .
    • No other being can put us in a prison. Any prison only exists as a thought-form on astral level - and it is a lie, an illusion for those who dwell in spiritual quality.
      .
    • If we choose to have a form we create one in an instant.
The 'form' will never be solid enough that anybody could hold on to it.
      .
    • Nothing can be taken from us: All we have is ourselves.
      .
    • We are beyond MIND and dwell in a very subtle quality of consciousness which is far more subtle than "astral traveling", energetic work, words, mental constructs, etc.
      .
We play - we don't act with intention.
      .
    • We are were we wish to be. Distance is no criteria... We are free to move forward and backwards in time and space -
      .
or expressed more precisely: we can be everywhere in eternal time-space.

Needless to say that this ability can not be (mis-)used for any investigative tasks.
You would not be able to find any weapons in other countries...

Everything is an expression of absolutely free will.
There are no means to force anyone...

    * * * * * * *

Enjoy the beauty of your / of all spiritual essence.

    Love Sepia

Nature in it's diversity is like the beauty of level 11 crystallized as matter.

    ----

Musicians, composers, creative people most often have very strong antennas to this level.

A good artist is able to manifest a piece of heaven here on earth.

Endless creative ideas of effortlessness, elegance and beauty. -
Mozarts music represents Level 11 extremely well,

    as a brilliant rainbow does

or the lovely dance of butterflies over a blooming meadow.

I hope you have many lighthearted moments today.

With my love to you, Sepia

    ----

Chapter 13: Unlimited awareness, spiritual understanding on Level 12

    ----

We went through many steps of understanding and development,
we became aware of different frequencies and
have learned that every frequency of consciousness is like a Universe of itself.
    .
    .
As soon as we are able to transcend all the human dependencies -
of course they are there to a certain extent as long as we live in a body...
we are growing into highest spiritual understanding of who we are:
    .
    • The experience of a subtle individuality is still there,
there is still this 'I' - but there is no trace of pride or other Ego-aspects that were so terribly important on astral levels.
      .
    • We are whole.
There is nothing we would need from others because our most inner core is the Numinous and so we are absolutely complete.
      .
    • At the same time we understand: we are all and everything.
If we 'look' around we see parts of the devine not in any ways separated from us.
      .
    • This is full responsibility and love of a mature spirituality.
      .
    • We are Brahma - Vishnu - Shiva
      .
means we are able to create, to sustain and to de-create.
      .
    • No other being is higher - and this fills us with greatest humility and dignity.
A divine being under divine beings.
      .
    • The question of belonging is not existing.
We are far beyond groups, labels, colors, religions...
Why should we belong to one group in order to fight against any others?
Why should we betray one group for the benefit of any others?
      .
    • Here we reach an understanding which leads into the highest quality of Ethics.

      Looked from this spiritual viewpoint:
      .
    • the main reason for being within this game is to be - and not to do.
      .
Beingness has often a stronger effect than Fight.
      .
    • Karma takes it's course - no spiritual being is playing the role of the Angel of revenge, because it is not needed.
Karma playes out naturally all by itself and defines much of the game (not everything - because new things can be started at any time) between Level 1 - 9.
      .
    • Those who separate themselves from spirituality and love
pay the prize of being separated from spirituality and love - it's as simple as that.
      But it's agony. -
    There is more to say:
    - more about Level 13 / 14 and how all this knowledge can be applied...

    Love, Sepia

    My Dearest Sepia,

Thank you for this wonderful thread and the knowledge you gave us. You were the most natural choice to head up the spiritual section of the new forum.

Just in case you forgot what I wrote to you a few weeks ago I will repeat it again.

Stay strong Sepia...be who you are and when it might get a little tough or your beautiful light dims a little always remember that there is someone whom you have never met holding your space for you until you return back to being the fabulous full force shining light that you are.
I promise I am there for everyone and I promise I will stand as strong as I can to protect and guard the sacred space we all have and own. Nobody needs to know my name other than it is done with all my love and all the compassion I can give.

Never ever forget that you are truly loved.

These have suddenly hit me like a train, like the scene where the car gets stuck on the rail tracks and can't move, the train came at me, passed right through me and left me shattered but at the same time a more whole person.
I lost track of being because I went outside of myself, of my truth, took on some other form of truth, dressed it up and tried to make it mine when all the time it is about loving being inside your own skin. But the paradox is that it had to happen. I had to give away my energy in order to realise how much it meant to me, how precious it was, I had to touch the negative in order to know how beautiful and soul-fulfilling it is to embrace all that is good, truly good.
I'm not sure I'm making sense to anyone but I had to write it down so that it could be like a promise to remember

    ----

    Going home

    ----

There are several reasons to go back home into the most subtle spiritual quality of our being.
    .
    .
    All reasons are good reasons:

Sometimes the reason is joy, gratefulness, love...

    Sometimes it's suffering...
    .
    • What once was a playing-field turns into a battle-field -
      .
    • where Ego's keep hurting each other with sharp (s)words in order to conquer... to prove... to be better than others -
      .
    • we can expect that more and more layers will be add to the topics discussed -
      .
    • by people who want to make the world a better place...
      .
    • We see all the damaged hearts... and expect more damage to happen -
      .
    • from time to time a light blinks up for a short moment... when Greybeard and others point out spiritual values.
      .
    • And then the longing to go home becomes irresistible.

The stronger our inner longing is
    > the softer we will lean towards our spiritual essence and the easier we merge with it...
    .
    > This is how we become one with Unity.
    .
    > This is where the 'I' and the 'me' is dying -
    .
    > Time to rest. - We pause.
    .
    > Tensions fall off because there is nothing for them to stick on.
    .
    > No resistance, no thoughts, no emotions, nothing...
And some moments or hours later we will be 'reborn from the light' -
like waking up - but awakened

And the world is still the same - the struggle goes on and on and on...

Millions and millions of years - again and again...

But sometimes spiritual things even happen on battle fields...

With love - like always, Sepia

Oh, it makes such a lot of sense to me - and makes me happy to hear this from you.

Remembering - yes - this is the secret.

And only by embracing it honestly and with love every day this wisdom stays alive...
and doesn't turn into a photograph, two dimensional and dead.

I am exactly as special as you are

the physical world is and has been so hard and demanding.
can,t wait to throw off this heavy coat.
even though i know that when we move on we will laugh and cry at our memories, learning in the phsiycal.
and we will judge ourselfs, for there is no right or wrong but only self.
but it is the material world that is stopping us from developing our selfs.
there can be so much confusion.

if we can enhance our understanding here and now, then it is a true gift.
but it really does not matter as we will all get there.

so when life gets you down as it will do.
look for the spark,or ask someone to help you.
for a simple word or sentence may help you on your way.
thank you Sepia thank you Greybeard.

In moments of grace the waves in the lake high up in the mountains calm down,
even the wind of thoughts is there no more...
not the tiniest ripple on the surface...
    .
Then the sky is perfectly mirrored in the lake
and you won't even know where the sky meets the water of the lake...

This is the miracle of becoming one in silence of meditation - as explained by Indian Mystics.

Sepia, I shared this with a friend the other day, and in reading your last post, it seemed to fit here. Thank you for being you, love and grace, e

A mountain lake in Switzerland: What a beautiful surprise Giovonni

It's just around the corner... no need to visit Lake Mansarovar at Mount Kailash then -

...and the experience described in the last post can be found even closer...

    ----

    Chapter 14: The Numinous

    ----

'The Numinous' is my choice of word for the highest spiritual quality.
For my perception it resonates well with our time and culture.

In India numerous names exist of which ANAMI (nameless) is my favorite.
It gives my sweet shivers along the spine like LOVE running through my system.
Might have to do with previous lifetimes in that culture...
    .
    .

The Numinous is indescribable - It's paradox...
    • It is the opposite of Diversity or Multiplicity which is seen in the Universe in it's physical, astral and spiritual aspects.
      .
    • It is the source of everything -
      .
    • It is nothing at all! - but everything in potential -
      .
    • It is unity - so there is no subject watching an object -
and if you die into this quality you won't see or experience anything -
      .
    • it doesn't make a difference if you spend 'here' 1 second or one million years -
although the realities around change in the meantime.
    .
    .
To call this quality GOD seems to 'dangerous' to me.
Most people think they know who or what GOD is
but still they talk about many different things, beings, philosophical aspects -
so I'm not going into this discussion.
    .
    .

What is the point in melting into this quality - if there is nothing at all?
    .
There are 3 major topics to this:
    .
    1. What happens just before entering?
    2. What happens after we come back?
    3. How does this influence your existence?

    P.S. I haven't forgotten Level 13...
