I can't believe my very first post is a urine tip, but here it is:

I find it very soothing during the day when staring at the computer. Poor tired eyes get a lot of strain. So I just fill up an eyecup with urine, which is cool, and I bathe both eyes several times a day. It feels great and I have the idea that I may be preventing cataracts, but have no idea if that is true.

Thank you for starting this topic & to everyone sharing this information. Yes it is probably the most amazing medicine on the planet if not in Universe

today I have started a Urine fast and will be fasting for two weeks, maybe longer. With fasting I have some experience and so know how powerful it can be on its own and want to basically give shivambu or chi pee the chance to work its magic.
Most of the holiday food would probably not be vegan anyway so why not?

being a bit experienced in the action of not eating the concept of solar breathing or breatharian feels very true, as after the first 3 days fasting it's not mentally or physically painful or annoying anymore it's..living gliding through life. Haven't done it in over a year though. Combined with Sun gazing, Shivambu and Earthing, bare feet on the ground I think we've broken the code that will make everything else more available to us - & I am so excited to start traveling the country, making art, connecting with people (no more anxiety) and practicing these natural ways of being. I don't want to be depressed or lost anymore! Smiling from the center of my heart * This must be sticked!

I do wonder at what point it will, if at all get stickied almost 70,000 views now :D ...
I also can gauge that others in the "health" arena do this practice but for commercial reasons do NOT mention it at all as it could 'turn off' less open minded followers from their products or message they bring... I have nothing to sell as I find information and sharing should be free, and those who find my healing do so when they need it and trials are available FOC generally as the testimonials I have are pretty profound, even if I do say so myself... If I was my "old me" reading my testimonials I would also be in disbelief too lol... anyway...

Keep taking the piss...
