I have been drinking distilled water for about a year now and the effects have been amazing. I feel much healthier now and my energy is a lot higher. I usually get some colds a year but I havent even been CLOSE too feeling sick since i started. The acke i think almost everyone feels today in the joints has also completely dissaperared. Kinda feels like im floating around. It's wonderful! I also recommend it for people with acne, seems to be just about the only thing that really helps. Don't forget to supplement with Himalaya Salt though, this is important.

Don't supplement with in-organic salt, this includes Himalayan salt... the body doesn't process them too well... You are clogging the body.

Try just drinking urine what this thread is all about... AND do a fresh juice to get organic minerals into the body or eat raw organic veggies or fruit.

thanks... I'm a believer... I do think that there has to be a mental transition that has to take place first
before people can do the physical act... i.e. for example, reading the information over and over again (until you could pass a test if you had to...

I think it is difficult for most people, because it is evidence or proof or how weak our control over our own minds really is, especially if you still can't overcome the fear repulsion, after you are educated and aware of the available information. There will still be an emotional component because your lifetime of memories of past information is summated into emotional experiences. And this is a real factor, this is where mind (in this case reason, logic, knowledge) must be used to overpower body (emotion, fear, dread, etc) this is where one 'perception' (a false one) is overpowering another 'perception' (new information)

Only repetition and focused intent will help you here I'm afraid...

I don't think anyone who has read all the information can argue against it truthfully and honestly. I remember a lot of misperceptions that I had to 'deal with' before I could move forward, such as perceiving it as waste, when it was in fact an overflow byproduct of blood serum.

That it is CAN pass germs, (if you let it sit, it would still be ideal for external use) But that it is in fact sterile when it comes out of your body.

There are others but those are the two biggest misperceptions hidden away from the mainstream (excuse the pun) that I hear repeatedly.

I like how Tar-zen took the video and corrected the mistakes made in it... good for him...

Also part of they process is the feedback, both your body getting feedback to all it systems and organs, and you yourself consciously. You will know when you are taking too much salt for example, and although repeated drinking you can filter that out through the feces (you will purge) it would be just as simple (and natural) to consume less salt... and simple things like that... it doesn't have to be complicated...

I had an insight a few days ago, as to why drinking urine might be so healthy.

It's likely a good source of well structured, well mineralized, water.

(Unfortunately, it probably has more of the particular minerals the body decided it had too much of, and less of the minerals the body was short of, as well as some soluble toxins the body was trying to get rid of.)

But properly structured water is precious, and if no better source is available, urine beats absence.

Other ways to structure water seem to involve water flowing through a magnetic field, water in a vortex in a magnetic field, or water spinning it around a tuned crystal. Adding certain sounds, such as some music or shamanistic drums improves the result. Some people (such as here) are working wonders with the water flowing into their greenhouses and gardens just by putting magnets around the water pipe, in certain (unclear to me which) configurations.

See further the work of such researchers as Gerald Pollack, Marcel Vogel, Dan Nelson, Johann Grander, and Mu Shik Jhon.

Structured water is vital. Urine is a far better source of structured water than bottled water in the store, or municipal water from the tap, or even most ground water that hasn't "aged" long since it was last rain (or that came too close to some fracking operation.)

Doesn't sound like you've tried it yet Paul... pony up on structured distilled water .. what I drink.. then fast on Urine and loop it and use your inner distiller (kidney's) / water structure device (body) and you will be amazed at the effects.. On facebook there is a secret group which has over 600 members who do distilled water and Urine therapy.. Anyone who does Facebook and Urine therapy pm me and I can link you to it.

People are curing uncureable stuff with this therapy alone and a clean and healthy diet...

Looping urine (putting everything back in that comes out) with clean raw live food is magic..

Andrew Norton Webber's info is pretty profound (especially on urine therapy).. I go one further and prefer to structure my externally distilled water with a living water vortex jug, crystals and slim spurling rings.
