We are all looking for happiness, and feeling good is the key to a successful and meaningful life. But how many of us make it a priority? How often do we commit to making ourselves feel good? I believe that happiness is so important, it should not be left to chance.

Happiness is a choice. This is not easy for most of us, since we have been conditioned to believe that our thoughts and feelings reflect our own inner world. In fact, our thoughts come first, and our experience follows. Consciously changing our thoughts is an amazing way to change our feelings and, inevitably, our experience of life.

With so many videos posted here let me start with Lord Sid. Whenever I see that he has fixed yet another link for somebody who has posted a video that doesn't load properly it really makes me feel warm inside.

Simple acts of kindness, just for the goodness of it, touches me very deeply because it informs me of how beautiful a world we would have if it was filled with people looking to "take our back" when we needed it.

but its what makes you feel good.

taking a step back from the rush and fast pace of living that society demands of us.
sitting in the garden on a summers night ,watching the stars.
the beauty of plants and wildlife.
the experience of changing weather.the rain the snow the wind.
all the things we take for granted.

realization that i am on the right path.being among people with similar interests.
who when i stumble ,offer their hand.
people like greybeard,modwiz,darla,sid
they do not have to say much ,but i know they are there if i need them.

and in return i will offer my help to those in need when the time is right.
to start to see a change in yourself for the better.
these things make me feel good

Wow! I just stepped away for an hour and so many posts with wonderful inspirational videos and words for "Feeling Good"¨

I realized that I do something every day that is so fulfilling especially now.

I really feel good when I walk through a natural setting (Forest or Botanical Garden). I just did this an hour ago and I could feel everything from the grass to the birds singing. Spring is in the air contrary to the Doom and Gloom new reals.

It is a really pleasant break that makes me feel good. So for me spending time in "Nature away from the artificial landscape" makes me feel really good! It allows me to sharpen my ability to navigate and survive in the artificial landscape.
