Mister X will reveal his real identify and all the technical details of his invention that is already running his own car and truck on nothing but water! The system Mister X will release to the world lets you fill up your tank with 98% water and 2% fuel. He says the fuel is only used to keep moisture from hurting some of the components that were not designed to be exposed to water all the time. Filling up with just 2% fuel keeps the system from being corroded by water. Eventually it will be 100% water powered as components in engines and fuel systems are changed out to not degrade being exposed to water.

Mister X says we haven't needed oil for many decades now and what he's done has actually been done many times before. But every other time, the inventors either got bought out or were killed! In fact, Mister X has had 10 attempts on his life but credits God for protecting him each time. I recently met a shop owner that reported how he met an inventor that lived near Gainesville Florida about 14 years ago. This inventor also had a car running on water. This shop owner saw the vehicle and met the man in his store. The inventor had just sold the technology to Ford Motor Company and of course we never heard of it again! Clearly the car companies have been in bed with the oil companies all along and have been key in the suppression of this important technology. Ford Motor company shelving the technology they bought to run cars on water proves this point.

Here's the reality. We don't need to go to war anymore over oil. We don't need to destroy our Gulf of Mexico beaches with oil. We don't need to have high food prices because of high gasoline prices. With essentially free fuel comes basically free transportation of goods and people which will inject trillions into the world economy. Lets play along for a while now, ok if what he says is true then the goverments around the world will be deprived of billions of pounds worth of taxes, ok i can here your crys of fantastic, but do you really think you will be allowed to get away with that lol, of course not, they will just invent another form of taxation to recoupe what they lose with the drop in Gas/petrol tax.

All cars will be fitted from new with a tracking devise and you will be charged accordingly, or somthing like that , so dont celebrate to soon as the system that will replace fuel tax might mean a great oppotunity of the state to moniter your movments more closely than they are doing right now.

Tamper with with your engine and make alterations of any kind and that will nullify the warranty of your engine, and if you take it in for its yearly service and you tell them what youv done they will tell you they are not trained to service such cars that are modified in that way.

You will have to inform your insurance company of the modification that you have personaly made via the instrctions from that book you bought that tells you how to do all the work yourself.and i can guess what your insurance company will do when they find out you have changed the manufacturers set up of your car.

Things are never as easy as they first seem.

I've done a bucket load of research on HHO. It does work, to a degree, on older cars and diesal but not on new cars. If you start pumping HHO into a modern car the sensors pick up the oxygen and richens the mixture. It defeats the object. You then have to go out and buy or make gadget that tricks the sensors. If saving fuel is that critical buy a smaller car or better still.... get a motorcycle.

Oh, and maybe this is why there is such a run for "cash for clunkers". TPTB see this coming available so they do all they can to make less available. If this is real they will legislate that all vehicles on the road must be either unaltered antiques or built after X year to negate the use of HHO vehicles. Just adding conspiracy thoughts et al. Cuba may have a bunch of offers for their used vehicles, smirks.

I really want to believe this is a workable solution (i.e. running a car on Brown's Gas), but in this case, the length of the page, which is obviously a hard sell, and the cost of the book (US $200.00) says somebody is in the Get Rich Now market.
