That would not be the first time a hollywood movie has used the scifi idea of setting off a fault line to create a catastropic earthquake. The 1978 Superman had Lex Luthor with a scheme to use a missile to set off the san andreas fault and cause such an earthquake. Its kind of wild somebody somewhere is taking ques from these films. What was once scifi is becoming reality! All the cards coming into play..the obama distraction tonight and BC earlier..now this levee bomb..hmmm

National Level Exercise May 16-20, 2011

The week-long capstone event in the National Level Exercise in which all participating Federal, State, Tribal and Private Sector entities interact to test the eight overarching Exercise Objectives defined during the planning process for NLE 11 at all levels of government (Federal, State and Local).

Exercise Focus
NLE 2011 will simulate the catastrophic nature of a major earthquake in the central United States region of the New Madrid Seismic Zone (NMSZ). The year 2011 is the bicentennial anniversary of the 1811 New Madrid earthquake, for which the NMSZ is named. NLE 2011 will be the first NLE to simulate a natural hazard.

NLE 2011 activities will take place at command posts, emergency operation centers and other locations to include federal facilities in the Washington D.C. area and federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector facilities in the eight member states of the Central United States Earthquake Consortium (CUSEC). The eight member states of CUSEC encompass four different FEMA regions: Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee (FEMA Region IV); Illinois and Indiana (FEMA Region V); Arkansas (FEMA Region VI); and Missouri (FEMA Region VII).


I'm just sayin'...it would be pretty handy if you were going to make a major earthquake on the 15th to have all your folks in place and ready for a drill on the 16th.

Nah, surely that wouldn't happen. This is the exercise/drill that FEMA had all the various 'information only' solicitations out for earlier this year for bottled water, MRE's, etc.

"Terrorism Prevention, Protection Exercise' (Did post this elsewhere, again important enought to post 2nd time)

You may have noticed that FEMA' s National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09) squandering of taxpayer money had focused on the theme of "Terrorism Prevention, Protection Exercise' -

but has now shifted to earthquake drills. The reason should be obvious. The domestic traitors have so abused and worn out the pretext of a "terrorist attack" that they now try to gain more credibility among the American public with the idea of 'natural' disaster preparedness. I wish more people in this country would question the logic of these pretentious drills.

This is NO LOGICAL justification for such a massive "earthquake preparation" drill involving 11 states and one million people - if the goal were truly to provide assistance in the event of a natural disaster. Let's remember that FEMA has NEVER assisted the American people when they were actually needed as seen with Hurricane Andrew in Florida in August of 1992 or with the artificially jacked up Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency was established in 1979 under the PRETEXT of providing coordinated relief and highly skilled, highly competent, and speedy ASSISTANCE to the hapless victims of natural disasters in America such as earthquakes, hurricanes or tornadoes. FEMA has never fulfilled their duty and obligation to the American people -the very raison d'etre for their existence-even ONCE, despite draining off billions in taxpayer dollars in their 32 years of parasitic existence. FEMA was created solely as a NWO front organization to prepare the way for a takeover and "lock down" of America using martial law as the excuse. Of course, the artificially created mega-earthquake scenario creates the pretext for declaring martial law.

In a Nature-based world, you CANNOT predict the advent of a huge earthquake, a hurricane, or a tornado. Anybody with any science background -or just common sense- (who is not a sell-out shill for the government- and there are many of them) will tell you that.

Yes, I'm aware that certain animals will run away prior to an earthquake and that the position of the moon can play a role in predicting the likelihood of a LOCAL earthquake, but this drill is for a MEGA earthquake of the type that was artificially manufactured for the people of northern Japan on March 11, 2011 by NWO minions in the US military using undersea nuclear bombs and space-based, pulsed-beam weapons.

The ONLY explanation that fits logic and satisfies common sense is that they are running this massive drill in anticipation of an ARTIFICIALLY CREATED event.

Of course, the unthinking and unpatriotic dolts who work for FEMA love it because this means even MORE taxpayer money goes into their bank accounts (the same could be said for ALL of the "first responders" participating in the betray-your-fellow-countrymen taxpayer funded, federal gravy train drills). The upper level FEMA management and NWO gender-neutral androids like Napolitano (or the equally odious Arne Duncan) do it because that is their assigned task, having obtained their positions because of their willingness to serve their NWO masters- all the while PRETENDING that they are doing something worthy and beneficial for the People.

Another reason for switching over to the "natural" disaster pretext by the Illuminated Ones is because MANY attempts to set off a suitcase nuke in American cities have been FOILED repeatedly by unseen and unheralded benefactors in recent years. I and Don Nicoloff have reported this often at this web site and during radio interviews. Without being able to detonate a suitcase nuke in a major American city, the "terrorist-did-it" theme doesn't hold much water, so they use their earthquake technology to accomplish the same goals.

Anyone reading these words can participate in the defence of humanity against these psychotic, satanic NWO jackals by using your will, imagination, and intentions to thwart the planned agenda. Remember, thoughts can both create and affect reality.

Think, meditate, and pray for the planned disasters to FAIL and do it DAILY. Help to spread the information that these drills are intended as training exercises for NWO sell-outs and their minions to BETRAY the people of this country into accepting a lock-downed, NWO police state.

Participate in your own rescue and hold on to this Bill of Rights republic and the principles of freedom and liberty upon which it was built.

No one else is going to save this country except YOU, average American citizen who is intelligent enough and discerning enough to recognize the subterfuge and the treasonous subversion and DO SOMETHING to stop it. Ask for divine assistance to tell you how you can help in the most efficacious way and the answer will come to you. Just listen to that little voice inside.

Largest Earthquake Drill In America History As Great Central U.S. ShakeOut Begins Along New Madrid Seismic Zone

In what has been labeled the largest earthquake drill in American history, the Great Central U.S. ShakeOut began today across 11 states.

3 million people will participate in a series of earthquake drills aimed at preparing for a large scale earthquake in the New Madrid Seismic Zone.

This comes as many in the alternative media believe that a major earthquake along this zone is imminent and will possibly bring about a martial law type scenario in America.

“This week, nearly 3 million people across 11 states are gearing up for the Great Central U.S. Shakeout, a massive earthquake drill to commemorate the 200th anniversary later this year of a series of powerful earthquakes that downed trees and sent waves on the Mississippi River roaring over its banks,” reported MSNBC.

Interestingly, The Federal Emergency Agency has scheduled NLE11, an exercise set to simulate a large scale earthquake along the New Madrid Seismic Zone, for May 2011.

National Level Exercise NLE 2011 will be an operations-based exercise centered on the scenario of a catastrophic earthquake in the New Madrid Seismic Zone, encompassing four FEMA Regions (IV, V, VI and VII) and eight Central U.S. Earthquake States: Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee. NLE 2011 will exercise initial incident response and recovery capabilities, to test and validate existing plans, policies and procedures to include the New Madrid Catastrophic Plan (currently under development). NLE 2011 will be conducted in May 2011.

Remember, past NLE exercises have resulted in 70,000 people being evacuated from central Texas.

In late January we reported the fact that FEMA had requested information on the availability of 140 Million Packets of Food, Blankets, and Body Bags.

These requests were made specifically for the New Madrid Fault System!

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) procures and stores pre-packaged commercial meals to support readiness capability for immediate distribution to disaster survivors routinely. The purpose of this Request for Information is to identify sources of supply for meals in support of disaster relief efforts based on a catastrophic disaster event within the New Madrid Fault System for a survivor population of 7M to be utilized for the sustainment of life during a 10-day period of operations. FEMA is considering the following specifications (14M meals per day):

Now just months after this request the largest earthquake preparedness drill in American history has begun in the very place that these requests were made.

IS FEMA Out To Help The American People?

While many individuals within FEMA are good, hard working people, their masters have secretly set up thousands of FEMA camps throughout the country specifically for the American people.

A few years ago the idea that FEMA camps were real was looked upon as complete bs yet the alternative media continued to push and the facts have been exposed. This is not fear mongering, this is documented fact.

Whether this event will be man made or a natural event remains to be seen but it is worth noting that many scientists do not believe that a large scale natural earthquake in the New Madrid Fault Zone is realistic.

I just want to say thank you for your most recent article about the meaning of the earthquake drills, (a.k.a. predictive programming), before some attempt to create the big quake itself. Exposure is everything, so the project is likely to be deflated and abandoned now.

The population of Cairo, IL was 2,831 in the 2010 census. This is a small town that has been evacuated because of sink holes. These folks may possibly never be allowed to return to their homes. Were these sink holes in Cairo sinking before the planned blasts occurred? From the video above, there is a news article from May of last year that talks about the Army Corps of Engineers making plans to detonate the levee in Cairo, IL.

Over 130,000 acres of desperately needed farmland have been purposely flooded along with 100 homes and the owners and families of this land displaced forever. This land is being snatched from them.

Going one step further, the link below is filled with photos from the 1997 flood that was causing sand boils and sinkholes in Cairo, IL...way back then.

So, I'm wondering why the saving of Cairo, IL is soooo very important now when that very small city/town has been slowly sinking and flooding for over a decade.

Think....Katrina, the Gulf and now New Madrid. The populations have been and are being pushed out of the way so that more massive and more heinous crimes can be perpetrated against the people of our country. I have read scientific studies that have been done on the New Madrid fault, that have stated that there is no immediate threat. Could these studies have stemmed from our government at the time? Yes. However, there exists just too much circumstantial evidence that points in the direct direction of a massive planned undertaking in this area of our country.

Hi, western Kentucky resident here. I know this area around Cairo and Metropolis Il., and Paducah, Ky. well, and just recently drove I-40E in AR., on a return trip from San Antonio. The flooding has a thirty mile section of it shut down, and some areas near I-55 in north western Tenn. give a plentiful view of fields that have recently become lakes. The water that we received (some 20+ inches of rain) is heading south now, finally.

They did not blow the Bird's Point levee to save just Cairo, Il, but also Metropolis and Brookport, Il., as well as the cities of Paducah, Smithland, Ledbetter, Wickliffe, and Bardwell, Ky. and they are still blowing levees to alleviate pressures further south. We're talking about thousands of homes here that would be under about five to six feet of water had this not been done. In Paducah, the Ohio river levels broke the 1937 flood record, when our flood wall wasn't event present. The river crested about two feet under the top of our wall, after the levee detonation. Water being held back from Land Between the Lakes at Kentucky Dam was coming over the top, but none of this water could be let out until it was certain that the cities would be safe (LBL is about 3K sq. miles of shoreline, to give you an idea of how much water this one dam is holding back). Had the Bird's Point levee not been destroyed, Paducah would be under water all the way up to 32nd street, or about three miles inland from the riverfront, and this city of about 30K residents would be a complete disaster area. The local park was temporarily closed because the soil saturation was so immense that the oak trees were just falling over. The destruction of these levees is not an attack. It is unfortunate that some homes were lost to the breach, but thousands were saved and the farmland will survive. They detonated a two-mile gap in the levee so as to slow the rush of water, which would have been a tremendous surge had the levee failed naturally, and this torrent would have permanently displaced the topsoil.

Cairo, Il. is still dangerous, as the high waters on the other side of their levee is causing sand boils to develop.
