Well ... "they" are running the "preparedness drills" and blowing levees.

Allegedly the site to monitor haarp is no longer available and even some of the seismology sensor computers as well in ... of course ... the New Madrid fault line area.

There has been interesting speculation regarding the gulf oil spill and the effect on the faultline as well.

HAARP technology being used on the USA is a very real threat in my opinion.

I don't think the USA is the only country to own some form of HAARP technology.
That being said,,,,,is there some kind of secret war going on? With weopons so advanced as to leave actual warrior combatants out of the fight? It's worth consideration.

I did a big search on it a while back to find out whether it was authentic or not,

and came up still unsure.

But for sure its a concern given what's going on.

Everytime I look at that map, I find it nearly impossible to imagine the Rocky Mountains would be below sea level. There is one heck of a lot of rock out there, well above sea level at present.

I would not be so quick to dismiss it.

There are similar maps from the likes of Gordon Michael Scallion (I think that's his name) and a few others.

It's possible that the U.S Navy has known about this possibility for years and somehow, others caught wind of it via channeling exercises (hint: they weren't supposed to!) and created their own maps.

Again, do not be so quick as to dismiss such a thing. We should not fear it but we need to be aware of what they are up to! I posted the map and the link on Facebook (as much as it is reviled, people do read these things!) as an attempt to make others aware of the possibility.

US army engineers have opened up a major floodgate along the rising Mississippi River in Louisiana, diverting water into the countryside in bid to avoid a potentially bigger disaster in heavily populated areas downstream.

A gate at the Morganza spillway was raised on Saturday for the first time in 38 years. The water came out slowly at first, then began gushing like a waterfall.

About 7770 square kilometres of land known for small farms could wind up under as much as 7.5 metres of water.

However, officials say the move will ease pressure on levees protecting New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and oil refineries and chemical plants downstream.

The river, currently cresting upstream in Arkansas, is set to eclipse the high water records set in the epochal floods of 1927.

Near its height, the Mississippi town of Vicksburg is expecting a forecast 17.5-metre crest on May 19, topping the 17.13-metre historic crest set 84 years ago this month, according to data from the National Weather Service.

But opening the spillway has prompted warnings of flash floods from forecasters and urgent evacuation orders from state houses in Louisiana and Mississippi.

The worst floods to hit the central United States in more than 70 years have already swallowed up thousands of homes, farms and roads in Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi.

Heavy rains last month filled rivers and creeks already swollen from the melting of a thick winter snow pack, and which are now backing up because the Mississippi is so full.

I don't know much about this, but thank you for the heads-up because it always is very handy to be alert when the government is rolling out 'an exercise'. Bear in mind the 'London bombing', the 'war-drills' on 9/11, the 'war-game' of France and the UK prior to the Libyan invasion.. Of course holding an earthquake exercise and than causing one is one step futher in the idiocy in trying to keep everybody in fear and under control... too sad it most likely will work if it happens.
