Bielek knows what he's talking about regarding mind control technology. I found this interview particularly good from about 26 minutes in, to the end.

Paraphrasing one of his best lines(IMHO):

'It's hard to draw the line between government technology/operations, and alien technology/operations'

I've been trying to find that line. I'm not sure I will ever, definitively. Safe to say humans have some very advanced mind control capabilities though.

I do believe that some specific non-human entities do watch the 'gates' of certain underground bases, for intrusion by 'ephemerals'. (non-visble or non-3d states of being)
