At "The Big Fix" movie press conference at the Cannes Film Festival Wednesday, the day after the movie's world premiere there, Peter Fonda explained why he wrote to President Obama calling him an f**king traitor. Fonda was writing in defense of suppressed Gulf Coast oil and Corexit victims after a government official contacted him telling him he could not mention at that conference the thousands of dead bay dolphins and dead dolphin fetuses in the Gulf following the BP-Deep Horizon oil “spill.”

As heinous as this situation is, the mainstream media began to report about the Gulf...one year after the fact.
