Be your own guide, master your energy

In my own personal journey I spent long hours reading all sorts of stuff and watching countless hours of videos from youtube. Most of the time I was frustrated and worried about the dire escenarios that were depicted by so many "good will" peoples that in most cases resulted in failed profecies that wasted my time and filled me with anxiety and fear

Then I discovered a nifty little book called "personal power through awareness" from Sanaya Roman. It is a facinating reading and a very loving book if you are interested in buying it but basically it contained two fundamental lessons

1) The only way to self empowering is to accept that it is possible and that requires time, dedication and effort

2) We are individually responsible for what our energy is doing to ourselves and the planet

Gosh that sounds like a mouthfull!

So, first of all there is a decision to make and that is should we take responsibility or should we continue to look outside for someone to tell us what to do and solve our life?

Can someone outside ourselves effectibly help us to harness our own energy and thoughts?

Can someone outside ourselves heal us?

I don't know you but I personally have realized that the answer is no....In other words, there is no spell, no magic potion, no guru, no channeler that can sort us out...they can suggest things, help us remember but at the end of the day it is each one of us individually who has to take responsibility and say to oneself, OK, I know it is not working, why it is not working and how do I fix it

Once we have realized that no matter how much money we spend, how many books do we read etc, etc, the answer is within and we need to learn what is this energy thing and how do we master it

Mastering energy is easier than it seems, it does take practice and dedication same as if you like a sport or learn to play the guitar

Step 1

Find a quiet place, switch off the TV, radio, ipod, mobile phone, etc., etc. Put a sign Do not disturbe in your door. Get and object of your preference, if you have a crystal use it for this exercise

Step 2
Sit in a comfortable position. Relax the body, every bit of it, half your breathing speed

Step 3
Close your eyes and hold the object in the right hand and sense all that you can. Is it heavy, cold, smooth, etc.

Step 4
Switch hands to the left and do the same

Step 5
Which hand gave you more information? that is your receiving hand

Practice this for several weeks until you feel confident and your awareness have expanded with different objects, fruits, etc things that you can hold in your hands

After that, you will be able to do the same with your body, Ok I know you can not hold it on your hands what I mean is that you can focus your consiousness in any point of your body and read the energy.

Sensations and feelings may be pleasant or unpleasant not all in the universe is harmonious and possitive

After a while, when you can hold your focus for few minutes you can start making questions to the different places of your body or auric field and you will be surprised by what you find. Different bodies (we have 12) will give you different answers. To have visuals of the auric field you can refer to the Keylontic diccionary that has a whealth of information regarding our interdimenssional anatomy. It is free you just have to sign in

I personally do the Maharic Seal before any session to protect myself from unwanted visitations but this is a personal thing

You can also ask the different parts of yourself for guidance. My best friends in this moment are my Rishi (5 harmonic universe dimensions 13, 14 and 15) and my Adashi. These are parts of myself that I am sure will never harm me or have any other agenda.

If you dedicate a little bit of time every day, you will be surprise of how much help and healing you can get tailored for your needs

We don't need all these propaganda, we need to remember who we are, we are truly amazing multidimensional beings which have much ability and power. Lets embrace that power to heal ourselves first in aligment with source

I think this is true, people are looking to others for the answers but they can find most of them by looking inward and trusting their intuition,

Good thread stardust = this is right in line with my thoughts and understanding. It seems the "work" I have been given to do is to work on me so that I will completely transcend my shadow self and stand in the realization of my True Self. I do not look for any other power to save me - only that which is within me, that which is True of me. All the external noise is but a distraction from this pursuit - in mho.

One thing I would like to add is, that a true guide will always empower you to accept yourself as your highest authority and to do things yourself so you are independent and able to expand your conscioussness. A false guide will like you to follow him/her and do as you are told without giving you the necessary information to understand their agenda, it will ask you to "trust him/her" and give your power away rather than letting be your own magnificent being

So when receiving messages from other dimensions put them to the test and ask yourself: Is this empowering me or it is asking me to give my power away?

It is a fact that all of us inherently have tremendous power within, you always have this power, you don't lose it, it doesn't go away. The power-within is like a device, its always there ready and connected to its energy source, waiting to be used at any time, but ultimately its a choice whether you use it or not. your DNA needs healing...most of that junk DNA (not all) is what your healed self IS...so if you are not running on 12 strands or above the "healing" of that "junk" or disconnected DNA has never been more important

Well lightblue I am interested in transmigration and transfiguration at the moment. And while I feel well physically there are some glitches in all the dimensions. Having 12 bodies means a lot of learning and getting acquainted with. There is a whole cosmos to explore!

hi stardust, once the marharic shield has been activated and the dna i understand there are further healing lessons, can these be implemented individually or when you get past the basics is it a group coming togetherness?
There are many many levels of keylontic science how far do you have to go to heal yourself and assist with planetary healing also.
There seems a lot to learn and will the next 7years be time enough when the stella activation of 2012-2017 is in fullness.
I guess what i am asking here for those who have just found keylonta will we have time to heal ourselves for ascension for higher dimensions, or will we be those in the bridge zone.
Unless of course we have already higher dna strands from birth, i understand that part.
I am still finding my way lol!

There are indeed many techniques that can assist in accelerating the healing of the divine blueprint, many of them are posted on their website but I can send you a pm with the link if you prefer

The speakers always say to all people interested in Keylontic Sciences that they have to follow their own intuition as to what technique they should do next, all the techniques are valuable individually and at a planetary levels. It is a way of becaming your own guide and accepting that within us there are many answers that we normally seek outside of ourselves. All the work that an individual do it is done by choice and not because there is any obligation to do the next technique, it is always a personal choice

The reason is that each one of us chose different chanllenges with the purpose of healing the collective and one may need to heal thing that other does not. Now things have moved forward and we are on a evacuation program which offer different paths. I am sure Asha's interview, which is the next to come as per Kerry blog, will explain what options are available

I mean mastering all energies, from being on the driving seat of ones life to learning how to materialize things, transmigrate, transfigurate, work cosnciouslly with soul collectives, elementals, etc all the possibilities that are in aligment with source.

Is this a general reflection of Keylontic Sciences? an sort of all-encompassing ideology?

I notice you use the term 'source' instead of the more common term 'god', that's very interesting. You know the Masons use the terms Grand Architect or Supreme Being. I guess everybody is trying to say the same thing but using different terminology to more accurately project their belief system. If I say 'god' then it kind of implies a dogma, not that its a bad thing, but saying that is probably how people will perceive it, and it may not be true.
