Default The GOOD THINGS YOU EXPERIENCE

With all the dirt and mud that Avalon goes through, with the talk of wanting to see a better world, Let's dedicate this thread to the improvement and growth we see in our selves and our "real" world lives. Give us up to minute solutions and "miracles" that occur in your lives. I'll start.

Father was an alcoholic, went to rehab two or three times, this last time was at a chrstian colony for men with substance abuse. He's now sober, goes back every weekend to see his brothers graduate, goes to large and small groups at the colony, and goes to church two or three times a week. I do not endorse a religion and I know How the crowd feels about religion. For me and my mother its a different man, and a better man.

This world is full of imperfections, lets promote the positive in this one

My rebel daughter whom I despaired about is now a wonderful mother, taking responsibility for her life. She is happy, hopeful, not angry and despairing like she used to be.

ps Why is it we can think and write about crappy thing easily and not so the great things. The things to be grateful about. BTW a wonderful thread!

I have need to correct one slightly thing in this information you shared.

Quote This world is full of imperfections, lets promote the positive in this one
this world is very perfect in my opinion. If not problems arround, how would you evolve?
Im telling that through my point of view cause i know when i realised most of thing.

I had a stepfather which is a real demon posessed. He did some most incredible things that humans do not.
My mother which is very aware person said me that he infact was not possessed but real thin born that way. But i met his other spirit and his body possesed two spirits.
He would know to beat her badly and she then run away .. he always found her in matter of minutes wherever she went, i experienced that too few times and i was shocked in beginning untill i started to accept and learn from that.
For example, one story she shared with me: she runned away once while he was on work late at night ( he was doing night shift ).
As she didnt knew where to run, she found one appartment in same day and moved in without anything. That night in that part of city electricity stopped to work and she lighted a candle.
And sit by the table playing with that candle ( turned it arround ) and thinking what do i do? in one moment she felt metal part in candle, looked at it and in candle was key for the doors.
Than she heard voice, your mission is not over yet.. Stumbled by that, but knew what that meant and she knew which key was that, just to check it she took her key to the house from which she did run from him and compared to her.. IT WAS SAME!
There existed 2 keys, one from my dear mother and one from dear demon, funny thing is this candle key was the third one which never existed till that moment!
In a half shock state she returned to him same night. That same night was not very good for her.

Dont want to spam to much posting text on this thread cause there are too many experiences regarding him, this is only one of those.
To cut story a bit.. He was very scared of me, when i even looked at him and tryed to talk with him, he pick his things and went away for some time.
One day at lunch he was "normal" and in matter of moment he changed his face shape, i was kinda surprised by that, and he started to yell to my mother for no reason.
I just looked right at deep of his eyes and said "what makes you think that you can talk to my mother in that way in my presence?", without any word he stood from table like a robot and went out without words. He never confronted me for some reason.
He wasnt back home that night and other day i went in forest near. The guy came to that lil home of theirs and put whole house on fire. i still remember blood and fire in yard.
I had a snap in heart and soul... fell on ground and i lost it, dont know really how long i was in state of complete silence looking at one point on ground like hypnotised, without thoughts without question.
Suddenly i noticed how picture arround me changes, started to notice things i didnt noticed before even i was very aware why im on earth since incarnated. It was like i stepped into half dimension, dunno how to describe it.
I heard sounds like one force and picture was not as usuall, it had information in it along with colors.. really it is hard to put words on that state.

and in once i felt strong charge through my body and i thought "what im i doing?" this all i chosen this all is meant to be!
And thats the moment when i felt my awareness started to charge massively to this day.
Than my mother came and said the strangest thing i ever heard from her.
She said: "now im free to leave and he will never come back again" That even doubled that strange charge in me and i felt like part of everything in this universe.
Guess what? We never saw him again.

Now im very sorry in long post, but its hard for me to describe it in short way, but you should get point in that i said.
We choose our path intentionally for some rason, there is always reason for everything.
To some of close friend i shared story, they felt bad, sad and negative.. But strange thing, i never felt it as negativity, apparently my mother too.
On the end it is just a point of view. So please dont be sensitive on blood and fire, it is part of our spiritual growin, yes we choose that, if on earth you came to learn about that part alot.
From that day my mother and brother and me are very free souls. Maybe one day i share some of my life path cause it is most unusuall to most of this planet people.
I live in a city, dont have bank account, dont have ID, i earn alot of money doing animations and drawing and playing music ( things i love, creativity ).. i always get money in my hands not bank accounts .. my friends
often ask me how do i do that? cause same persons which contracts for some animation needs to pay to them through bank but never told me that and just give me in hands, there is shield from negativity since that day...
Since that day i live in world that yells that some system is controllin them and im unnable to be controlled. Im not supporting banking system for exapmle and im simply not thinking of it and not giving greatness to that.
I do not want to bring them down cause they teach, if you know hot to look at it and they dont care of me cause im not harm to them.. simply living my life and learning rest of stuff here on this fun planet.

Once again im sorry i spammed this long post but im really thinking this example could remove veil of negative looking at learning path and see alot of goodnes in it and chance for growing.

    Love to all,
    Dar

    Hey Thunder, great thread!
Carmen's right, it is hard to write about the positive things, I wonder when/why we all became so negative?
For me the chance to be loved by my lovely children whom I am so blessed to have is my life's greatest achievement. I know I am truly lucky to have them.

I was waiting outside a train station last week and a lad of about 15ish came up and asked me for 70p. He was wearing the sports outfit and hood of the 'scally' or 'chav' and I could tell he was expecting me to say no. So I said ok and gave him the 70p. He didn't know what to do or say. He mumbled something about it being for the bus. I just stayed silent and smiled at him. As he walked away he kept looking back at me like he didn't believe what just happened. I see the same shocked response when I hold doors open for people, or stop to give way to people. Helping with bags, giving directions or just smiling at people who look sad, often results in the same shocked look. "Wow, there are actually nice people still in the world."

That's my own little way of creating positivity in the world. Random acts of kindness are very powerful. =]

Today I got a lesson in friendship. When you find a friend doesn't wanna associate with you, confirm or deny if they said something bout you to someone else is a WONDERFUL DAY. That day you learn some truth about a person(s), and that is a GREAT DAY and something to rejoice in. Happened today, and its a wonderful day to be alive.

I'd like to add to the notion of religion, if I may. I see religions as doing two main things: conformity, and support. We all could use a little more support and spend a little more effort in the support of our brothers and sisters. Religions are a great example of how this can really change and effect some peoples lives as indicated the testimony that Thunder24 gives. The conformity part is what I have an issue with and also the "pre-interpretations" of the texts of some of the more wise and visionary people of our history. So I try to no longer judge it as a "conformity machine" but a "community machine" where people who need support for whatever level they are at in life, can get it in a loving environment. If these people were where I consider myself, they wouldn't need religion. But that is my judgement for me only - I'm not to judge where anyone is at, or whether where they are or are not, is best for them -- in the grand scheme it very well could be and if you believe in "everything is in it's place" like I do, then it just makes sense to know that they are where they are because that is the most beneficial to them in the grand scheme. I just wanted to say that while many of us are quite anti-religious (myself included) - we have the oppurtunity to see the good it does bring into this world, it just brings it for the people that are in a place to best appreciate it. I used to be rather religious but I felt I just "outgrew" it in the sense it offered me everything it could - but it wasn't enough for me personally in the endeavours I sought. Anyone else can do the same if they so choose, or not

So in the spirit of good experiences, I want to bring the point that religious experiences for many are very good experiences indeed, and not to be grouped or stereotyped into a single category. Let's keep our cups half full when looking at all experiences.
When you are one step ahead of the crowd, you are a genius.
Two steps ahead, and you are deemed a crackpot.

While outside my bunny ran up to me and nosed my toes then flipped and ran around! I heard the cry of a hawk and the crow. I call that a good day.

And it was good to see you my friend.

Sounds like a good day However, for your bunny...the cry of a hawk probably doesn't instill good day feelings hehe

I went to Qigong today and really enjoyed being with some lovely women.

I don't know what to call it so I will go with intuition for now: Lately, only the past few months I've noticed that I think of something prior to it happening. As if spirit is communicating with others before we talk, and then what I associated with these people manifests out of no where. No plans , nothing, then all of a sudden a phone call or someone texts and bam its a done deal. Love observing the world around me, and its like not trying at all to have these things happen. feels like i'm opening up.

    peace
