    Question Rotating Cloud over Canada

    What is this?

    Nature is SO fantastic!

    ...Or is it?

    ....My first thought was HAARP my second was a giggly, "perhaps its that cigar shaped UFO/ship often caught in space just outside our atmosphere...perhaps its just visiting by and the 'invisibility cloak' started to slip a bit...."
