I came up to this new device by accident. My intuition tells me Chalkalis Energy Multiplier really works.

All the gravity wheels are closed loop system but this one is a open system like the pulse motor. From the Leonard Da Vinchi, Bessel, to other inventors, those depends on the weight unbalance of rotating wheel.

He overcome the friction of the pendulum by using an external motor, which is brilliant approach.

The theory makes it possible to create a harmonic open loop system that produces any size of power out. It's independent of gravity. Precise time control is the key. The machine will run on Earth or zero gravity setting. ^^

not sure what is achieved in the OP vid.....he s got a pedulum going full circle, propelled by the 2 motorised rubber wheels that give it just enough thrust to go round again.
It doesnt really matter how heavy the pendulum is, this would work with 5 tons as well as 5 kilos....question is can any overunity energy be extracted here..... I cant see where...

Kanarev's five laws of motion have: 1st Acceleration, 2nd uniform, 3rd deceleration, 4th interaction between two objects, 5th independence of action. He introduced the inertia force. Newton's 3rd law is still valid as 4th law of Kanarev. Newton's 1st and 2nd laws are replaced by other four laws of Kanarev.

Newtons laws of motion:
1st: The velocity of a body remains constant unless the body is acted upon by an external force.
2nd: The acceleration a of a body is parallel and directly proportional to the net force F and inversely proportional to the mass m, i.e., F = ma.
3rd: The mutual forces of action and reaction between two bodies are equal, opposite and collinear.

Anyway his new theory makes it possible to create a dynamic system that regulates total energy using few mechanical parts - two revolving wheels and timing device.

I give one example for thought experiment how the theory works, refined version of inertia in physical universe.
Suppose there is a 1,000kg of round ball hanging on a straight rod off the ground. It's freely moving like a pendulum.
The length of the rod is 2 meter (close to 6 ft 10).

Can I move the ball 2 meters height over the ground? I can do that with one hand theoretically with precise pushes at each period.
Each push (pulse) increases the total kinetic energy of the ball caused by ball's weight and gravity. Keeping pushing the ball whenever the ball pause in the right side, the ball moves faster and higher. Eventually the ball will start rotate up and down along the axis where the rod attached.

Adding force at the peak of ball's movement will increase the kinetic energy, providing friction at the peak will reduce the kinetic energy.
This is observed phenomenon everyday on the swinging seat for a kid.

This is radical change of perspective at a fundamental level. Which one is right? One has to build prototypes and test Kanarev's theory. I've seen four working prototypes so far.
