scary how true that is, and how that thing called facebook seems to have turned a lot of people in zombies.

The mentioned deeper connections of these companies do exist and the way they erode privacy is truly of criminal intent. But then again, virtually every form of communication is monitored and I suggest even minds are read and fiddled, so the average guy who is worried about his data on the internet doesn't see the wood for the trees, it seems. I appreciate every effort to bring down the control-freaks. Yet I figure we crossed the line, where hiding and staying quiet were advisable. Let them hear and see us, so they may realize that their game is over, let them stop their futile efforts on their own accord, so this victim/abuser paradigm may end, as it will anyways, without unnecessary turmoil. Humanity is on the rise and there is no way to stop this.

One way to counter Facebook if you can't terminate it, then change ALL of your information to something bogus. Fabricate personal information....any personal pictures replace with a cartoons, for example....
