I think Ralph and Otis (and the other scientists working with them) may not have known what they'd created. Their saucer was a spiritual device that raised a person's vibration. How cool is that? They were working with magnetism, not electromagnetism. And it sounds like it was a teleportation craft, too....
The scientists that he's working with now are trying to recreate this craft because they must know how valuable such a device could be, especially now....
Better than a stargate, if you ask me....

Hi Maia, This is my first post at Avalon. I am a member of one of Ralph Ring's Pods -- 'The Design Group'; and, am the videographer documenting the progress of the OTC-X1 craft's redesign and reconstruction. Like Ralph, I am not a scientist. I am a technician. Otis T. Carr was not a scientist either. With the exception of maybe one Pod member, the other members are not scientists, either. I wanted to address some of your insights and share with everyone where our heads are at as we move forward. The information I am about to share comes after spending weeks with the designers and having many hours of face-to-face conversations with Ralph and Marsha Ring. The following is more-or-less a summary of their guiding beliefs:

Everything is in motion and is comprised of energy. Magnetism is the glue that 'holds' everything together. Energy cannot be created or destroyed. Love is energy. Energy is consciousness. Consciousness is required to operate the craft. You are energetic consciousness, as is the craft. The 'on' switch is the mind...not the brain. The craft's design follows sacred geometry and is perfect in every way. Those who are aiding in the birth of the craft must be consciously focused during construction -- working from their hearts -- or it won't work.

Wow great video...thank you so much for the information presented. The discussion seems to support a few hypothesis in mind. Observation of the craft appears to look organic with a transparent membrane and a vascular sytem. So hearing that the craft was an sentient being and that it was almost a relationship I truly understand this. Also the explanation of the large faceted crystal helps explain what I filmed twice powering up onboard. I submit below two clips as supporting evidence. One is public and the other unlisted [P.S. - now both are public - Paul.] The unlisted one for today only to show my appreciation of what was shared in the video. The unlisted clip shows a luminescent being moving and peering out towards the camera. There also seems to be more solid looking beings onboard. I wonder if it's possible to maintain a solid 3-D body and still be on-board such a multidmensional craft? There also appears to be more than one type of ET present here. Thanks again and I'm going to challenge myself with the new information you provided me and perhaps I will be able to understand more.

I would think they have some tech to keep a 3D body intacted in other dimensions. I know an interview with Alex Collier, he said the Andromedans had to put a belt on him to keep him in a 3D frequency or something like that. i dont quite recall the reason.

The membrane of the craft, as it was built in the late 1950's, was made of sheets of T6 aluminum. There are only two moving parts - close examination of the drawings will reveal them. The Utrons were mounted to allow them to free turn if needed; but, their rotation was not an original design requirement of the successfully tested craft. The Utrons were also made of aluminum (the interview goes into more detail).

Regarding consciousness - conscious energy - a relationship...the gist I'm getting is that one's focused intent determines the craft's operation and destination. To say there is a relationship may not be far off the mark. The OTC-X1 was found by a witness (as a result of an FOIA request?) back in the early 1980's. It was found charred due to an attempt to convert it into an armed scout ship. Apparently, the tests did not go well. It seems magnetic energy (or perhaps consciousness) would not foster an operable environment for mounted weapons.

As I mentioned in a previous post, and as Ralph mentions in his interview, the craft does not fly. It hovers...then (and the following information I have concluded from my conversations with Ralph)...due to it's vibratory state (level of vibrational frequency) cannot remain in 3d. It instantaneously transports to the desired location.

Ralph has also made comments regarding an aura or glow (I think purple in color) when the craft operates. The small models which were successfully tested and remotely flown (not in a radio-controlled sense of understanding) around Apple Valley were seen by witnesses, including James Gilliland himself. James describes seeing the glow of the craft.

Regarding your question about whether it's possible to maintain a solid 3-D body and still be on board such a multidimensional craft, I assume your query is about the craft appearing in your video; otherwise, I don't know; and, Ralph by his own words can't recall the OTC-X1 'flight' because the brain can't handle it. Next week, I shall be posting an update on the progress of craft / free-energy device construction and tests...complete with pictures of components (approved for release by the design group and Ralph Ring).

Your posts are so inspiring! I'm thrilled that there are people trying to get this technology back. To me, it sounds as though it's a spiritually higher advanced technology; and it's something that could change life as we know it. This more than anything else.
I have this fantasy about developing a device for cars that would make them levitate and/or fly without the need for anything else. Secretly, I'd install them in as many cars as I could, old, new, crappy, whatever shape they're in; so that no one would be able to prevent it from making its way into everyone's life. I'm willing to bet that things will change for the better. And it would be a wake up call for TPTW....
Unfortunately, I'm no scientist either.....

This video shows pictures of the first of the craft's components to be fabricated. After posting this, I heard from the US Design Pod asking me to come up to shoot some of the tests. I am looking forward to seeing that! If they're successful, they'll have made me a believer. For now, I sit on the fence, observe, and report.

If you have any specific questions, please let us know; otherwise, I reckon I can try to incorporate a bit more information regarding sacred geometry in my next update. The designers and Ralph place a high emphasis on it. I'm hearing from them that there's no question about whether it will work. They believe. By applying natural law and sacred geometry to the design and making (birthing) it perfectly with positive conscious focused intent, the craft has no other choice but to work. The conviction with which I hear this time and again is palpable.

Regarding the Utron, look at it. From the top, it's a perfect circle. From the side, it's a perfect square. Otis T. Carr, in one document, shows the Utron in its orbit on the craft, as being elliptical. Follow the above link (it's the same one near the beginning of the video) to download a copy of the kit plans. They're about half-way down the page. They are little different from the patent insofar as not being mounted to the ground; and, the cross-section drawing of the plans makes it easier to see the various parts of the craft and how the two parts rotate. The design group has also made some modifications to the Utron for the purpose of making a free-energy device. The inner assembly of the craft is attached to the central accumulator (the large hollow utron in the middle) which is affixed to the spindle with bearings so it can rotate. That inner assembly, which rotates clockwise between the upper and lower ribs (the support structure for the shell of the craft), also has the outer solid utrons mounted to it. The outer utrons pass through the field magnets which are mounted to the inner hull of the craft. The hull, also attached to the center spindle with bearings, rotates counter-clockwise (anti-clockwise). The outer Utrons are mounted to trunion bearings (above and below the central assembly) at a 45 degree angle. The Utrons are not fixed in position; but, are permitted to free-wheel. In other words, there are no motors making the utrons spin. Becuase of the overall shape of the craft, power (vortex energy) is accumulated from the aether. Spin-up is instantaneous, as is travel to the destination. The on-switch and controls is consciousness.

Sorry for the bump folks, but this thread intrigues me and I'm hoping someone out there can help provide some clarity. I find the Ralph Ring story to be fascinating, particularly as it is now endorsed by James Gilliland. But when you look in to the story from the perspective of background checking and discernment some controversy becomes apparent. Much of the amazing story that Ralph relates is based on the work and theories of Otis T Carr. Here's my question: Did Carr in fact serve part of a 14 year jail term for fraud as a result of a 1961 conviction? or did he not? The credibility of the whole story in my opinion hinges on OTC's credibility.

Credibility can easily be destroyed by one person with an agenda and an intent to do so. A negative / false claim can be publicized about a person; and, long after that person has been cleared, the residue of the false accusation lingers. As you discern the truth about this whole story, consider that Otis was well aware that the very publication to which he was granting interviews was not always supportive. Also consider for moment that if the powers that be did not want that technology to come out, they would do all in their power to prevent it, up to and including the confiscation of the craft, which they did. As to whether Otis T. Carr went to jail, I shall ask Ralph whether he knows about that and report back here. In the meantime, I would invite all whom wish to learn whether this technology is real to follow my updates as we recreate the OTC-X1. The next video update will be in a couple of weeks -- near the time that the free energy device (UTRON / ACCUMULATOR) is ready for testing. I reckon we shall know soon enough whether the Pod's modified design of the UTRON has merit. Our intent is that once the design / technology is found to be true, the designs shall be protected so that it may then be given away to benefit everyone who is ready for it.
