Titan: Nasa scientists discover evidence 'that alien life exists on Saturn's moon'

Scientists have found evidence that there is life on Saturn's biggest moon, Titan.
They have discovered clues that primitive aliens are breathing in Titan's atmosphere and feeding on fuel at the surface.

The startling discoveries, made using an orbiting spacecraft, are revealed in two separate reports
Data from Nasa's Cassini probe has analysed the complex chemistry on the surface of Titan - the only moon known to have a dense atmosphere.

Its surface is covered with mountains, lakes and rivers which has led astronomers to call it the most Earthlike world in the solar system.

Organic chemicals had already been detected on the 3,200-mile wide planet. But the liquid on Titan is not water but methane and the scientists expect life there to be methane-based.

The first paper, in the journal Icarus, shows that hydrogen gas flowing down through Titan's atmosphere disappears at the surface, suggesting it could be being breathed by alien bugs.

The second paper, in the Journal of Geophysical Research, reports there is a lack of a certain chemical on the surface, leading scientists to believe it may be being consumed by life.... -More

In my opinion the most likely candidate to make an announcement still is NASA, this is an example of how real disclosure will start - no extensive media coverage, no major announcements, just a bit of information circulated to interested minorities, like us. The 'discovery' will start with microbial life, I don't think it starts with a Mars announcement, it will be from a bit further out, Saturn's moon Titan is a perfect candidate here, not too many average persons are as familiar with a moon like Titan as they would be with a closer planet like Mars, so this allows a bit more distance for the religious in particular, giving more time for people to absorb the implications and then finally accept it when something even more concrete is announced. This is an example of how disclosure comes from science, it could be from any nation or any scientific organization in the world, it won't come word of mouth from the President of the United States or anybody still actively involved in politics.

Myself and a couple of others who dared suggest that the universe is teeming with intelligent life and beings capable of far greater things than we can imagine has brought much ridicule and horrid comments, even from personal friends. Trying to support my case via Camelot and Disclosure testimonies of CREDIBLE witnesses has had me branded as a "crackpot" and a number of other terms which I won't repeat here.

It's quite disheartening and has me convinced that the world will never be ready for face to face contact with our off planet neighbours. We really are an anthropocentric and egotistical species.

I wouldn't say never... never is a long time. Besides... in my opinion we should't wait for the world to be ready... the world should be shaked, we waited too long. For those who are not prepared, truth will hurt but it must be faced.

You're correct. I've been patiently waiting for disclosure for my entire life, only I continually wonder when that day will come. There will always be the skeptics and debunkers, and unfortunately the realization that we are neither alone nor are we the pinnacle of evolution, intelligence and everything that is possible is too discomforting for the majority of the world. I can only hope that such a "shake up" will set us in a much more positive direction.

Yeah nice choice! Since you had him when I arrived on this forum I let it go. It would be confusing. Altough I wonder how you got the avatar that size. Mine is restricted to a certain pixel aspect.


On topic: Nice news, it's been around since july 5th or something.
But it does confirm the way we are slowly moving on, the way to (partial) disclosure and a more advanced society

At first nobody could have an avatar so big... it was 80x80 if i remember correctly. But after a short while admins modified the settings and allowed avatars to be 175x175 and i just re-uploaded my avatar with the current size.

1984 some folks are so deep in denial they are lost too reason forever ! My personal belief is that Discloser has happened and that it is now resonating through society, and will keep on resonating as long as the hard-working researchers keep pushing. Bill and Kerry included.
