THE PYRAMID CODE - 5 PART TV SERIES

Ahoy there Avalonians, I've just come across a fascinating TV series about the sophisticated knowledge associated with Ancient Egypt's pyramids! I'm about two episodes in and thought I'd share the series with you all too see if we can generate some discussion about all the things pyramid-related!

I have a natural affinity toward the pyramids which has lead me to research this field for the last 3 months. I got a chance to visit Egypt a few years ago and made my way into the kings chamber of the great pyramid, a truly remarkable experience! The sheer size of these megalithic structures is simply breath-taking. To assist in providing a mental image, the base of the great pyramid spans 13 square acres!

I completely agree with you about the pyramids.
They have always been facinating to me.
There is something about them that seems to draw my attention, like a magnet.
Seen the Pryramid Code a while ago and was just blown away.
Now, because of your sharing i get to watch it again, and, i can,t wait, thanks man.

I'm going to have to watch this. I have some theories myself as I'm sure we all do. I think the Muslims destroyed the casement stones of the Great Pyramid on purpose. I believe they wanted to conceal the way the pyramid was truly oriented. The pyramid can be used as a sighting device. Mecca aligns w/ the SE trending facet of the GPOG. There is also an Egyptian obelisk in Mecca. Possibly brought there by the Romans. Each direction the Great Pyramid points is viewed as a direction that the solar cult must me spread to. The Romans adapted the concept of what the pyramid did in their concept of the Axis Mundi.

Thanks DoubleHelix, I came across Dr Bolters work through Kerry Cassidy's interview of here, when they both visited Egypt, I believe last year. It is a great interview and worth listening to. The five part series The Pyramid Code was excellent. I had listened to all five parts some time ago.

There seems to be a multitude of various theories proposing when the pyramids were constructed, who they were built by, how they achieved such feats, and ultimately what their function was. But which theories stand up to in-depth scrutiny? These are age old questions which seem to be shrouded with mystery, maybe with a bit of analysis we can rummage through the info' and separate the wheat from the chaff!

The great pyramid of the Giza Plateau possesses a few characteristics that separate it from its two comrades. For starters it once stood completed with a capstone that was said to be made out of solid gold, or at very least gold plated. Furthermore, it has an intricate series of connecting tunnels, chambers and shafts in which we can safely say never served as a tomb for housing mummified bodies. To the untrained eye the great pyramid appears to have four even faces when in fact each face is concaved in the guts to create what is essentially an 8 sided figure.



I think what lies in Cairo can be categorized as a machine of some sort but before I chime in once more I'd love to hear what everyone else's thoughts are!

Thanks DoubleHelix......Just watched episode 5 of pyramid code excellent summory of the very well made documentry seeries. I'm posting to flag it up for any who missed it when you put it up....

i watched the first four and got weylaid on other threads and just remembered to watch the last episode, which does stand up as a one off docu' if you have not the time to watch all five

but I suggest you do if you can........It goes into the procession 26,000 cycle and its relationship to the Mayan calander and other anciant civilisations and the asrological symbols and constilations...
