    Default Self Regression

    Hi guys....

This summer i whent and did a regression, and experiensed an other life. To make that story short, i was a corupt cop in the year 1800 who died alone
in the end. realy tragic and it was a good experiens for me to see that side to.

Anyway i got this healing/self regression on mp3, from (Brian L. Weiss) I just love his voice, his voice are so smooth and sounds so vise.
I have used this many times this summer, but i have used it to relax myself. And the healing part i have tried to use on my loved ones.

I have not realy attempt to use it on myself, as in going in to other lifes i might have lived in.

But last night, i was just full of energi and did not stop talking. I was in bed wid my girlfriend and she suggested i use Brians mp3.
Well first she told me she would kill me if i did not stop talking..

What can i say, i listen to her and i had an other life experiens all by my self..
It was a bit wierd and i guess thats why im writing it here now.

As i entered this other life, Brian tells me to look down at my feet to see what i am wearing and so on. I have a hard time to see what im wearing so
i start to look around. (I am outside in the nature) And then Brian tells me, if i feel its hard in anyway i can float above.
And just study myself and my surroundings, and in a sec im outside seeing this person.

I am to far away to see my face clear, but i can clearly see i am an Indian as in an native american indian.(dressed as one)
My feeling was wow! I started to move up closer to study my self. (i have to say, as i am studing from a distance i know i am studying my self.
I can see my self looking at myself, wierd..)

Well here comes the wierd part, as i come up closer i see i am not a human! I just got a sec glimt of myself, i lookt more like the predator as in the movie.
I just felt the inhaled of the shock of releasing i am not a human being. And as i feel the shock i am pulled right out frome there.

I tried to go back but i faild.

I just feel i have to tell you my experiences as i move on wid this bodie here on earth.
And maby someone have a similar experiance.

    I hope you enjoyed it.......

    Thanks for the story <8>.

I've been interested in past lives for many years but have done nothing about my own 're-education' so far. Just a quick question: Have you ever tried to find historical records of your past life? (the human life of course )

I'm glad you've had success with Weiss' regression cd. I have it too but it goes too fast, as soon as I think something is happening, it's over. I bought a Past Lives cd from the Monroe Institute and it arrived yesterday...excited to try it. It's much longer and uses binaural beat technology along with the guided regression.

Definitely keep us updated on your latest regression experiences. I find that stuff so facinating...especially the non-human experience you had, WOW!

Thanks <8> for your story. I have had a couple of not very successful regressions and think one of the reasons may be because I am scared - scared at what I may be about to find out! I spoke to one of the hypnotists who worked with me and she said I had to get over that because everyone's past life is going to be worse than our present life because we are meant to be making spiritual progress on our journey. She said she had been a cannibal in one of hers! I certainly feel I have made some progress in this life - not enough yet - but am getting there!

    Thanks for sharing that Corncrake..

And i know just what you are saying, i had a lot of problem of letting go. Wid other words "I was scared"
Thats why i used Brians mp3 this summer, not to try to see other lifes at first. Just to learn to relax and feel that i am safe..

I have a lot of experience in Regressions, my own and after that as a regression therapist. As I understand, we are not always incarnated in the same place (planet) with a same genetic appearance, in reality depends on what we decided to experiment and overcome in a "next" life, then we (or if we are not able to do it because of our lack of experience our spiritual guides do this for us). So, don't be surprised, we were all murderers, monks, slaves and kings in this or that form, to be able to start to understand that the life is just a game, just a tool to become better, to see that non of us is something more or something less, that other person is also seeking love as you do, so there is no need to any harm. I call this evolution. And before that, when we are afraid that others will harm us, we harm them before (just look at Bush and his circle of mentally - but in reality spiritually - retarded politicians, how they attacked Irak "preventing" their attack), or any other example of violence). Typical example of egoistic soul afraid of everything. More we evolve in our path, more aware we are that the real spiritual behavior is to not impose. When you impose, you restrain the others person freedom. And this is wrong. That is why you will hear more and more that the political, military and police people (basically the holders of any power and the consequent abuse of it) are the most young souls, not capable to respect other peoples freedom.

Ok, sorry, I went away from your topic, but I am sure that you decided to incarnate in other world for a good reason. And don't be blinded with a similar clothing, there are many worlds with some kind of similar concepts which all came from the cosmic library of ideas.

I found an old book, Hypersentience by Marcia Moore, that teaches a method of reliving past lives. Haven't read it yet, but this thread may prompt me to soon.

Hi <8> could you please post the exact title of the regression you're talking about. I want to try and get it, but he seems to have more than one out.

Thanks, Tane - I'm always bit iffy about having things installed. I'm fairly computer illiterate and I never like to read the small print so I always try and avoid it if I can get around it

All I got were quick flashes of myself when I did self regression. Once, I saw my feet...and my legs and wondered...why they were effeminate -- I saw that I was wearing a white cotton dress, sandals, and my toenails were painted. On another occasion, I saw my reflection in the window of truck as I walked by - I was bald. Anyway, it's possible that you saw yourself in a previous life on another planet. Now, I haven't seen this myself; but, during a clearing session where he was helping me contact my spirit guide (successfully, I might add) James Gilliland informed me I had a previous life as a 5th Dimensional Pleiadian feline. Hey, anything is possible, right? So, fear not...it's all good.

Hey <8>! Just used the same track to try the regression, and I think that maybe I´ve got into something as well.

I saw myself somewhere in the Highlands, wearing a fur and leather clothing, living inside a log cabin...I could smell the air, the humidity and feel the cold...

However, I´m not sure if it was just my imagination or a real regression experience.
