How Nato and particularly USA can put up with racism spread by NTC

Just a quick note, since the time the so called rebels have taken Libyas Tripolly, the black people are taken to prisons and all taken as mercinaries, Racism is very strongly shown by the so called rebel forces. How can USA allow this after they have this disgrace in their own history of slavery.
