Default A response to a concerned partner of an Avalon member

    -------

    Hello, All:

The other day I received a concerned message from the partner of an active Avalon member, seeking reassurance about what they were engaged in. The person who wrote to me was bewildered, courteous and caring. Some of you may possibly find my reply of value.
    Dear _______ ,

Many thanks for your message. It's not a petty question.

Many people these days, myself included, have little confidence in governments or the mainstream media to provide us with good, reliable information about what is really happening in the world.

My own personal sources -- people who hold or have held positions within the intelligence agencies or the military -- suggest to me that all is not what it seems in the world, and that there are major problems, issues and plans which are not being disclosed to the citizens. Of this I am personally certain.

The role of the Project Avalon Forum (which is far from unique on the internet, though it has a deserved reputation for being a very high quality, spiritually-oriented group of people, your partner included) is to provide a kind of meeting place for people to discuss these issues.

The forum is an online community -- a virtual group of people with very broadly similar interests -- who exchange information, ideas, perspectives and personal anecdotes, just as would any group of friends if they were sitting round drinking coffee or at a dinner table enjoying a conversation. The goal of the forum is simply to facilitate a means for this to happen. It has no agenda in itself.

Personally, I'd describe myself as an educator. I used to be a teacher (math and physics), but quickly left mainstream education. Since then I've been working in what could be called personal development: helping individuals discover truth and ability within themselves and for themselves.

I have a very high opinion of all individuals' human potential. Whether each of us reaches our potential is quite another matter, but many of us are working hard on our personal growth: and I do what I can to help, encourage and assist.

My advice and encouragement to you, if I may, would be to support your partner, non-judgmentally, as best you can, in their quest for the truth of what is happening on our planet in these turbulent and confusing times -- and also for their personal truth. That is the greatest gift that we can offer anyone we care deeply about.

With my personal best wishes to you -- Bill

I would also like to add from the Buddhist path, the need for a supportive sangha when trying to work towards a common goal. In this case the goal being the exposure of truth. Each nation is like a Plc and needs its citizens fit for work. I can remember when during the Blair New Labour phase a newspaper headline calling for an extra 10,000 counselors needed for the NHS to deal with a rise in mental health issues. Many of the topics that are covered here I believe can challenge an individuals perception (Even if it is the truth and is proven so further down the line) and therefore it is comforting and actually essential to have a community within which truth seekers can voice their new found knowledge or Intuitive knowing which may not be in the public arena as yet.

Thanks Bill .....When people ask me why are you interested in that rubbish ? my standard answer is, its better than watching soaps or X factor and from there the conversation can go anywhere depending on the person asking and the level of interest shown.People are aware of various aspects of whats going on around them, but can't grasp the magnitude of the deception and how everything fits together in a giant jig saw puzzle ............
Since I joined the local Royal mail sorting office 4 years ago I have met two other keen 'Truth Seekers' and all three of us joined avalon several months ago, so we are able to exchange views. As a example of people 'awakening' there are about 120 people in our office and a lot of 'Banter' goes on as we sort & prep before going on our rounds .You can imagine the little greenmen jokes X files etc.. There are about 10 to 20 interested in various aspects UFO's , 9/11, chemtrails etc, probably 10 who take the 'mick' and the rest are indifferent , or just interested in their 3D existance....So there is still a lot of waking up to do !! Cheers Steve

When we become detached from this main stream society matrix system, we are headed into uncharted waters that most feel intuitively is the correct stream to flow, thereby knowing that there is calm, serene waters and sunnier days that await us there, as we arrive. Thanks Bill, It's wonderful to have you as a friend and co-pilot to help us navigate this ship we are all on together.

    Dear Friends:

The moral of the story here is how a tiny investment of time can [sometimes!] make an enormous amount of difference in others’ lives.

Enjoy, feel good, and do pay it forward.

    *******
    Dear Bill

Nobody has ever touched my life in such an important way as you did with a simple email. I know that sounds dramatic, but the relationship with my partner is paramount in my life, and they were having a hard time understanding what I was going through.

Bill, what you wrote has fixed every single part of our used-to-be problem, and for that I am grateful. I read the thread you posted in the forum with your response, and told my friend: "I wish my partner could read this!”

Then when I got home, they told me they’d sent you an email.

Instantly I knew. I brought up the thread and started to read it aloud. It was the same email. I started to tremble. I couldn’t believe it... and didn’t stop shaking for about 30 minutes. I felt honored.

They were VERY satisfied, and told me that was they needed to hear, and everything’s fine, and they’re now wanting to learn to meditate, as am I. Nobody but you could have done this for me. So, thank you Bill, you helped me more than words can say.

Well done, Mr. Ryan. It's great to have the Captain of the ship back at the wheel!
Before you speak, ask yourself, is it kind, is it necessary, is it true, does it improve on the silence?

This is a good reminder that small deeds that are done from the heart can mean quite a lot to another and it gives you tenfolds in return.
    a beautiful symbiosis.

There is a lot of credit to be given to the partner of the Avalon forum member for reaching out and wanting to know.. I am sure there are other partners out there with the same questions.I suggest them all to be in touch with Bill :-)

It is Bill's reassurance and honest explenation that can put many minds at ease

    May the dreams continue..

    Hello Bill.

You put so simply just how we who have difficulties in explaining to others what we seem to them to be 'caught up in', how we might make things easier for both ourselves and the other person when we do try to explain.

Your intended use of the word 'they' to appply to each of the two people involved, and unknown to us, was an essential part in achieving the result it did. And what a life-affirming group of synchronicities that was for them!

But it went further than that because for many of us Avalonians, I suspect, we were suddenly brought into touch (again) with Reality, inspired and spiritually re-energised.

In all my learning about how to realise our true potential and grow in awareness and among all the providers of uplifting information on video that perhaps most of us would respect I have come across just three who have very convincingly (and in each case just en passant) made clear to their audience the folly (for those who do so) of making negative judgments about gays. Your use of the word 'they' led me to immediately think: Oh, those two could be gay partners.

I then went into a longish period of gentle ręverie and thought of those with other religious, cultural, colour, handicapped and sexual backgrounds who don't normally get a mention and who I personally hadn't yet taken seriously enough as fellow human beings.

We all. most of us probably, seem to need to do more work on simply accepting (and not just tolerating) others as they are and, in the process, of going deep into the unknown to deal with so-called good and bad, right and wrong and finally 'the problem' of evil itself.

Thank you, Bill, by means of your email and its synchronistic consequences for helping another Avalonian to experience a deeper sense of freedom.

    Stephen.
