Anyone else been feeling floaty or dizzy? I am, but then again I've been tired too.

Me too. Really floaty and I feel better as far as pain but would not be surprised to see more flares. Even another M class. Earthquakes are up too. I seem to be having trouble downloading with my computer today. Storming on top of us.

    Electron flux is up.

Such weird sensations I've been having... Oh boy.

Have had very little sleep. Omg, its torture. I did drift off at 3 ish this morning. Slept till noon, but i need to be sleeping when everyone else sleeps. The night before got no sleep, i thought for sure i would be asleep early last night. But no, laid there til three bug eyed.
Pain is better today and it felt good to get some sleep, but i still feel the energies. It was wierd though, tuesday night i had a strong feeling of low voltage going through my body, i should have known something was up.
Strange that so few people feel these symptoms.

I was hoping that my symptoms would have been relieved by now. I don't know what had happened with my endocrine glands last week, but this doesn't feel good. High pulse, exhaustion etc. I've been feeling some kind of energy pulsation in my body at times. I hope that the symptoms will alleviate soon, because I can't remember when I've been feeling this weak (except for flu's and fevers) and I was supposed to meet my doctor next week, but now I'm wondering if I should ask help from the healers of Avalon, never had to resort to that option before. However, I probably should get some rest now.

You might be surprised, many people are having similar experiences ...
Though are just simply oblivious to the real reason ...

I'm wondering if I'm just having early flu symptoms? Maybe I should take more vitamins, but these symptoms have been very weird lately.

Wind, you are not alone. I had had some really extreme fatigue along with hystamine allergic symptoms. Benadryl is helping both sleep issues and allergies but adding to the fatigue. Ugh and the humidity is really intense right now too, so not spending time outdoors like i would like. Hopefully all this will pass soon.

Saw Aragon and your post in the other sections and have to agree with the weather aspect and electricity. Tornados can produce shearing forces so strong that it can take electrons right off of atoms and that can generate lightning right off the vortex or twister. Wind can go right through you.

If I were to place a bet on what has the most meat and potatoes with the connection of Sun, Earth, electro-magnetics and health benefits, it would be grounding or earthing. Another new age catch phrase but where there is a disconnect. Grounding to some scientists means that there is no electrical potential or difference between 2 objects. It takes more than running around barefoot 5 minutes to really feel the healing affects with the earth even if grounding is immediate. Being grounded with the earth for an hour a day, everyday, has lead to miraculous results in brief period of times (months). There are at least 2-3 threads I think in the forum on this topic.

Yes there are devices being sold to ground you that are nonsense but some are not. Some methods are more like giving a drink of water to a thirsty man and are not enough. Walk barefoot all day, don't just hug a tree, sit with your bare feet or back to the tree for on hour maybe read a book, bury yourself in the sand...naked....some are cheap methods. I think one thread was called “the greatest healer of all mother earth”. The beginning of the video seems so hoaky to me and drawn out but worth it for there is some real evidence here.

Besides hydrating, another issue, I have begun to really try to better ground myself and for longer periods. I can think of a few reasons that a period of time being important. 1. Grounded seems instantaneous but I am not convinced that internally down to the atomic level or say the mitochondria at intracellular level it is done quickly. It is at the cellular level, so my guess is yes it is. 2. We may or may not create a potential difference very quickly, once not grounded. I can see that it may vary. And Most importantly 3. Healing is not immediate. That takes time and even if healing or inflammation is reduced at 10X the rate, a 5 minute walk is still only 5 minutes.

I have just begun to explore this in more depth so the jury is still out and I am at the beginning of this journey myself but I am trying to do more with these ideas. I should have started last week I might be in better shape for this solar activity. Any one try this yet?

I slept a long time too and was shocked at the time when i woke up. I slept straight through 14 hours. I too feel floaty, and my emotions are a tad tender also. The heat index is 106 here. I am dying to spend time outside but its just too darn hot.

I had major symptoms yesterday and the day before it, my heart was racing and I felt floaty and dizzy. Not so strong symptoms anymore, I just couldn't sleep that well. My pulse still is higher than usually, but I'm okay for now.

    M5.9 Solar Flare Observed
"A moderately strong M5.9 solar flare was surprisingly observed Sunday morning at 12:17 UTC around region 2151 located in the southeast quadrant near the east limb. The event was eruptive and a coronal mass ejection became visible soon after in the latest LASCO coronagraph imagery. Because of the location near the east limb, the plasma cloud is likely directed to the east and away from Earth. More updates to follow regarding any possible Earth directed component."
