I slept good last night. Don't feel too bad, a little groggy today and it's cold here. I am surprised we didn't get a large quake, the numbers went up quite high but the magnitude stayed down and there weren't huge quakes.

Well, I just got some twinges, in pain, so I'm not sure if we're going to have another cme or flare. The electrons are diving a bit and that may be the cause. I usually get a little popping and I haven't, so I'm not sure what to think of this.

Another M class flare popping. My ears are really popping with this one. Feels funny. Almost like 2.

Another flare. Trouble getting on Solarham but definitely an M Class flare. I felt some pain with this one for a while and now I feel relief. Makes me wonder if it's a filament eruption.

Solar Cycle 24 newly suprised us all with another "peaking splurge", i.e. all of this renewed activity... proving the "double peak" theory once again:

    Back to todays space weather...

Sunspot 2157 offered an M1.5 flare peaking at 02:16 UTC :

A type IV Radio Emission was detected a few hours later:

Quote Space Weather Message Code: ALTTP4
    Serial Number: 478
    Issue Time: 2014 Sep 14 0544 UTC

    ALERT: Type IV Radio Emission
    Begin Time: 2014 Sep 14 0430 UTC
Description: Type IV emissions occur in association with major eruptions on the sun and are typically associated with strong coronal mass ejections and solar radiation storms.

Protons are falling and Electron are bonkers again... The IMF and BZ are still positive (very good). What fun!

I am feeling Twinges in my back and teeth. Electrons are diving I think making me a little sensitive. Something is building. I'm guessing it is a cme barely making an M class or shy of it. Just starting to build so a bit off yet, no popping yet.

    Newest grom spaceweather.com:

Quote DECREASING CHANCE OF FLARES: Sunspot AR2158, the source of last week's powerful X-flare, is decaying as it turns away from Earth. This is decreasing the chance of another geoeffective explosion. NOAA forecasters put the odds of an X-flare today at a waning 25%.

I'm starting to feel more popping. Not sure don't see anything yet. 65% for an M class and only 25% for an X flare, as stated by MorningSong. Finally most waves of energy have calmed down. But there was a bit of a pop I'm feeling, more sooner now.

What the heck is going on with the protons? Loud ringing in my right ear and the left side of my neck is achy.

What's going on with the electrons too? My right ear is also popping. Feeling odd. I thought it was going to be another flare. There been two rather small pops (c flares). Is it a Coronal hole? A wave from somewhere....galactic center??

Well, we were not the only ones to question this. But suspiciousObservers says it is a trailing wave of energy, much more low energy particles. So it is a wave coming off the last blast from the sun. Several other people thought it was a cme as well.

Slow moving, trailing behind, low energy.....sounds like my kind of energy.

Its roughly 2 pm monday, and I just got hit with a wave of vertigo, accompanied by heavy emotions. Vertigo hit like a ton of bricks. So, if this is a slow wave, can't wait for the fast one, lol. Angone else having effects? Still stuck using my phone, having much difficulty getting internet to work at this house. Arggh. Think I will go lay down before I fall down.
