Which I can totally understand as in Spanish the word PLACER means pleasure.

The Rockefeller foundation wants to appear as philantropic to the public. It's supposed to make the Rockefellers look not so much like the dark side. So they gotta pull a decent stunt here and there. This one is really awesome, gotta try this one day, too!

This was done by a group called improve everywhere. A group of people that get together, and does, well, improv.....everywhere. I don't think it had anything to do with the Rockefeller faction, or the CIA. I'm pretty sure it was just some non billionaire people with a great idea.
They just decided to put it in a very busy intersection. Maybe there was some abstract meaning to putting it in the square, but thats where the affiliation stops I'm pretty sure.

Isn't it amazing how creative people can be and how much fun they can have when they let their imaginations run free. And just think - there was no tv and no video game. Can you imagine what might happen if the only thing kids had was a baseball, bat, mitts and an empty field? OMG - there might be companionship, dialogue, face-to-face friendships. Oh well, I guess I'm just showing my age.

If I could I would:
