Well spotted Fred. But remember, they are playing the God game,
they are preparing for the harvest, and they need to know what the yield is going to be.

So the nice people are also being counted and herded;
after all, they will need someone to maintain their infrastructure
and clean their homes after the shift mess.

they are preparing for the harvest, and they need to know what the yield is going to be.

Hmmmm, maybe I'm being a little slow here ulli, not sure if I really catch your drift. Are you saying that they were/are keeping track say, of the people who spoke in the microphone? And those would be the ones the elites would want cleaning their houses and such later on? Wouldn't the elites have more sophisticated ways than this? Well, before I drivel on here I'll just wait for a clarification...

It was just a wild guess. I know for a fact that the CIA employs a lot of low-paid people
to keep an eye on things going on in public places
so something like that might be useful for them to monitor as well.

That makes so much common sense. I think they'd be more interested in the people that will play along than those who would rebel. If they found them and relocated them they could leave the rest to their fates.
