Beautiful cloudless morning on the mountain.

Had another late night -the energy not as intense as the recent past days.

meeradas when your friends Kings X come to or near San Diego County, I will make it a point to show up.
For the aftermath of our wild days.....for me there were a lot of layers..... thank God for all of the emotions..... back then they kept me alive -like I said before I want to live.



The Dalai Lama is coming to San Diego this year..... I probably wont go too much security and too many people.

Feeling stupid, foolish, remorseful, whatever... about it ...is also part and parcel of the correct states and stages of this self grief.

Clarity on that comes... eventually. By that time, the new state of moving forward from that point, is probably... stable and assured.

Exactly the right amount of each component. Now matter how ugly it may feel.

They were helpful for moving the air through the house and taking the 'trash' out. That is the practical answer. Nora's answer is the bigger picture.

Nobody worked harder on his riffs and guitar sounds than Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath fame. Granted, lots of over tracks and gizmos, impossible to get right in concert. But they never went commercial, gotta give em' points for that.

I'm from Washington State,at about 2;26pm was reported ,the BP ReFinery near Ferndale WA.broke into flames...a massive fire at the refinery in Blaine,is at over a 100 ft in the air,it's breaking news here.This site -BLAINE ReFINERY is the main supplier for Sea Tac Airport,as well as supplies the western cost for gas,at 31/2 million gals a day,21/2 million gals in jet fuel,2.2gals in diesel a day-this is a horrific fire by any standards,this is only what is being reported at this time,and my information is getting less by the min,I do know that that the BP Refinery ,mention it employs some of 800 people,there wellness is not being said yet.This is such a bad fire,I'm hopeful they have the best on site to get it under control,I have only repeated what the KOMO news 4 has stated as well as others

Jake it's very serious indeed,but their now stopping the information from getting out,as you must know President Obama just left the state as well-He just left Washington State,as we speak this has taken place this short afternoon,you might not hear anything more on this,as that's what I'm getting loud and clear-I can't believe it.Why is it the people get shut off from important information as soon as they start to listen?
