Anyway! When you posted your new AVATAR. It lit up like a Christmas Tree! During one of the exercises, I was as to come of two with two mentors. I envisioned two white scientiest, one was older male, 80's and a female early to late 60's, maybe even 70!

Anyway, you were one of them! Not the old man! lol! But the beautiful wise women! I can just picture you and I sitting by the river bank, whatching the falls coming over the river! With your husbands permission of course! As I have told Paula, you, 1-In-Many, Nat_Lee, Dawn, and many other females! You are so beautiful to me! Yes, you Guys too! (DAMN IT!)

PS! It scared the holy crap out of me! I had all these powers and I . didn't know how to handle them. Find out for yourself!

Wow, your memory for faces is impressive. Unlike mine.
Just remember, projecting special qualities onto me will mean that you might be diminishing yourself.
Calling yourself deranged is in no way a sign of humility either, more of someone who is a bit too hard on themselves.

Maybe the dream was meant to alert you to the special energy we all here are creating with this Here and Now Village.

Rosie Vela needs healing. I would like anyone who sees this post to send her healing energies.
A very talented singer, beautiful former model, who never received a cent from the sales of her only album, Zazu, which was produced by Steely Dan. The record company obviously knew more how to become rich off of young talents than she did.

She is now living here in Barbados and trying to recover from several surgery mishaps.
I would so love to see an end to her pain and suffering. Needs a miracle.

Another singer I knew a long time ago, Wilko Johnson of the band Dr. Feelgood, who was dying of cancer a year ago
and for whom I also pleaded the Villagers to send healing energies, is now completely cancer free.

Lets see what we all can do for Rosie.

That was no sabbatical Marianne, it was what is known technically as a long weekend Other less dedicated members like myself tend to disappear for a month at a time. I don't know how you mods do it. It's our turn to say Hats off!

Love this cartoon. I can relate, for sure.

The Internet has taught me so much, and there is no way of learning these lessons unless one makes mistakes,
and debates and argues, until one realises that the more one uses this approach others will only reenforce their stance.

So in the end I now just say my thing, avoiding confrontations, and occasionally add to someone's ideas but always mindful that by agreeing too emphatically they may not benefit from that either.

Each one must be allowed to make up their own minds, in their own space.
In their own comfort zone. One cannot meditate in a war zone.
And that is the environment I want to nurture around here.
