Well, Calz, in the end, the Buddhist must fix themself, as no other function will suffice.

That the answer is always inside, and only once it is internally handled... can it be externalized.

No external force or ghost, or wisdom - can get that done.

Only internal efforts will get it done.

All the external ghost can do is, is but charge at the avatar and occupant like a crazed demon, hoping the reflection will finally spur some internal motion toward an effort put into reaching clarity. At the same time, to leave the spoor and clues of clarity in sign, language, and form..everywhere.

Anything else, just reinforces the fundamental weakness of leaving the avatar in the drivers seat, while the occupant sleeps.

In everyone's life there must come a moment when you (and only you)
decides what thoughts to allow, and if they are in line with your understanding of yourself.
then you can relax, and be yourself, and not have any more doubts, and stand by that.
Only one question matters, what did I come here to DO???
Surely not just to listen to yourself, and all those internal cacophonies, passively allowing them to invade the self, one by one, distract and interrupt every half-formed agenda...or is that it?
I believe our search for who we are is THE most important issue in life. Why am I here?
If a variety of answers pop up, make a choice, which appeals the most. Or multi- task. But know what you are doing, and why.
If later on thoughts pop into your mind which question the earlier understanding, then again, YOU decide whether to accept and integrate them, in the context of an ever changing world, or reject them.

Invent yourself, be creative. Be that. Get into that authority. Live life. Follow your bliss. Allow for changes, after careful deliberation.
That is conscious living.

Numerology and synchronicities certainly are fascinating, for the past few years and especially during the past few weeks I've been constantly seeing the number of my birthdate, constantly and everywhere, just like the other number sequences it just keeps coming up. Also apparently my lucky numbers are 3, 6, 9. I do like the number 13. Numbers and synchronicities everywhere I go and look. I assume it is the overself guiding me.

One interesting offshoot of the World Cup. The Baccalauréat is the French nationwide exam which is the same for all 18-year-olds still at school. One geography question asked of all but the scientists is on “the territorial dynamics of Brazil”. Wish them luck with that. Regardless of the content, they are certainly getting kids to think “outside the penalty box”, and the smart ones who have done their homework for this typically topical question will get high marks.

I've met Emily several times. I would describe her as one human with a "pure, kindly and radiant heart". She also makes great spaghetti! Here and Now I am typing on my keyboard and I was so bummed. This news is so sad on several levels. I can't remember ever crying since I was about ten years old. This news had me close. But if I lean back in my chair and close my eyes I can see a happy Steve and Emily, and I can smell her great spaghetti sauce. And that makes me smile!

Any positive thoughts or healing sent their way will be greatly appreciated!

I'm currently sitting in the train station getting ready to board. On my way here I was speeding down rural Missouri roads and hit a wild turkey with my car. My windshield is shattered and the top of my car bent. I feel miserable for killing such a beautiful animal...all because I was rushing and not being mindful.

Just thought I'd share...mindfulness is a good thing to practice in all avenues of life. This poor turkey is now a victim of my anxiety of being late. I'm going to visit my Lady in California...being late would have been a no-no!

If anybody would like to see what hitting a 30+ pound male wild Turkey while driving 65 mph down a rural Missouri road looks like...here you go:



The windshield is completely caved in and the roof of the car is bent! Thankfully it is a special type of glass...though there are some glass shards that hit me when it happened...

Ulli, what you said about how dreams and other dimensions are a great part of my life makes the perfect sense to me now. I didn't know that astrology could explain that aspect too. What a night last night was, so many different things going on "there". Often they leave me too dumbfound.

It is a stretch, and it has a big hole in it And is it a Nazi symbol or an ancient Tibetan one? Let's put our imaginations to better use. You might like to see a yin and a yang in what is actually an engineer's elegant solution for making a sphere out of the two smallest strips of rubber.

Edit: On the other hand, you may be right: the ball was vetted by NASA, and given a military-sounding name - the Brazuca.
