I tried it and went to the beginning. Also by looking at your link, I see you didn't click the 'start' box. If you did, then end of your address would have minutes and seconds. (see sample below)

Try this: stop Modwiz's video exactly where you want Gio to speak, then click "Start at" box & then copy address.

Check the ending of this sample, i.e, =4m17s:

Note: for multiple time stamps, you can go in and modify and minutes and seconds without going through the initial steps on YouTube. Replace the number 3 with 4 (min) & 7 with 17 (sec) on your post.
