    Dear Foxie,

I know that exercise is one way of lessening stiffness of the heart muscle. I was looking for ways of reversing it and came across this discussion on the Mayo Clinic website.

    https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discu...heart-failure/

If you want to try and heal, there are many of us on the forum who would like to help. You are a beautiful soul and are loved!

To: Foxie-Loxie and Everyone that's lived through the nonsensical games.

    Waiting to exhale…. [no more]

Isn’t it freeing to live life where your choices are yours and yours alone. Where you don’t have to negotiate, compromise, or hold your breath…nor stash those chocolate chip cookies in that secret hiding place.
    ..................

    Whitney Houston - Exhale

    Exhale

    Everyone falls in love sometime
Sometimes it's wrong, and sometimes it's right
For every win, someone must fail
But there comes a point when
When we exhale (yeah, yeah, say)

    Shoop, shoop, shoop
    Shoop be doop, shoop, shoop

    Sometimes you'll laugh
    Sometimes you'll cry
Life never tells us, the when's or why's
When you've got friends, to wish you well
    You'll find your point when
You will exhale (yeah, yeah, say)

    Shoop, shoop, shoop
    Shoop be doop, shoop, shoop

    Hearts are often broken
    When there are words unspoken
In your soul there's answers to your prayers
If you're searching for a place you know
A familiar face, somewhere to go
    You should look inside yourself
    You're halfway there

    Sometimes you'll laugh
    Sometimes you'll cry
Life never tells us, to wish you well
    You'll find your point when
You will exhale (yeah, yeah, say)

    Shoop, shoop, shoop
    Shoop be doop, shoop, shoop

Foxie that story you told about your life is simply amazing. Thanks for sharing! I could read about that all day. Gosh that's fascinating. I'm always amazed to hear people's stories here. You'll hear of some of the most unique experiences on Avalon.

For heart scarring and stiffness, castor oil packs are useful. This is a little known thing. Most people just use castor packs for the abdomen area. This is a limited approach in my view.

For what it's worth, this is what I did(and still do sometimes, just not as often):

First off, here's what you'll need...
    1) a piece of cotton or flannel. Approx 1 ft by 1 ft.
    2) castor oil
    3)a plastic shopping bag
    4) a heating pad.

    - Cut a square piece out of the shopping bag. It should be a little bigger than the piece of cotton.

    - soak the cotton in castor

    - put the square castor soaked cotton on your heart area (I do this while laying down)

    - cover that with the slightly larger piece of shopping bag (to prevent oil from getting on heating pad)

    - on top of that apply the heating pad.

Keep it there for as long as you like. Sometimes i'd do it for a half hour, sometimes for hours at a time. I found that I had the most restful sleeps doing this. Plus, this is a very unique oil, with properties I don't quite understand but are quite magical (note: I'd usually lay on a towel. The oil has a way of finding it's way onto the couch or bed if I didnt)

Having said all that, I think the very first and most important thing is taking coenzyme q10 gel caps. I know I've already said that. I won't keep repeating myself - promise. Last time I'll say it

    Hi, Foxie.
I remember reading with sadness when you said that your life had been ruined by wrong ideas, that you have now moved beyond. It made me think that every step along the way is a positive step, and those wrong beliefs have led to you, as the light being that you are now. The gentle subtle light flows through your posts- really, if you are a piece of God refining your light then CONGRATS- you got there- success! If its 'mission accomplished' then checking out is OK, but as my son says when he wants something I have got - 'Sharing is caring' so sticking around to spread your joy would be very nice for us.

Do not hold onto any thought forms about being just worn out. Physical regeneration is available to people of your age. Believe that. Speaking as someone who knows all about stress and holding onto it, I say - check with your own guidance as to whether there are realms of peace and calm that you can access now. If its time to go then all is good, but ask - it might not be. Q10 (better with PQQ) is great for mitochondria, that are very dense in the heart. C60 is supposedly very helpful for mitochondria.

Well, i do not know what the green light is about either.....

Happy to see you writing a bit here.

You know, I am a mom who had a tough life too - for vastly different reasons, but tough. And finally, there is a way to keep well and looking much younger: nutritional advice you can find here (even my thyroid cyst which turns out to be undiscriminate cells, has been keeping stable thanks to some advice found here years ago), ways of thinking and deprogramming you can find on the forum as well, and exercise (smoothly going with age).

And of course frienship, found here as well. lol

Generally speaking, it means you are logged on. Yesterday, when there was what I'm calling a glitch, your green light was off. I wasn't sure if the glitch was because you or someone close to you sent along a PM to either close your Avalon account or that it was time for you to take a break.

    In any case, welcome back.

Under ‘general settings’ there are choices: “Invisible mode allow you to browse the forums without appearing in the “Currently Active Users’ lists.”

Members that aren't logged on or are set to invisible mode, their names don't register at the bottom of the page they are currently on. Though from my brief stint as mod-in-training, I learned that the mods and admins can 'see all'.

Thanks for that reminder, Mike! I used castor oil packs when I had an issue with sore and swollen joints a long time ago. The problem went away for almost 20 years (I used diet--for candida--and acupuncture, too), but now this issue has returned. Better nip it in the bud!

I just wrote myself a note so I won't forget to get some castor oil right away.

    Very helpful, thank you!

Foxie Loxie, great to hear from you. Thank you for sharing your story. I'm glad you found PA because we love you so much!

    Foxie,

Good morning! I'v been at a loss for words when I saw you're message and want you to know my heart is with you. I haven't been able to write anything because this is very close to home for me. Last Wednesday I myself had a heart attack and just got out of the hospital when I saw your message. I now have a stint in my LAD and must carry those little pills of Nitroglycerin just in case. But this is not about me. I want you to know I'm there with you in spirit even though I've not been able to say much the last few days....you're the sweetest woman I've met on these forums and I want you to know how much I do care.

Just take it easy and roll with the flow...that's what I'm doing at the moment.

Sending lodes of love your way Foxie!

Awe...Thanks Guys. I'm a pretty strong old gal but that clogged artery just couldn't hang! They called it the "widow maker" which sent me reeling and they said I'm really lucky to be alive!

    https://myheart.net/articles/the-widowmaker/

The thing that saved me was Lionhawk made me take two asprin after he listened to my heart before we left the house...and they gave me Nitroglycerin immediately at the hospital emergency room. They told Lionhawk next time (hoping there will not be a next time) to give me four aspirin. And of course now I have the Nitroglycerin...so that will help in the future.

Well I'll share something humorous about the whole thing. You all should get a kick out of this....

I live in the country and am not really familiar with where the nearest hospitals are...so I just went to the county hospital that I though was nearest.

Now everyone I work with told me never to go to that hospital again as when people check in that emergency room they often don't return.

Funny thing: That emergency room used to have a doctor we all know! His name is Steven Greer! Yes this is the hospital he used to work in the emergency room at! Caldwell County Hospital in Lenoir, North Carolina...it's in his book!

So in the future I'll be going to the other hospital which is in the next county as I'm on the county line to a much better hospital in the future!

And just a little FYI for the women out there which few people know (I know I had no idea!) I didn't know I was having a heart attack. Apparently one of the "classic" symptoms for women having a heart attack is pain in the jaw....which was my primary symptom! My jaw felt like it was on fire...burning sensation....Then my heart started racing and pounding hard. No pain in the arm as they tell you to watch for. So if any of you women out there start having pain in the jaw...and your heart starts racing even a little bit...get your butt to the hospital because chances are great you're having a heart attack...and steer clear of the Greer Hospital in Caldwell county! LOL

I shared the secret with all of you, chop ginger, Tumeric and garlic, cover with honey and eat a spoon full for 7 days.

I lost 20 pounds, BP dropped 40 over 20 and heart rate slowed to a marathon runner.

    I take 1 spoonful a month now.

In the morning on an empty stomach 2 hours before breakfast.

Try it before doctors have you on a hundred pills a day...

Pills are like putting a gun on your mouth and swallowing, they have nothing to do with health, only survival.

Thank you Rocky and Mike earlier with his recommendations! This is the kind of thing people like us need to hear!

I've already quite smoking! I think that was my biggest factor...smoking. I have eight bottles of pills in front of me now. Which will decrease shortly in a month or so since I had the stint put in. I refuse to let this get me. But I am going to start stressing less...I think that is a key we all need to look at....stress is a major factor that can do a person wrong. I for one and going to relax and just let it be!

OMG Shadowself so glad you caught that in time and are recovering.

I'm always a little self conscious about giving suggestions. I don't want to appear to be holding forth here or posturing as some expert. But i do have quite a bit of experience in this area, unfortunately.

To clear and repair arteries naturally, there are many, many options. the first few that spring to mind are:

    1) cayenne pepper http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.co...alFood/Cayenne.

I found out about the miracle of cayenne quite by "accident". I was given a book written by a man named Dick Quinn. It's called 'Left For Dead' (https://www.amazon.com/Left-Dead-Dic.../dp/0963283901 It was a huge inspiration. In it, he describes a heart attack, a failed bypass surgery, and then his eventual recovery with cayenne pepper.

    2) The Linus Pauling protocol for clearing arteries. https://saveyourheart.com/clean-arteries

    3) EDTA therapy. http://www.life-enhancement.com/maga...scular-disease
