Here and Now...What's Happening?

This past weekend took a lot of umph for me. I pushed through awkwardness at every turn. This was conscious on my part, for I wanted to make the most of the time I had with the Purple One. Of course there was plenty of time for family, and for connecting, for experiencing the joyfulness of play, for baby toe kisses and foam sword fights, for emptying all stress and worry and simply being, for enjoying those moments that now become apparent when all thought ceases. And I admit to being a little dehydrated and needing some rest after this weekend. Haha

But I cannot begin to express my gratitude for being welcomed into the hearts and lives of this beautiful family. I'm not being insincere in the least, either.

One thing I pushed through was my awkwardness with toning. Over the past months, I had built this up to be something difficult and complicated, something unreachable, something that monks do in the mountains. You know what toning is? It is a lot like singing or humming to me. Not what people hear on the radio, I mean my humming or singing. I didn't realize that there is a place I inhabit when I hum. I only realized this when stepping out of the shower to Lotus Blossom's kind assessment of my voice. This was a bit startling actually, because I had no idea I had been humming or singing. I'm still not sure which one I was doing. But...there is a place. I step into this place of openness, of emptiness, of Allowance. And sound moves through me. And looking back on it, it is as if sound makes a circle. There is no beginning to it, no end. I join in with my voice, and it is an endless and infinite harmony. It is so beautiful and so filling that thoughts cannot compete. They can't. So I guess they stop. Doing this consciously, joining voices...what a powerful experience. I have diminished lung capacity, but I think with a little work that will improve. The roadblock is my true challenge, for (as is always the case with me) I cannot easily identify it.

Since I have been up since about 4am, this is what I have been thinking about. 1inmany moments of clarity, 1inmany remarkable moments in the series that made up the weekend. I can tell, extra water and a nap are on the agenda today

Yep, I drank a whole gallon of water, yesterday.

Now that we are over the initial hump, let me make a few observations about toning. When words are spoken, we are creating and releasing a specific pattern of energy, essentially a sentence is a spell. When one creates the pure and powerful vibration of a tone, which is a sound that lacks the pattern of a word, one might simply be blessing one's environment, or one might be energizing a newly created thoughtform, something that can far exceed the complexity of speech and spoken spells, the vibration is power, is the impetus, the motivator that will move things far ahead.

Also, as I pointed out the other day, lung capacity will arrive with practice, for the vibration will open up and open up and open up all the channels withing the body, in the lungs, in the blood, in the glands.

Also, also, after you have been at it a while, you will notice a tone beneath the thresh hold of human hearing, something of the earth that you can feel (the "heat") and the tones you will produce you will find to be in harmony with this.

If you start the video, wait for an undetermined number of seconds (maybe around half a minute), then start it again on another browser tab, then again, another half a minute or so, and start it on a third browser tab...well, it gets pretty intense.

I only heard the "surprise" real-world background sound when the first two layers had completed, and I was listening to only one ending.

I smell the gentle breeze flowing from the back door towards the front. I feel many things but, the sun feels so good. It's 4:14 pm and I feel alone. I dont feel worthy of a village I know I have value but others try to suppress it. I love everyone but it would seem as though 5% dont love me. I have tried teaching through love but I was not successful. I feel unsuccessful.

Sometimes books don’t keep their original titles. It's odd, isn't it. How we...How I can sit inside this body and be immersed in this life. The quagmire. The realness of it all. How I am the center of my own existence. How big and engulfing "my life" or "my experience" is. But then...

I was sitting at a doctor's office once. Waiting for M to come out. And it was in a tall building. I sat looking out the window. I watched the people below, like ants they were. And the hundreds of cars that passed through the busy Dallas intersection. Each one, a Me. And each one as a hub, with spokes extending from the center. All reaching out, from the Me-ness. All immersed in Me-ness. How small they were.

And then I can move out farther. I see many hubs, all becoming pin pricks of light. They cover the planet. And out farther, where there are many planets covered with pin pricks, all immersed in Me-ness. And in between the planets, not an empty space to be sensed. All full, but not of Me-ness. Filled with All-ness.

Then moving back in. Becoming smaller and smaller until I become only the one smallest speck, which by its very nature becomes all encompassing.

This is not a metaphor, I see two spheres with me. One to my left, and one to my right. In front of me, suspended between this body and the All. One is light. One is light. But the other...is not dark, it isn't evil. It's just...matter. And I know that if I step fully into the light golden sphere, I know I Am. And if I step into the darker sphere, I will not know I Am. And for the longest time I have thought I am supposed to step into the Lighter Sphere.

I have a hunch the two spheres should merge into One.

Today's post is over here. where I support the idea of the I AM, WE ARE point made in the topic as being the way out. I do it in a round about way, but in the process, I kill logic dead. Poor little logic, we barely knew ye.... logic killed itself, for the sake of it's self. It was only logical! "Here lies logic, the best and the worst, everything - but certainly not all."

"Dammit", consciousness said, turning to shout at intelligence, " You bumped my arm! you made me shoot logic! I was trying to shoot order!"

"Well", intelligence said slyly, "ultimately logic was gonna have to go, anyway".

"Yeah", consciousness said fuming away, "but the order is ..that order has to go first, THEN logic gets it."

"Well, sorry bout that", intelligence said, again, while it breathed a sigh of relief that consciousness took as chagrin.

Good thing, Intelligence thought, snuck that one by..... for if logic got shot first, it would not be around to let consciousness know that after order, then logic buying the farm, comes intelligence's turn in the crosshairs.
