Checking in with you, Big D. Did I push too hard? I sometimes I don't know where the line is between "Get out of my face will ya!" and "How about this POV?". Sorry, if it's the former.
I'll be more mindful.

Gimme a break...I came here for "eagle"-strength pushes...your sweetness is like nice kisses all over my cheeks, which I like just as much, and why i spend as much time in the village as anywhere else.

No...I always lament the need to replace the esteemed Mr. Marley from my life (even if only temporary). It's not so bad as I have a ton to listen to on my own, but he is a crowd pleaser, when music is called for in groups...it is hard to find anyone that appeals to everyone more than him...then you get some "soul shakedown party tonight" going, next thing you know the room starts smelling like Spicoli's van:

I did my whole day up to 4h50 pm. Thanks everyone. I was caughing, sneezing, but no fever. They had been told the day before I had the flue, so they knew.

The funniest thing is that half of them were nurses, male and female, and the other half were psychologists, 29 altogether. The nurses would come at break to offer me water, tylenol, throat analgesics, tell me what they saw (your face is changing color, prevent by taking a tylenol, body temperature is changing), etc. I am going back tomorrow morning. I just hope I did not contaminate anyone, which is doubtful. My brain was a bit spacy, I am usually sharper, and I had to sit more, I usually walk around much more. Well, this is life.

Thanks again very much, with fever I could never have done it.

......world turned upside down when we woke up and had this spiritual awakening..... If thats what we want to call it!

..IMO.....i dont think i could ever go back up the rabbit hole ever again. Its pretty cool down here. Much to learn.....

Heh...would you like me to? I found the pic and got excited...but am almost tired of it already, doesn't really "fit". It is meant as a warning: "beware plastic punkins!!"

You gotta watch "Fast Times at Ridgemont High". Well, don't "gotta", it may not translate well. Or amuse most Avalonians as it does me. Was one of (if not the) first Sean Penn flick.

And here is a paragraph in Gurdjieff's own words. I'm not putting all of it, as that would be overload.
But for the musicians who come here this might be of interest....

The local flock of turkeys were in the front yard yesterday.

A siren began to wail and started to come closer.

The turkeys began to run in circles, together... and pecked at each other.

When the siren stopped, they went back to their normal behavior.

yes me too, 30 hours and C section. No wonder my daughter is dysphasic.

I really dig Manu Chao. I first heard of them in Deutschland. The album, Clandestino, is really great, if you haven't heard it, and you like that type of music. Oh, man...I just lost my post again.
Shorten version: Ow, ow. Ouch! 27+C+recuperation and rest with an infant. Oxymoron comes to mind.
I went the 24+ with complications.
