Power of words, you'd think I'd know it's scope by now since it is a favorite subject of mine but I forget all too often. Words can be used to shock people by simply using different but similar words that essentially mean the same thing like shopping spree vs. orgy. The average English speaking person associates orgy as a raunchy sexual activity while that is not the only definition.

Keep in mind the audience with the choice of words but it doesn't hurt, in the long run, to challenge the audience from time to time. The best artist do in my opinion.

Do connect with each other but challenge each other too to go further. Both actions are loving actions from where I stand.

Once the nest has emptied, the daft ‘euphoria’ of freedom lasts seconds, then the nagging worries start.... The ‘remote contol’ fiasco starts, then once that ends (by that time children are middle-aged), you realise the tables have turned... wtf? Does this happens to animals...?

Okay that just doesn't sound right.
I was like, hey there is an old post by Ulli, and then I'm like, huh I haven't heard from that home girl in a while.
So I go to her profile and look at her last post and it was a year ago as of 1-11.
Soooo, does anybody know how she is and what she has been up to?
Ulli, in case you hear this, I know I was never a big contributor to your thread but there was something comforting in knowing you guys were keeping the home fire lit so to speak. That was what I considered this creation of yours, the home fire of Avalon.
    I hope all is well.

    Hello all

Wanted to share a simple experience I had yesterday that felt very beautiful.

I decided to go into the park for some earth bonding.

The skies were clear and blue. The grass gleamed, soaked and silky wet. The mid-afternoon sun was glowing, supple and golden, on the bodies of the trees. I walked around them. Laid my palms on the bark and rested my forehead on their trunks. Whispering my gratitude with my thoughts. Sometimes I reach out to the buds on their branches, and the breeze blows them into my hand. I like to think they’re moving toward me of their own accord. I picked the trash from around them. Walked into an open area, and basked in the sun. Next to no thoughts. Just a soft electric feeling from sensing how the sun is alive and pouring through my heart into the earth, connecting all three of us. Asked nothing. Just stood there. Able to be, just myself. No demands. In the company of all living things. And it was almost quiet, except for my favourite sound in the world. The songs of the birds. I walked into the centre of the most open space. The soil all watery with rains from the days before. I laid my fingers in the earth. Said prayers, feeling glad. A raven flew across the sky, and then landed beside me. Large and beautiful. Carrying messages from the other side. I’m not adept enough to hear them all. I feel them like music in my bones. I offered my gratitude. There were nods. And smiles from me. Five friendly dogs, all shapes and sizes, one by one, walked, ran, ambled over from a distance. Each for a sniff and a cuddle. All of them brimming with medicine. We all hung out together. Because dogs understand. Then I went home. My heart warmed and my skin cold. My spirit quenched. My shoes like soggy bricks and my clothes happily muddy.

    I’m laughing as I write.

So much that happens in the world, in my world, I feel quite cut off from ‘the norm.’

Hard to describe just how wonderful that feeling is when you connect with the non human world.

    love to all

P.S.These aren’t my pics, but it felt like this ...

Also, I came across this ad today. Delicious. The skill of a tiny human and the breath-taking earth:

Brief intro to technique: “Cell Talk Clearing”
“The best comparative analysis of the cellular clearing process can be seen in doing a virus scan on your computer. If you have ever done this, you know that a virus scan can take hours.”

“The process of cellular clearing can take place alongside the conscious deprogramming you must also go through. They are not mutually exclusive. But once you can consciously start to become detached from the conscious belief programming and release your attachments to it…”

“The fact is that many of your conscious fears in regard to your personal belief structure just plain have to be faced before you can be free of them. As you will discover, the fear of letting go of belief systems is an irrational fear based on your ego's refusal to let go of its own emotional attachment to the belief…”

"The best comparative analysis of the cellular clearing process can be seen in doing a virus scan on your computer. If you have ever done this, you know that a virus scan can take hours. The more data there is to scan, the longer the scan takes. In a sense, the cellular clearing process can be compared to that scan. How long is it going to take to find all the imprinted negative emotional programs from multiple lifetimes that lay hidden within all the nooks and crannies of 50 trillion cells? Couple the scanning time with the fact that your cell system has to have the right opportunity to clear these programs individually, so it doesn't adversely affect your conscious mind and you can see why the process can in no way be instantaneous or happen quickly. We are talking about an unfathomable amount of energetic data that has to be scanned.

The process of cellular clearing can take place alongside the conscious deprogramming you must also go through. They are not mutually exclusive. But once you can consciously start to become detached from the conscious belief programming and release your attachments to it, it also expedites your cellular clearing process. Many of our beliefs are governed by our conscious denial and fear to let them go. These fears are part and parcel of the dark baggage we carry around in our cellular memory, so when you can overcome the fear by consciously letting these beliefs go, it serves to clear your fear of letting the belief go in your cellular memory. Beliefs we adhere to and fear to let go of the most will be the hardest for cellular clearing to release because you still maintain a conscious control over the beliefs. So long as you consciously maintain those beliefs and fear losing them, your cell system can't release the fear associated with giving up the belief program. You have to consciously remove your attachment to the belief program first. Your cell system is intimately linked to your conscious thinking and belief processes. If you refuse to remove your false belief structure and your fear of losing it on a conscious level, your cell system has no choice but to follow that guideline and you will be burdened with the fear of shedding your belief system until you consciously do so. Your cell system can't remove what your conscious awareness refuses to let go of so far as your accepted reality goes.

Cell talk won't remove this type of programming without a conscious acceptance of, and release of the belief and the attendant fear of letting the belief go. The fact is that many of your conscious fears in regard to your personal belief structure just plain have to be faced before you can be free of them. As you will discover, the fear of letting go of belief systems is an irrational fear based on your ego's refusal to let go of its own emotional attachment to the belief. This type of fear is not based on any past event. It is a fear about future repercussions if you change your belief system. In that regard, it is truly a baseless fear coupled strictly with the ego maintaining its hold on your perceptual reality by making you fearful to let go of it…”
