Since so many of us have picked up that Marianne has returned lets all give her an extra dose of healing so as to speed up her delayed recovery.
Marianne, are you ready for a mega dose? Or would it affect you like a Tigger bounce? But at least that Tigger bounce put Eeyore back into the stream of life.
Oh, and you returned when the Villagers were on page 2020...
    That means clear eyesight, right?
    And that was post 40,400 - 20+20 + 20*20 - enlightenment?

I had an awesome week. Went to visit my brother from another mother. Miracle of miracles, K let Little One go with M and me. It was a blast. Watching Little One and PL's Little One interact filled me with joy. Watching Little One smile and laugh, let all the worries of his young life fade away, and not have to worry about being humiliated or degraded...priceless. I will treasure the memories made, absolutely.

As is usually the case, lots of new things surfaced. I did things I didn't know I could. Every day. Things occurred to me over and over, those things that come from Higher Up. Feeling energies swirling. Playing in water. So amazing.

It was very difficult to drop Little One back into his little life of reality. My heart aches for him. And upon our return, I found a very cold and cruel K. I swear, it was as if I leaped ahead and K and Mike took some steps backward. And I don't want to be where they are.

I pulled out my phone to show K all the pictures I took. I thought she probably missed him something awful and would enjoy reliving his experiences of the week. She was pretty cold about it. Flipped through them as if uninterested. Didn't want to hear to much about it. And Mike's contribution was asking Little One if he got to turn a pony into a frog. I was not amused.

On top of that, K got to talking about the new baby coming. Apparently, P, whatshisname's mom, is my replacement. Since I got weird, she has found someone to help her maintain her status quo. They go shopping for the baby and for K, they go to get their nails done together, they talk on the phone, P has amassed a mountain of pink bows and such, is planning a baby shower which I will likely not be invited to much less involved in, and she is everything K wants in a mother. I told K that I am so happy P can be involved. I asked if she will come up to the hospital when the baby is born, and K said she is too uncomfortable around me.

K recounted how I was when she was growing up. Independent, worked my ever lovin' butt off every minute of every day. My hair and my make-up done just so, my clothes always looking just so, she even remembers that every Halloween I had my nails done like candy corn. And now..I am like... *this*

After that lovely visit, I stopped for gas in the car. M was waiting in the car, and the man who raped her, twice, showed up.

Stark contrast from one week to the next, one experience of life to the next. I still have some work to do. For sure.

    Much Love,

Life is a road we don't travel alone. But everyone's on their own journey home.

Here’s an example of someone who hosts smiles to anyone who happens by. Her/his commitment is a monthly fee + the cost of a domain name. Which for many of us is a monthly allotment for bread, milk, and bird seed.

The site is called, “another day, another word”. There’s an added surprise is when you roll your mouse over. Also at the bottom, you’ll see a period “.” for the archives.

PS I google-goggled to find out more about the web manager. Why? Because I’m stalling to go out and exercise. Someone’s labelled it a “creepy site”. Guess they’ve not come across the ‘suck all thoughts out to replace with (fill in the blank here because I’ve gone on a walk-about.)’.

The less said the better, so I'll just briefly say, I never meant to be away from Avalon this long. It's a comfort to come back.

I was diagnosed with very early cancer (bile duct/pancreas) in March, but my healer friends said they could not see it. After surgery the docs said the same thing ... there was no cancer. I had 'the Whipple procedure' which has a long recovery time. Doc said mine was even longer, I'm in the category of 1% who take this long and complicated recovery.

I'm not completely healed yet ... although I think that Eeyore bump did some good! I will return to work August 11 if all continues well. They held my job much longer than they had to ... said I am worth the wait, and that was a big worry lifted, and made me feel so good.

Being back here amongst you all does the same, a good feeling. Thanks for all your welcomes.

Thank you Paul, your hearing problem must be so trying for you on occasions like this.

Just one issue I wonder if you have an opinion on: Kevin Delgado expresses a very negative view of Carol Rosin.

Quote She was the personal assistant of Werner Von Braun back in the 1970s. In her talk, she repeatedly described him as a school boy who “escaped” from Peenemunde. In truth, during WWII, Von Braun was an SS major who ran the slave labor camp at Peenemude, and to say he escaped, as if he was the victim, is to engage in a whitewash of the first order.
I have always felt somewhat ambivalent about this Von Braun thing: why listen to a leading Nazi after all? On the other hand, why not, if his message is to warn of the dangers of weaponizing space? I suspect that I have been missing something... And I have still not got my head around Carol Rosin's CV - from school teacher to executive in the space industry. Any thoughts?

People change, and even do a 180 degree turnaround when the reality of their own mortality sinks in.
I studied W. v. Braun's life a bit, and his heart was in rockets from early on- childhood, even- and not in politics..

    And about Carol Rosin's CV...
In some arenas capacity was still recognized, without the need for an impressive CV.

In some arenas capacity was still recognized, without the need for an impressive CV.
All one has to show is intelligence and a willingness to learn, and then the doors open.

To get their foot in the door of institutions with tall ladders
some people were willing to be the tea girl or even wash dishes.
Been there, done that...with reasonable acceptance and success : )

You can wash my dishes ANYTIME, eaglespirit.
Careful Ulli: 'reasonable success' at dishwashing is really not very good - sounds to me like a lot of broken crockery. But with 100% acceptance, eaglespirit will surely improve.

It's been ages since I last pulled my fine porcelain out of the cupboards. The stuff which gets used in this day and age may be better off broken and replaced

We should be using high-quality paper-based dishes and light a fire instead of washing up. When you think that the ancient Chinese wore paper armour, it being lightweight and rustproof, you realize just how much we could be doing with all kinds of quality paper products. Hotel linen would be one really useful application. And we might even end up with paper aeroplanes

I hear quite some interesting stuff from people who do dishes. I think they use a magical detergent that makes them invisible.

Araucaria, I agree and the paper needs to be made from hemp, and not wood pulp. Also, I washed dishes for over a year in college. I was great at it, one of the best, it was Zen. Had my own nook and radio. Did so good they gave me a raise to work on the sandwich line, and immediately hated it, since each person on the line above me considered themselves my boss. When i washed dishes, no one told me how to do it. I didn't stay on the sandwich line very long.

And Ulli, I read this spooky story about Barbados. Have you ever heard of this occurrence? The Mysterious Moving Coffins of Barbados:

I came across this old piece of music, similar to the last, a Hurrian hymn. Really pretty:
