Oh, gorsh. Thanks, junebug. I don't know what has gotten so much attention with this particular pic...must have been more magic on the weekend before than I even imagined. I smile from my heart, that's all I know.

We actually did that one night with 4 people in the car...in a blizzard...at speed....while passing a joint between the driver and the passenger. We just shrugged.....and kept going. No one would have believed us, anyway.

Aw wow, that's wild Carmody, thanks for that.

I want to keep at the level of fun though...I'll continue to try REMOVING any chance of charmic debt from the game--attempt to "play the game" without playing it, without competition or ego or expectations from the universe, and most of all, the unknown (as Paula's been mentioning lately) is what I am drawn to.

If anything, I'd want to be like Damon in "Good Will Hunting" (heh, betcha thought I'd say "Rounders", eh!), where he can read everyone and know what they have (and then walk away saying "I don't play poker!") with subtle clues and feeling the energy. I don't want to be able to impose my will or confusion or manipulation on anyone...more than anything I want practise at knowing when someone is trying to decieve me.

As far as "not being invested", that's my goal in every interaction throughout life...I found that is the key to creating the most desirable reality you can have.

Was thinking...you could substitute "buddist" with poker player...the fam doesn't understand it all, the friends think it's something beyond them, when I play--I'm in some completely other world with completely other rules for a little bit (my favorite reason for playing), but really, I'm sitting at a table with an interesting cross-section of society playing cards.

I used to walk past the employee (factory floor) lunch room in the mezzanine, every day. Some days, I'd do it at lunch time, and they'd be in there playing poker or whatever. I'd see them playing cards and then speak out the next card on the pile 'queen of spades!', as I walked by (through the open door as I passed). I was right every time. Freaked them out.

Considering how much money they lost on this John carter film, there will never be another. However, that is assuming there is a functional Hollywood around to not be making them.

It all depends on who is right about the heat transfer in the summer 2013 and 2014, when the north pole finally looses it's entire ice pack (or comes so close it makes no difference). it appears that this will probably happen either this year or next. The cumulative effects might finally start the runaway in a proper fashion. This will be near impossible to hide, and 'the fit will hit the shan'.
