Yes, this seems to be true. Only a very few wanted an unmoderated forum. And those were immediately trounced by others. Everyone speaking up did so for their own reasons, some for friendship others for some principle, others just to pile on. The generalizations don't help. Most that I read just love it here and wanted everyone to just get along and there to be an equitable accounting. That's my perception.

i will say that I know nothing of this situation but I sense similar. I have some components of my life that are like that, as do others in other places.

for example, the obvious one is that when one is trying to root and weed out any 'Gozillain' influences, they can't put everything on the table. this is a given.

The idea that this sort of enforced card game that this forum is..can somehow be transparent ---it is a fools game to ask for it.

Either the person asking for transparency is a fool, or completely uneducated about how this world works..or..is part of the 'plant' that is trying to tear down the forum.

Carmody, well I asked for transparency. Are those three alternatives the only possibilities

I picked out these lines:

These are 'weasel words'. Communities are headed up by 'leaders'. Most people are far from being involved or knowing about these, 'offerings'.

Now, who are these 'leaders'? There was an Illuminati insider, her name was, Svali. Code name, I'm sure. She said that there is hardly a town,village or hamlet that does not have some 'representation' by the satanists. They are usually well respected, church going community involved citizens. Pillars of the community. Yeah like Boaz and Jachin.

So, when the government puts out the word to communities to see who might be 'interested' they have plausible deniability and can say they do not target or pick anybody.

This is a crock of steaming ca-ca. The left hand waves something and the right hand says, "over here". This is the game Godzilla plays and the actual people of communities have to get involved or the game will continue.

I live in a small town. The town meeting are a rabbit hole of tedium, process and bored people. The ones actually doing their civic duty are mainly the 'invested' ones or nose pickers with good hearts. The intelligent ones will get shouted down or made suspicious by the invested or considered smarty pants noise makers disturbing the peace. I think there is another way which is to follow the minutes after meeting and then do due diligence after the fact after making the rounds to concerned good citizens who do not have the invested pillars of society to sway or distract them.

Just some thoughts and follow up.

Not a fool Jorr, just expressing your truth. In a Forum where there seems to have been concerted efforts to bring it down in the past it is little wonder that when a debate becomes forum-wide that people begin to become suspicious and paranoid both in Administration and also within Membership. During such flareups all avenues can and should be fairly enunciated even if not explored. Besides, it would serve none of us to see how the Mods talk to each other about us behind the scenes. It would cause even more drama because it probably gets pretty direct sometimes since people are people.

I am sorry to see the moderator issue here in the Village. No fingers pointed, but there are threads for this direct discussion. I acknowledge addressing it obliquely here myself. My bad. It is why I am bringing it up. I feel responsible and wish to 'take it outside'.
