I am sitting on my chair. It's very comfortable. My laptop is in front of me, behind it is a window, displaying a gloomy yet still beautiful day. I feel tired because I haven't slept much in the past few days - I have a mild ache behind my eyes, perhaps I should leave the computer for a bit. I can hear the rattling of plates in the kitchen.

I am otherwise calm and looking forward to a bright and creative future - even though the future doesn't really exist, it is only a mental projection. The deepest reality is the now. I've been noticing this more and more often recently. When you stop time, let go of the past and future, the present opens up to you. And that is the beginning of a great freedom.

To anyone reading this right now, I encourage you to try it. Just for now, let go of all time, let go of the past and the future..of any concerns about the future or past, of any desires, wants and any memories, grievances, regret...simply drop it... as if you were carrying a heavy suitcase and decided to finally let go and put it on the ground, being free of the burden at last....
and just allow yourself to be....

What you will notice is that all that you are seeking is merely a mental act, a play, a fog, an illusion. In reality you lack nothing.

All the freedom, the happiness, all that you are seeking is here, now.

Simply be. Take a deep breath. Relax. You have arrived at the final destination.

You are and always have been, free

Hi! I have been here at Avalon for some years now. But I have never told you guys anything personal about myself. So here it goes;

My dad was a cop and a free mason.. He died about 15 years ago (friday 13th). I am a rather silent person. I have a lot of thoughts etc. but just wanted to share this little bit of info right now. I feel I owe it to "our society".

I am in other words very happy to be a part of this unity!

Thanks for sharing.
So I guess you where 20 years old when he passed away.
That must have been rough.

May I ask why you bring this subject up here on Avalon and why especially the cop and mason details?
What does it mean to you and what do you think it could mean to us?

If her husband's hand is anything like mine, it's a mess. A doctor with a hand that is healing is notably handicapped. I expect that is occupying some of her time. I could ask, but I'm not the intrusive type.

I concentrated 6 years of my life into this place and it's readers and took on a lot of personal risk, for zero personal gain. No one knows my name, and so on, and it has to remain that way if the effort is honest, IMO.

I've shorted my professional and personal life, and at great cost in those areas.

I'm spending time rebuilding some of that, if I can.

There is a troop of monkeys living in the high mountains of Nagano, Japan. I was fortunate enough to visit them this winter and was amazed by their human like mannerisms. Although very cold, (-4 degrees C) I found it difficult to stop watching them and return to the warmth of our cabin.
This video is a collection of shots I took along with a short song I wrote that reflects how they made me feel by allowing me inside their wondrous, winter world, even if just for a short time.

It's a here and now thing, as I just noted it, so here we go:

The moon, it's 'high strangeness', and eclipses. Then the South Atlantic anomaly.

Earlier, in other threads, I speculated on this issue, and how the moon and earth, as a pair, can probably be correlated to earth conditions regarding much of our speculated realities. Dimensional, energetic, radiation belts, and so on.

The thinning of the Van Allen Radiation belts around the earth, in part, or in association. Visible evidence..of..something. (the questions and the data are a very big set- this is a piece of that set)

Well, the coming eclipse, on Sunday, just happens to be occurring pretty well dead center in the South Atlantic Anomaly Zone.
