Sorry..... a bit of a "downer" here! My Old Ticker is ticking out it's last.....so I wanted to make sure I thanked everyone who has had a part in my growth over the past couple of years. It's unbelievable all that I have learned here! I will be taking a "back seat" from here on out, as I simply don't feel well. A friend of mine will notify Bill when I have made my exit from this plane of existence.

How wonderful that this Forum is around for others to refer to when continuing their Journey!! Thanks to all who have had a part in keeping it going!!

Seriously. The members here have enough resources and knowledge here to help plenty. Personal experience, too.

And (see my post) hearts can NOT be predicted to fail. There are risks, and statistics, but any doctor of any kind would be rash (and really unhelpfully dumb) to tell someone they might not live very long.

If I was told that, I'd change my doctor to someone who could advise me right now exactly what I could do to get stronger. (And that would NOT include being told to take it easy and stay off the internet. )

There is something to be said for down time. It does the body good to take a break from the heavy emotional threads and news across the internet. So much going on out there. Much is designed to drain precious life force. It's amazing how fast one springs back after some TLC with self.

I just love this post from Mike to Foxie, and had to quote it to highlight it again.

Foxie, your doc probably received the lion's share of their continuing medical education from drug reps (as that is how modern medicine is.) I suspect that what your doc was really saying to you is that he/she doesn't have a prescription medicine that will bring you back to vibrant health (so they don't know what to do.) If your doc is older, they likely received ZERO nutritional training. If your doc is young, they likely had ONE class in med school that included some nutrition info. The Rockefellers really did destroy mainstream medicine. You have nothing to lose from trying some/all of the nutrient supplementation that Mike (who has had heart problems for years) is recommending. In addition, I'd say vitamin C and bioflavenoids (circulatory system health), pure water, and grounding.

Of all the nutrients that we derive from food, B-12 is the most difficult to extract from food, and as we age it gets worse. (Have malabsorption issues and you have a "perfect storm.") I was astounded what 2 weeks of daily sublingual B-12 did for me, and above and beyond the effects that you feel, B-12 is also involved in RNA synthesis - critical for building and repairing cells.

Plant-based cannabinoids (from cannabis) mimic the main human-body-made cannabinoid, anandamin, in your body's super-regulatory system called the endocannabinoid system (that many doctors don't even know exists.) That's why cannabinoids from cannabis help out with healing and maintenance functions in systems throughout the body - they mimic low-level neurotransmitters used for everything. Ingested CBD oil will not get you high. Ingested cannabis oil high in THC will get you high, but it can be taken in very low doses during the day, with the major dose at night before bed.

Try all of this stuff or whatever parts you feel comfortable trying. Throw the kitchen sink at this condition! Yes of course, when you really are "knock knock knockin' on heaven's door", then by all means godspeed. But until then, fight.

Have you tried coenzyme q10 gel caps?
L carnitine?
Ribose powder?
Magnesium?

My ticker was ready to quit too and these things saved my life.

I know money is an issue for many of us. If this is the case with you let me know. I'll happily buy the stuff for you!

I know and fully respect that some people know "when it's time to go". If this is how you feel, please ignore everything I've written till now. I will respect that 1000%. But if you feel you want to continue, even without knowing the specific heart issue you are experiencing I am here to tell you that I believe it is very possible.

This is sooooooo soooooo true - I am hugging you Foxie Loxie.

When I was born, my twin sister was so near death that she had the catholic extreme onction for the dying, given by the doctor. We were 3 days early, pretty good for twins. However, my sister took weeks before recuperating. And believe it or not, they put us both in separate incubators and I DO REMEMBER searching for her with my eyes and wanting to touch her.

For me to remember, it had to be pretty intense for a new born.

To My Tribe!!

You all are so kind & thoughtful....of course I cried as I read thru' what each of you had written! Nothing has "happened"; just "life" catching up to me! Perhaps a bit of my history will help you understand.

For 18 years I was locked into a marriage with a violent, abusive religious conman as a result of the Belief System I had been raised in. We were "missionaries" in Mexico & I gave birth to 7 children. We traveled around in a pickup truck with a shell on the back. You Mothers will enjoy this part! For awhile I had 3 in diapers (no disposables in those days!) carrying around a big diaper pail full of water!

In 1981 I simply fled the situation with my 7 & 8 year olds. We rode buses from Puebla, Mex. to Harrisburg, PA where my girlfriend picked us up. There was a miraculous "angel" story that happened when we changed buses in St. Louis!

Long story short...we ended up living with my Father for a few months. Here is the neat part! My Knight in Shining Armor came riding on a White garbage truck! Turns out I had been the answer to HIS prayer!

My "ex" kidnapped the kids from my Mother's house 3 months later & back to Mexico they went.

I was not allowed contact with my kids & they ended up in a Wicked Stepmother type situation so that each of them has had their own "stuff" to live thru'. As they became adults they initiated contact & I have 19 grandchildren & 3 greats! However, they live in Mexico, as that is where they were raised, so that part of my life has been nonexistent.

Back to my heart! In 2008 I had the heart cath & the Dr. was puzzled as there were no usual problems....he said that the heart muscle itself had become stiff. I had to figure out on my own that it was because of the constant, unrelenting stress I had lived under for so many years. I have not seen a cardiologist since then as there is no need. These bodies DO wear out!

So....because of my logical mind I had to figure out WHY & HOW a Religious System could ruin the lives of so many! I was led "supernaturally" to Avalon where I have found my answers! Dick & I had over 30 years together & when he Moved On a little over 2 years ago; I could not have made it thru' without Bill.

So, you see....Avalon HAS become my family & I truly appreciate all your kind words & thoughts. I have Dear Friends here who keep tabs on me & my goal is to be able to continue living on my own as long as I can, being the natural "loner" that I am!

I am at Peace & I feel the Comforting Presence of all you Wonderful People!
