Moved sofa to a drier area of the terrace as the rainy season is about to begin and the wind drives the rain inside. That caused a chain reaction of furniture moving.
Proud of my work now and wondering if the earlier brief self-slapping provided the energy.
Then while listening to Calzie's Led Zep contribution I educated myself about Jeff Rense's nine divorces/marriages...
finding his demands on his wives to sign their properties over to him rather scandalous.

Been married once ... never divorced.

If that ever came to pass I would most definitely ramble ... but don't expect it to happen as my family means more than anything ...

[ guess that puts me on the lower levels of the spiritually devoted ones eh??? ]

I went looking, and found some Makow stuff on Jeff.

What a mess. All sides of that, as either a story or a truth.....what a mess.

To be fair I should look at all sides of an issue.
The Jeff Rense and Henry Makow war has more layers to it.
Maybe I'll just leave it alone,
but for a truth digger like me that's no easy feat.
    http://rense.com/general95/1jrcomm.html

    OK.
Having considered some extra layers I decided that Jeff's private life is none of my business
and his overall contributions make up for whatever is going wrong in that area.
For now Jeff is in and Henry is out.

Just consider yourself lucky. I'm on marriage # three, and let me tell you divorce ain't no picnic.
But the two divorces taught me one thing:
I can now safely admit that I feel genuinely sorry for anyone who is married to me.

Went to health food store...yippee! Was looking at oils, smelling them and feeling them, etc. The owner asked if she could help me, and I asked what would be good to help get rid of negativity in the air. Her response: "Jesus Christ."
Now on the hunt for another health food store lol. Oh, I was polite and all, but the energy in there was not what I had expected. So...on to new experiences Oh, btw, I ended up with Rosemary. I'm not sure how, but it did make its way into my hands. The labels says it is purifying and uplifting. Let's hope so

That Led Zep song was my favorite song when I was 15 and in love for the first time. It takes me back every time!

Feeling much gratitude for the friends I have who are like-minded to me on what I consider the most important issues. I am grateful for the other ones too, but there is no more thrilling company to me than someone that skates on similar "fringes" to my own!

    Love,
Rosemary is good. It is an herb the Sun and will perform in a fashion similar to the gums. Great for those candle dressings. (Just a little drop on the middle of a taper and pull and swirl towards the ends. One hand turns away and the others towards, pulling and twisting from center to ends. Doesn't really matter which. It is an energy like a DNA vortex. Bring that candle to life and service. It is now a friend and awakened.) Befriending the spirit of Fire is very recommended. Friends don't harm friends. Fire can, and will, nip friends who forget to respect it though. Just a love bite.

I love Rosemary. Keeps me alert. I used to keep a little fresh Rosemary on my desk in work. My co- workers think I'm crazy but I don't care. Always have crystals on my desk too including a lovely amethyst geode. I also pour a fresh glass water which I keep between me and the others. Soaks up negativity.

In 2003 My Mate and I moved up to the Northern Cascades, where we built a cabin in the midst of an old growth Redwood forest. We milled all of our own wood (from fallen logs and younger trees we had to remove to build our place), until we had enough scraps for a big bonfire one night. In the midst of the flames, I noticed a distinct face appear, and was able to get a pic:

I like to "dress" candles, sometimes, by writing things on them with sharpie markers. With oil, I like to go up one side and down the other, for the as above and so on, effect.

In my experience, the spirit of fire prefers to be snuffed out, never blown out. Not always a good thing to work air and fire against one another.

I almost included the snuffing part, so I am glad you did. I feel it has to do with respect for the ending of that manifestation of the fire's time. Blowing out a candle can be so cavalier, with no mind to the ending of the good time the fire is having. I have snuffers wherever most candles will burn. When caught a little under-equipped there is always the moist finger/thumb, (ouch! as fires kisses g'night} of cupping my hand around the flame as I gently and lovingly blow it out. I rarely do this as candle burning is not a casual thing for me. When mixing it up with muggles or the unknowing, one is sometimes left to not succumb to dogma and be 'flexible'.

    Intent counts.

I use rosemary in the bath and also in my home made
    smudge sticks

The oils frank makes he uses olive oil and bees wax
And he did mention that the methods of making we're
similar to the ways witches used to brew things
So again no accidents there that there is talk of oils
here . Hr makes only 4 different blends using plants
that they have used for eons. Their equivalent to sage
is the river red gum he explained how they do house
    clearings .
I'm loving the idea of using some local knowledge
in my practice . The retreats he runs are designed to
help people feel like they are part of the land . It was
interesting to hear him talk of so many white Australians
saying that they didn't feel they belonged here .
Im thinking that the way that the land was "taken"
has left a collective ancestral scar .
It's a conversation that you can't have with many as
the whites get very defensive, but to me that's a clear
sign of a unhealed trauma .

Personally I struggle even to type the words black or
white as I don't even see skin color but that doesn't
mean these issues don't exist and that there aren't
huge issues. The health of our first people's is a disgrace
the life expectancy is not much more than 50.
Alcohol is a major, major issue .

    Anyways best sleep some more
The greatest privilege of a human life is to become a
midwife to the awakening of the Soul in another person.”

I have a huge respect for fire, and i can generally handle coals without being burnt, within limits, of course. I burn candles everyday, although not casually. The whole world seems to go to sh!t when I don't. Since April 2010 I have not had a break, and won't ever again, as long as I can help it.

White, black, pink, and purple are probably 90% of the candles I burn, although I have ever color of the rainbow and brown available. I burn the candles and incense together every morning and almost every evening. I love burning the resins on a coal, but the only sticks of incense I can stand are those produced by Satya. Sai Ram, TT Loban, Dragons Blood, ShivShankar, Vishwa Shanti, Ajaro, Royal, Geet Govind, among others of the Satya brand are regularly sent about my neighborhood.
