So... In that context, I still don't know how to make cheese of what you say
Unless you mean to say that I can just relax into this and don't try to avoid that some energy travels from me to a person close to me?
    Yes, just relax into this.

Your trapped energies are just all your stuff, it's just "you" but it is like a gift from you, to you, to get you to wake up. This transformation of this stuff is an energetic component of your awakening.

Realisation of what we truly are at an intellectual level is one thing but embodiment of that realisation is another. It physically affects the body and at times can be unpleasant.....this is just how it works.

Utlimately you will be guided to do what is right for you but along the way all information and perspectives can be useful, so I will offer this one.

Why would your gift of awakening not be passed on to someone close to you, for them to have the same gift?

I say relax into this but it is not easy. For myself the decision is already made that I will be allow for any experience that needs to arise even if it is unpleasant but to watch that happen to someone close to me is another thing altogether.

The desire to intervene and help them and save them from their experience is strong. I've thought about using my "special powers" to manifest a different experience for them but something far stronger than my desire holds me steadfastly as just a space which just allows the process to happen.

Every time it happens it breaks my heart as I watch the suffering and yet in that heartbreak I feel the joy of knowing the simplicity of all of this is the human experience happening as it should.

In other words, all is well

    Just got this via email:

"The text used for the narration of “Passing Through” is part of a speech Serbian scientist and inventor Nicola Tesla delivered in 1893 at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. Though today less known than figures like Edison and Einstein, Tesla was more or less the father of much of our modern technology, since he among other things developed the foundations of the European electrical system based on alternating currents and the principles of wireless radio communication.
At the time he was deeply influenced by the Austrian physicist and philosopher Ernst Mach, believing that the world should be conceived as a whole where everything is interconnected influencing each other. And that energy is a force that runs through everything be it inorganic matter, organisms or human consciousness. According to this line of thought every single action has universal consequences, not unlike what the father of modern chaos theory Edward Lorenz in the 1960’s termed ‘the butterfly effect’."

I had read this once, a fair time ago, and it resonated with me tremendously.

    It Still Does.

Nicola Tesla was a Great Human Being who was disenfranchised by those who originally supported him, all for the $.

When he proved that everything he had made possible could be had for NO $, they 'disposed' of and ignored him.

He was FAR ahead of his time, and this excerpt proves that statement, in multiple ways.

    Thank you meeradas!

There are some good hints on self observation at this web page.
    http://www.gurdjieff-internet.com/ar...hp?ID=242&W=44
    One example:
The effort of self-observation not only gives you new information, reveals ways of seeing that were unknown before, but most especially paves the way for a new, deeper, Self to be born. This watchfulness or vigilance -- as long as it remains independent of features, moods, etc -- will generate a recovery of your essential nature which is buried beneath acquired personality. Further, it will lead to the conscious presence of your spiritual nature

    Good Morning,

On Facebook, which we use to keep track of our children and grandchildren across the states, I subscribe to the thoughts of Return of the Divine Feminine. This morning as I read, this resonates with me very strongly. It has less to do with Divine Feminine than it does my own spiritual process. This, my friends, is exactly what is happening with me, Here and Now.

Quote The Return of the Divine Feminine
    Liked • 17 hours ago

Our body thirsts for Spirit to inhabit its vessel. The Soul longs for inner-peace, fulfillment and Bliss. The Spirit knows to fully inhabit our physical form, but our mind is not so sure and at times thinks it knows what is going on, yet lives a life that does not reflect it, or its highest potential.

Our emotions often feel too weighed down by past guilt, regrets or wounds and afflictions, which leads us to focus on our hopes and fears, more than what we are capable of creating right here and right NOW...

When we allow Spirit, the Universal Love, Light & Wisdom from our higher self to come in, the body starts to shift and the Soul begins to celebrate the attainment of that which it seeks more than anything else.

The person then begins to notice a purging and a deep process start to happen, as ones mind expands into realms and dimensions far higher than this one and the emotions begin a purification process...

It is important to allow Nature to take its course, rather than fight it unconsciously because of programmings, feelings of unworthiness, ignorance, fear or pre-occupation with Ego.

All of these things exist behind disease, symptoms, mental problems, being led astray and depression. They are what causes us to put up walls, obstacles and barriers and it is what is responsible for the endless dramas, or crisis in our lives.

It is better to focus on facing all of that head on, to then allow the real substance to inhabit its form... It requires forgiveness, compassion, humor, permission to release, and an open mind towards radically shifting perspectives...

As the true Spirit begins to come in, its intelligence knows exactly what to do. We are very adaptable creatures. Humans have an amazing will to survive if they are not pre-occupied with the lower aspects of the ego, mind and emotional body.

We are adjusting to and transmuting the energetics of radiation, chemtrails and heavy metals and insulting belief systems that undermine the union of the M/F and our ability to exist as a healthy global family, in integrity and service to others.

Simply allow your mind to remember what is most important. This is an amazing and necessary transformation process, that lifts one out of any traps, dangers or timelines that are built on enslavement and control.

Allow Spirit to come in - call it back and any lost fragments of the soul, as it has been waiting for us to fulfill its deepest longing. We must kick out and evict anything that resists its presence and the real self from fully inhabiting the physical form.

Love yourself and remember you are the TEMPLE and the greater Being, who gets to initiate this. Any aspect of you that is cynical, doesn't feel up to it, or doesn't believe it - remember that is not the wisdom and truth of who you are, but a part of you that needs the unconditional love of your higher self.

Integrate and gather all aspects into wholeness - nothing in us wants to live in separation and fragments... Let your heart be the meeting point and have an inner - reunion of all the many faces, aspects of higher and lower self, Right and Left Brain, M/F energies…
    Much Love,

    Hi Waky,

There will be conflict. The thoughts and emotions - the mind/ego - doesn't give up easily. One thing that I have discovered in all of this seeking for answers is that there is an amazing amount of information available, particularly with this website. It's diverse and often very contradictory. We have many people sharing their knowledge and experience in different fields of spiritual subjects and that is great. We've got books and videos here doing the same. All of this serves to open us up to infinite possibilities of what we truly are way beyond what our limited conditioned selves would consider reality.

As we process this information it can be confusing particularly as we try to work out which way to go or who is telling us the correct version. So we may go with what resonates with us and then with what works for us because that then validates its authenticity and this is good and may be all we need in this life as our experience.

The way that I see it is all these pieces of information I receive on spirituality are like small pieces of a large jigsaw puzzle. What I have found for me, and I just speak personally for myself, is that when I grasp one of these pieces of information and think 'this is it' then I get stuck. So what I have learned to do is not grasp any of the individual pieces but rather just let the information flow in, neither grasping or disregarding it. I've stopped trying to make sense of it all and in doing that I have found that, in time, the pieces tend to slot into place by themselves and when they do that they reveal a much bigger picture.

The irony in all of this spiritual seeking which I actually find very amusing is that the spiritual journey has been about me discovering that I am the eternal and yet the realisation is that although I realise that and I thought that realisation of that was the purpose of this life, I now realise it's not.

It has become apparent that the purpose of this incarnation for me is to just experience this - the nitty gritty, down to earth, human experience. Rather than being a human realising I am a spiritual being, I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

The quote I made of Jon Bernie's earlier "In the end one rides the wave because one realises this is how it works" is apt for me. I'm riding the wave of this human experience and letting it take me rather than me taking it where I think it should go.

I'll post this here to offer this perspective on looking at where the desire to changes things is coming from. It's from an audio dialogue with Adyashanti called Leaping Beyond Fear.

Questioner - My question is – there is only Oneness but Oneness has bothered to manifest, so as long as we are bothering to live in this relative aspect, there are things that one could have... or be... or do in that and I am in a push/pull between thinking that I don’t care about that at all and all I want is the Oneness as it is the highest.... but on the other hand I do work, I do have bills to pay, I do have a husband, I do have a child, desires in the field and they say that acting from the level of Oneness, that one can, through the power of thought manifest the reality that you want?

Adyashanti – It’s not that the Oneness manifested, it’s that the Oneness and the manifestation are One. It’s like the palm of your hand and the back of your hand. One doesn’t manifest the other. They are the same thing. They always both exist. It’s not that one creates the other. It’s a part of one whole; manifest and unmanifest.

Q – I do get that. It’s just that one can spend one’s time doing anything.....?

A – You can spend your time doing whatever you want. What I mean by that is that I don’t care what someone spends their time doing. It doesn’t matter. I don’t see that reality cares what one spends their time doing.

We spend our time doing exactly whatever our consciousness has evolved to do. So if what we are interested in, is the pursuit of happiness through manifestation of the life we want to live and we actually believe it, then that is what we will do.......

...It won’t work....It’s true you can learn to manifest the life you want to live. If you get good at it you can manifest damn near anything you want without lifting much of a finger.

If you really learn the physics behind it, it’s not that complicated. The only difference is you are doing it through manifestation instead of money. I can manifest a Ferrari or I could go out and work hard, get a job to buy one.

If you know the tricks of manifestation you could pretty much manifest it if you know how to do it. It will just show up somehow. But the underlying mindset is the same; I will be happier if I manifest the life I want to live.

I would say that whether you are doing it through money or manifesting it is still coming through the same illusory desire – which is when I have everything I want that will make me happy. You see, it is actually one of the greatest falsities of life on this planet because the same underlying desires and illusions are often always in operation.

Why do you want to manifest in your life?

Q – because I think that if I didn’t have to do all these things, I could devote my time to being spiritual.

A – Oh wonderful, I am so glad you don’t have all the time to devote yourself to being spiritual!! [laugh] because then you just end up creating a spiritual ego. And that is no more real than an unspiritual ego. In fact it is a lot harder to deal with because it looks true.

I understand what you are saying, it is a very common question. I would suggest that the life you have, as it is, is a perfect manifestation of Spirit already and the idea that you have to do something, invest a great amount of time, become a spiritual person to be able to realise that everything is One....the problem is that Oneness isn’t spiritual at all. It has nothing to do with spirituality.

Spirituality is what we create when we don’t realise Oneness. It’s a fog, it’s a hue that we like to exist in. Right.....we become spiritual people. It’s this higher fantasy life.

With Oneness, it’s one. It’s the pre-existing garbage disposal under your sink. It’s your husband, it’s your wife, it’s your kids, it’s the diapers you change when your kids are growing up, it’s the coffee you drink in the morning, it’s the red shirt you are wearing, it’s the tennis shoes you have on, it’s your heart beating.....everything is already the One.

It is not an exclusivity thing. Can if take on that hue? Yes.....but don’t think that this is it. Or that this is even the path to it. You see, your life is actually perfect. All of our lives are actually set up and are already displays of the Universal. What else could they possibly be?

Q – So say someone wanted to attend one of your retreats and they have no money ?

A – Then try to get a scholarship.

    Q – Oh ok.

A – Or do even one step better and go “who says I have got to go to a retreat to realise anything?” Get rid of that thought pattern. Jetison that one, it may save you a few bucks ! [laughter]

....As if there is more truth on a retreat than there is here! Or there is in your backyard. As if !

You see these are actually the hidden ideas that we get and then we tend to live our ideas out, but our ideas are an expression of un-unity – that unity is more here, or here or here.....but how could that possibly apply to unity? That there is more or less here, here or here?

It’s our ideas that make it seem this way. Oneness is One wherever you happen to be. It is a display of the God that everybody is seeking.

Q - ...and it will take care of letting others know that it is? So even the desire to offer a teaching, a benediction to other people so that they experience that, in the state of Oneness, Oneness takes care of it itself?

A – I don’t know why I do this [teach]. Truly....I don’t know why. I really have no idea why.

    Thank you Jenci,

It's always a great joy to read your posts.

As a matter of fact it's a great joy to read every ones posts here on PA, even the ones I don't enjoy at all, for they too have insights to offer
The whirlpool of info and dis info has led me to the realisation that indeed there is no such thing as a truth.
    There are only ideas.
I fully agree when you say that one gets stuck when one thinks he finally got the right info to go with. I also observe that I still do this sometimes, but that's OK. I also have many moments were I recognize this and let it go.

    You know?

My girlfriend and the children went away to Holland for a few days to visit their grandparents and for the first time in a long time, I had the days for myself. How easy to find inner peace and stillness then.... What a bliss.
When they came back, I immediately understood that this bliss was only working in the absence of the daily family life and that there must have been an illusion attached to that bliss.
I like what Adyashanti has to say about this.

    Waky,
Solitude is great when it gives one a break. No matter how much we love our loved ones, especially kids, they always provide situations that mean we are pushed into uncomfortable corners, where we might feel irritation. This can then trigger more feelings, like hey, I'm not really as patient a person as I thought I was.
So the ego has to admit that it was deluding itself. So that is then a moment of truth, this discovery that our self image is greater than our human nature, and that reality adjustments keep bringing us back down to earth.
I found that parents' expectations and even exaggerated praise are often the cause of these inflated self images.
But reality being what it is will make sure that sh!t happens, and so we discover our humanity.
When we can laugh at ourselves, and no longer worry what some imaginary inner voice of mom and dad and peers might have to say, that is when a true breakthrough in our battle with ego has come to pass.

Thank you Waky. Myself I have needed a lot of solitude over the last two and a half years but I have also found that the peace and bliss found in that solitude is not "it". The true peace is found in the midst of the noise, the pain, the distrations, the frustrations etc and for that, it seems I need other people to push my buttons, lol.

You have made a great discovery there today

It's cooler today than it has been but we still have some sun and my wisteria is flowering for the second time this season. Beautiful.

Hey 1inMany I really like the Thoughts from the Divine Feminine and so very true.

Watched a friends 4 month old boy yesterday. Cute sweet baby. She is a new mom.
Baby had a lot of tummy time -he was tired last night and so was I.

Enjoying a good cup of coffee with the big oak tree I sit with every morning, rain or shine.
Beautiful cool clear sunny morning in the forest.

    Love
