Default Hidden in full sight or am I paranoid

My first new thread so bear with me (Mods please move amend if required)

Last weekend here in the uk I was watching( half paying attention too) two tv shows which get massive audiences, X Factor and DR who.

Lets take X Factor, in the title sequence I ask, are we been shown a message about planet X. As I believe that TPTB have to tell us things to make it seem as it is our own free will. Or is it a way of getting us to buy into a false fear of planet X or am I getting paranoid

View it yourself I suggest once with out the sound (https://youtube.com/watch?v=7J-axA4rR6Y)

The next popular programme Dr Who, was writting on my life a normal human existance, the Dr talking to a baby new to this world tells it,....."you have a lot to look forward to you know, human life on earth, mortgage repayments, the 9 to 5 and a nagging sense of spiritual emptyness" This can be viewed in the uk on iplayer Dr WHO episode sat 24th time 19.10, the bit in question can be found at approx 23 minutes 23 seconds.

So as a newbie to how the TPTB work, is this an example of them at work, if so we need to put a big red circle round it and cross it out and say no.
Or is this just mind manipulaton
Or am I reading more into this than is actually there.

I am seeking your guidance and help

Doctor Who is Doctor Who. Perhaps the writers are more aware of the general miasma that fills almost every human on the planet. Also, consider though, that the Doctor knew he was going to die the next day and that more than likely, this child, would never see the wonders he's seen in the universe.
There's something that doesn't make sense. Let's go and poke it with a stick.

The point is if it is a case of TPTB invoking a decision based on free will choice, and tying in Inelias view on the split worlds etc.
we have now been told that "human life on earth,(equals) mortgage repayments, the 9 to 5 and a nagging sense of spiritual emptyness" so those that choice to remain on a 3D exsistence have now been told what to expect !! Those wishing to choice another path would need to reject this option and say no.
Not saying that is the case but certainly an option if the occult and TPTB methods are as described by some. Personally I dont know where the line is drawn what is fact and what is disinfo hence the thread to gauge the views of fellow avaloians

I'm not sure, I mean, if anybody's a stooge of the mastards then Simon Cowell is, but the X Factor has been a phrase long before Cowell co-opted it, and as for zooming about with sparkling bits... isn't that just a standard thing? I mean, flashing and flying through space is a common way of saying something's stellar lol.

Then again, the history of the show suggests it's his plan to bore us all into a mind-numbing demise.
