Default The 'Pine Gap' Saga - Personal Experience working with the CIA in Australia..!

Leonce Kealy ex Australian military talks about the Top Secret Pine Gap facility in central Australia

Quote Leonce Kealy is a retired person these days, mostly forced upon him by the experiences of his working days at Pine Gap. There was such a furore over him going public about the way Australians were being treated at Pine Gap in those early days, that he was unfairly branded as a 'stirrer' by most Government Departments.

In 1967 Leonce Kealy was employed as a computer programmer/operator in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). Kealy saw an article about the proposed building of Pine Gap & answered a "half-hearted advertisement" in a newspaper calling for “computer professionals " for a project near Alice Springs". In June 1970, he was interviwed by "two American representatives of a huge Dallas , Texas company" in Canberra & later employed. Kealy relates; "... four people from the Defense Dept. in Canberra were finally selected out of all applicants throughout Australia... we were all cleared at 'Secret' level... upstaged to the highest clearance both Australia & the U.S. could bestow on a person. This was done at 'Presidential level' in Washington which gives you some idea of the importance of the position."

Leonce Kealy details his story of how the Australian personnel were treated during his time at Pine Gap, including issues of discrimination, his writings to & from the union, in addition to the Discrimination Appeals Committee who as Kealy outlines, "come up against one of the most solid secret 'walls' in their history.” A file was to reach Parliament concerning Pine Gap, to have the facility shut down, but the Chief of Security struck a deal with Kealy to have the Pine Gap file withheld from Parliament & to prevent Northern Territory MP Sam Calder from taking any action on Kealy's behalf. Kealy's security badge was taken, he was read the 'Riot Act' & forbidden to travel to most countries, or to disclose goings on at Pine Gap.

The Pine Gap Saga - Personal Experience Working with the American CIA in Australia, is the story of Leonce Kealy’s time working at Pine Gap between 1970 and 1975. His original manuscript written in 1977 has remained unpublished until now. Professor Desmond Ball referred to Leonce’s manuscript for research purposes when he wrote his book, Pine Gap, released in 1988 by Allen & Unwin. The book also includes an Introduction written by Desmond Ball. In addition to this, there is an extensive Appendix which includes a diverse range of articles and sub-topics relating to Pine Gap and the ongoing projects carried out by various factions and interest groups throughout the world. The Pine Gap Saga...is the courageous story and experiences of an unsung hero who ultimately played a role in many changes that were to occur at Pine Gap after his departure.

    exxon-mobil, or Texas Instruments.

    From the Ti wiki entry:

    Quote Defense electronics

Texas Instruments was also active in the defense electronics market starting in 1942 with submarine detection equipment, building on the seismic exploration technology developed for the oil industry. This business was known over time as the Laboratory & Manufacturing Division, the Apparatus Division, the Equipment Group and the Defense Systems & Electronics Group (DSEG).

During the early 80s Texas Instruments instituted a quality program which included Juran training, as well as promoting Statistical process control, Taguchi methods and Design for Six Sigma. In the late 80s, the company, along with Eastman Kodak and Allied Signal, began involvement with Motorola institutionalizing Motorola's Six Sigma methodology.[9] Motorola, who originally developed the Six Sigma methodology, began this work in 1982. In 1992 the DSEG division of Texas Instruments' quality improvement efforts were rewarded by winning the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for manufacturing.
The following are some of the major programs of the former TI defense group...

    Infrared and Radar systems,

    Missiles and Laser-guided bombs,

and the thread subject connection: Military computers.

    Quote Divestiture to Raytheon

As the defense industry consolidated, TI sold its defense business to Raytheon in 1997 for $2.95 billion. The Department of Justice required that Raytheon divest the TI Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) operations after closing the transaction.[11] The TI MMIC business accounted for less than $40 million in 1996 revenues, or roughly two percent of the $1.8 billion in total TI defense revenues was sold to TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. Raytheon retained its own existing MMIC capabilities and has the right to license TI's MMIC technology for use in future product applications from TriQuint.[12]

Shortly after Raytheon acquired TI DSEG, Raytheon then acquired Hughes Aircraft from General Motors Raytheon then owned TI's Mercury Cadmium Telluride detector business and Infrared (IR) systems group. In California, it also had Hughes infrared detector and an IR systems business. When again the US government forced Raytheon to divest itself of a duplicate capability, the company kept the TI IR systems business and the Hughes detector business. As a result of these acquisitions these former arch rivals of TI systems and Hughes detectors work together.[13]

Immediately after acquisition, DSEG was known as Raytheon TI Systems (RTIS).[14] It is now fully integrated into Raytheon and this designation no longer exists.

You know, we still know next to nothing of what goes on underground at Pine Gapp. There's plenty of info on the US bases, by comparison, but nada on PG and the other secret US bases on Aus soil. Interesting, yes?

As I said again and again, Australia keeps its' secrets REALLY well....

There is a guy who got official approval to write about Pinegap, and claims they used it to track things like "Osama Bin Laden" (yea right, lol!)

Is this the guy or is this a different guy? Still, it basically proves that this facility exists. There is some stuff there....look to the JJ hurtak connection, whistleblowers, and the significance of Australia in regards to the ET/interdimensional phenomenon.

Actually, there is a Fair Bit of Info that has leaked out from Pine Gap
    • Has a Jump Room/Stargate connected to the US
    • Secret Underground Submarine Base & USO Base
    • Meeting Place for ET's & Secret Govt.
    • Military/Alien Abduction Recieving Facility
    • Echelon
    • War Room for Surveylance
    • Interconnected with Exmouth W.A (H.A.A.R.P)
    • Labs where Alien Technolgy is Developed

    • High-Voltage Plasma Accelerator (Death Ray/Plasma Gun)
    • Provides Satelite Tracking for the Secret Space Program (Aurora, TAW-50)
    • Transceiver used at Pine Gap which is used to send electric current to submerged US submarines who trail a wire antenna
    • USAF Disks/UFO's
    • Enormous amount of food is stocked in warehouses of what could well be a true multi-leveled underground city

    • Implantable Micro Chip R&D
    • Tracking the Implanted - Mind Control
    • Time portals - Earth Energy and Grid Lines
    • Houses Mega Computer that Controls the World

Quote "It is said that under Pine Gap is the deepest drilling hole in Australia - about 5 miles (more than 8,000 meters). Such a hole is likely used as an underground antenna able to recharge the batteries of submarines in the Pacific and Indian Ocean through ELF broadcasts. Such a gigantic antenna could be used to generate the gigantic stationary wave around the Earth.
Quote Amundsen-Scott base at the South Pole is located on a sensitive magnetic spot of our planet, that it holds exactly the same assets as Pine Gap, and that all the information about most of the average citizens of Western Europe is stored there in memory banks tens of meters under the icepack
Quote "Pine Gap has enormous computers which are connected to their American and Australian central counterparts, which collect all the information secured in these countries, not only about finance and technology, but on every aspect of the life of the average citizen. Those computers at Pine Gap are also evidently connected to similar mainframes in Guam, in Krugersdorp South Africa, and at the Amundsen-Scott US base at the South Pole.
Quote "The most disquieting fact about Pine Gap may be that the employees working on the base, and especially those earmarked for duty on electromagnetic propulsion projects, have undergone brainwashing and even implantation of intracranial devices. Those employees have turned into unconditional slaves of their master, whoever he is.
Quote "At this point, the usefulness of bases like Pine Gap will become obvious. If a Global confrontation is going to break out, those bases will serve as a place of safety for the politicians and their staff, as well as the international financiers, their family and friends.
Quote In 1899, Nikola Tesla invented a process of sending wireless currents through the globe, by transmitting energy in the form of standing waves in the earth's crust and upper atmosphere. He could transmit almost unlimited amounts of energy to any place on the globe. US has a very low-frequency transmitter at the South Pole which is similar to Tesla's process, except that it can be tuned to a frequency of 7 Hz.

Super harmonics of this frequency have been used by both the US Navy in Northwest Cape in Australia and at Pine Gap. The Northwest cape transmitter's antipode is in the middle of the Bermuda Triangle and Pine Gap's antipode is very near the Tropic of Capricorn in the center of the Atlantic Ocean's great dividing range.
Quote Underground Bases and Tunnels by Richard Sauder says some sources even contend that Pine Gap is simultaneously operational in the 3rd, 4th and 5th dimensions. A man who once communicated with Rich Hansen, told him he leaves for Mars military service from a time portal in Australia.

It could possibly be Pine Gap. He claims the Mars colony has been in physical existence since 1964. He joined the program when the Terra-forming began in 1983 and this was then 3 years into a 20 year plan. He is now manager of the Terra-forming Branch. The other branches are Energy, Habitat (they have over 2000 residents now) Quantum Physics and Vehicle Construction.

The largest and most expensive is Vehicle Construction, because of the Interstellar Traveler. He says all personnel and patrons are voluntary, including himself. It is an English speaking world conspiracy. When he is earthside he is restricted to the Base (location classified) in Australia, with occasional visits to a city, usually Sydney or Melbourne for their universities. He won't be given permission to move back to earth until the project is completed.

He wrote the emails in encryption. Scientific American writes of weird quantum experiments in bi-location. The incredible acceleration reported for UFO’s and their ability to function undersea as well as above atmosphere would make a trip to Mars quick and easy even without jump gates.
Quote Super IBM computer systems on a floating platform, 'down the well' underneath the facility. IBM has mammoth computers which can recognize both voice and visual patterns. Their main memory sizes are said to be in excess of 2,000,000,000 bytes.

The first two antennas for controlling and communicating with satellites were constructed in 1966-67. Pine Gap became operational in 1970. In 1974 unauthorized photos and other information from inside the faculty are reported to have been sold to Russia. In 1991, Pine Gap was instrumental in tracking Iraqi SCUD missiles, with satellite imagery tracking the Iraqi troops.

By 1996, witnesses saw a triangular craft crash or land rapidly at an area west of Pine Gap. Diane Harrison of the Australasian Ufologist magazine wrote a good description of Pine Gap and reports there are now about 18 satellite control antennas, making it one of the largest satellite control stations in the world for satellites parked in fixed orbits above the equator.

The most recent satellites are 300 feet diameter. They intercept signals in the VHF, UHF and millimeter wave frequency bands. Within that frequency there are four categories of signals. The first category monitors signals transmitted in the course of advanced weapons development, particularly ballistic missiles.

The first satellites were designed for this and monitored Russian missile development programs and now monitors other countries. The newer satellites are now primarily for the Soviet Union. This intelligence is shared.
There are direct links from Pine Gap to the US bases in the Philippines, Guam, Krugerdorp South Africa and the Amundsen-Scott base at the South Pole.

    That must be old information.

The desktop PC that I'm typing on has 4 times that much main memory (8 GBytes).

Before retiring a couple years ago, I worked on computers with something like 4000 times that much main memory (8 Terabytes of RAM.) They were single computers, not a clusters. I was developing some of the Linux kernel support for such large multiprocessor systems (cpusets, to be specific.)

There are some interesting Google Earth photographs of large octagonal 'arrays' of aerials at the North West Cape Base in West Australia, supposed to be part of the network that includes Pine Gap and various other, mostly signalling, bases around Australia.
For years the British also had conducted research and testing on nuclear weapons and missiles at Woomera in South Australia. Most of us have forgotten that many bombs were tested there. Some compensation has been paid to British and some Australian servicemen who were involved and became sick in the following years. The few aborigines still living in the blast area were not so lucky. They had to fight to get some compensation for the illnesses they got from radiation, but none for the poisoning of their land. Maybe one day they will.

As is mentioned in the post, Australia is a country where secrets can be easily hidden. The interior is vast, quite inhospitable and sparsely populated and the government holds enormous areas of it. Also most of us live on the coast and haven't a clue what is happening in the outback. Personally I think something certainly is, but exactly what it is, like everyone else, I don't know.

Wasn't Pine Gap an early NSA Eschelon type of group for data gathering in OZ? (Just taking another look at what's happening with data). In the 70's there was no massive internet. PineGap is in a very radio quiet place ideal for monitoring, and that location would make sense, outside of Alice Springs, center of Australia.

PineGap has been running in Oz since the late 70's, right? As a data gathering arm for NSA (and CIA) http://searchsecurity.techtarget.com...ecurity-Agency (NSA formed '52) and building data gathering sites around the world. It could be important to re-visit what is happening PineGap.
