IMPORTANT 11.11.11 energy update

Very quickly...

I said here just a few days ago that I am not hung up on dates, but am now in a respite period after receiving massive energy. There is more to come.

My body was flooded with intense energy, transmuted to indigo/violet waves as it coursed through me, tingling, draining and energising at the same time but very intense.

NB GROUNDING

The energy is intense if you open yourself to it fully. This method I read as a channel on another site, and it worked for me. Take the energy through the crown and direct it to the solar plexus. Rotate it clockwise there (slowly!), it will pick up "toxins", bring these back up, release them to the light with Love, then slowly bring the energy back down through the root, and out to earth. DO NOT ground this energy too quickly.

Those who are "rational" feel free to knock this. In fact, go hard, it will bump the post up for those who can find a use for the information.

If you find it relevant or useful, please say so to keep it up for the same reason.

Remember - grounding, and the energy is Love, do not fear it, even though it is powerful.

Take a normal dose of gold colloid and olive leaf if you have it.

"The 11-11-11 stargate is almost upon us and suddenly many lightworkers/star children are getting the message to ground to the earth for safety at this time. While I agree wholeheartedly with this I must caution against going too fast. There are literally thousands of volts that will be going through the physical body when it passes through this transition and taking the time to bleed off any of this safely will help prevent damage to the physical body.

There is a profound and intense attraction between the pure dark earth energy and the light. Star seeds and lightworkers have largely ignored the three lower chakras and their astral bodies. These should be integrated at this time as well and energy channels created through them in a proper manner.

This is what not to do! Do not visualize light coming down from source and flowing into the earth and then turn around and visualize earth energy coming up from the earth through your body and up the crown chakra. It will not make it that far before the two energies collide in a massive energy exchange or shorting out!

Instead bring the light down into the solar plexus chakra first as an energy ball and rotate it until it feels stable, then raise this energy ball of solar plexus energy into the light along with all toxins that will attach to it. Release the toxins into the light and bring the energy back down and repeat the process until the solar plexus chakra is clear.

Only then continue on to the Spleen chakra and do the same. Collect all the toxins that are attracted to it and release them into the light. After it is complete you can go to the root chakra and clear it. Only then continue down to the chakra where the feet touch the ground and finally you can safely bring light down into the core of the earth itself.

What this process does is create safe and natural energy pathways for the surge of energy that is soon to come. It also clears each chakra and makes it ready for the 11-11-11 gateway."

I always believed this week would bring MASSIVE energies. You don't need to do the guided meditations etc to partake in them - just be receptive to them and feel them flow through and around you. Exciting times!

I was expecting nothing, but this evening around 9 PM I was suddenly struck by vertigo and had to sit down and just 'go'. I am still on shaky legs and feel woozy. I do wonder what is going on with me. I have Bach olive somewhere. I will find a smokey quartz until then. Hematite would be good also. Don't know where that one is.

BTW. Gold and Olive are both ruled by the Sun.

I had a similar experience a couple of weeks ago, only instead of "draining" it felt more like I was being inflated with Light and a feeling of weightlessness.

That's one method. Another similar yogic process, on inhalation, brings the light down the front from golden light source, visualized pooling about 3 ft. above the head, to the hara (about 2 in. below the belly button), then to the base, where it rotates to return, on exhalation, back up the spinal nadis (scouring up toxins as it ascends, to be released out through the crown and expelled back into the light). Then repeat. Continue until satisfied. Some also accompany with a mantra. As in all things, offer any merit for the benefit of all beings unconditionally.

(NB: With any advanced yogic practices, it is best to study techniques directly from a qualified instructor, before undertaking them on one's own).

A small while ago, we came across loads of smokey quartz at a fossikers garage sale (yard sale to you I believe). It is good stuff for times like these! I also found some jet fortuitously, walking along a deserted beach, I found 7 pieces wahed up in the sand. One was mine (judged by holding in the hand), and I found the other 5 people it was meant for, but couldn't understand why there was one left without a home. Then I met my partner, and it was hers

Rescue remedy would even be good I'm thinking. If you have never looked into olive leaf extract (as opposed to Bach olive), you should check it out - it is amazing stuff

Rescue remedy is great, but I only use it when shocked or traumatized in some way and it takes quite a whack to do that to me. I do use it in a spray for transplanting plants. On the roots and the hole they are going into. Eliminates and/or minimizes the 'shock' that often accompanies that procedure. Doing it on a waning Moon also helps. We are going into that phase now, but here in the NorthEast USA, there will be no planting for some months now.

BTW. I am more stable now. I take what happened as a positive occurrence. I just hope it is fully passed by late tomorrow afternoon when I have to have my hands on someone. I trust it will. Ones Dharma has a way of being aligned with the Universe.

Thank you for reminding me about rescue remedy for plant transplants. I am thinking of doing some soon, after my partner cleared a patch in the garden during a burst of energy this afternoon. We are in E Oz, and our native plants are often hard to transplant successfully.

I actually began feeling it that intense yesterday; the energy wave that is. So yes, although the timing of this energy hitting the Earth is on specific dates, the energy will take a while to be observed by all the creatures on Earth. Some were able to pick it up right away while others are only beginning to feel it now. And of course, there will always be a group that will deny this energy and even thought nothing can stop it from going through you; you are still in control and if wanted you could mentally block it and feel no effect whats so ever.

It is not the time to pick sides or create hysteria and confusion, this is a time for individual growth that can then aid us in that of the collective. All souls that are ready and willing for this change to occur within the frames of their bodies and mind, must first look into themselves and fight their on angels and demons, balancing them out in the process, before trying to achieve this transition together with others and Earth itself.

I definitely felt and continue to feel a big shift in love energy. I have been exuding love energy so wonderfully strongly...I feel so in love with everything more strongly than ever before. I am having a blast with this energy.

And I want to concur with Rantaak...We are at the point now were we are best served and able to better serve the all by radiating OUT not by taking in. Its all about from the inside out now...be the change you want to see in the world...Be Love NOW!!!
