One thing that we all need is comprehension of what we are doing moment to moment. That inquires us to search deep for spiritual meaning in our lives. If we have insight into everyday things we can bring ourselves to another level of light and compassion. To see that we are gods instrument is valuable to everyone. When we know who we are we can make a new transformation and bring about radical changes in our daily lives.

This is expressed beautifully in the saying "homo noce te ipsum" Man know thyself and though will know the universe and its gods.
