Given IF this were true, what force and effect do they expect a civil suit will render? Civil and not criminal? Not to mention it's in the wrong court (as if any court was the right one)... should this not be in an international criminal tribunal of some kind? And who would enforce any action? What are they going to do, put a lien on Rockefeller Center?

Interesting, but as always, Ben Fulford needs to deliver the goods. Ever piece of correspondance that has come from him regarding the white dragions, the lawsuits, has not ever materialized, and although he seems to knwo what is going on, there has never been any shreds of proof that could be taken seriously.

One can only hope that it at least get some exposure and lets some more light in

What I would ask you is this, have you ever attempted to use the courts to get a remedy against government?

Not personally but on occasion you get an honest man as prosecutor like Patrick J. Fitzgerald in the Scooter Libby case.

Now ... perhaps that was a matter of someone "falling on their sword" to protect those above them ...

Regardless ... just citing one example (from memory) where the judicial system going after government is an honest attempt at justice.

I am still reading the Statement of Claim, but this so far is very interesting.
He is opening the biggest can of worms I ever saw in a court.
On a side note, I wonder if this is in anyway connected to a couple of Japanese being arrested in Italy a few years ago whilst in possession of ''fake'' bonds worth billions?

Wait until it can be tracked online, so that we know for a fact this is real.
Man, I would love to be there for every part of this action.
I hope they don't toss this on a technicality.
It seems to be well written and covers the jurisdiction and cause of action parts well.
I am halfway through it and I haven't gotten to the relief sought part yet.
