The Texas Department of State Health Services will drop vaccines from the air Wednesday.

It's part of the annual effort to protect people and livestock from rabies. They'll drop about 1.8 million doses of the rabies vaccine over the next month.

The vaccines are enclosed in small packets dipped in fish oil and coated with fish meal crumbles.

The baits don't pose a risk to humans, but organizers say you should avoid them because animals are less likely to eat the bait if a human has been messing with it.

NHL Champ Tim Thomas Declines White House Invitation Due To "Out of Control Government"

One of the perks of winning a championship title in professional sports is to attend the traditional White House meet-and-greet, where the President himself comes out to congratulate the players and to throw a few pre-scripted jokes. Well Tim Thomas, the all-star goalie of the Boston Bruins and winner of the playoff MVP award did not perceive this rare occasion as a privilege. Nope, in a gutsy and controversial move, the only American-born player on the entire team totally boycotted the event. In his Facebook page, Thomas explained the reason of his absence:

"I believe the Federal government has grown out of control, threatening the Rights, Liberties, and Property of the People. This is being done at the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial level. This is in direct opposition to the Constitution and the Founding Fathers vision for the Federal government.

Because I believe this, today I exercised my right as a Free Citizen, and did not visit the White House. This was not about politics or party, as in my opinion both parties are responsible for the situation we are in as a country. This was about a choice I had to make as an INDIVIDUAL.

This is the only public statement I will be making on this topic."

His absence was not well received AT ALL by fans and journalists who called him a "disgrace" and a "right-wing redneck". I call him "someone who knows what the hell is going on and won't stand for it". The last few administrations have indeed betrayed the very foundations of the US Constitution and it doesn't take a "right-wing redneck" to realize it. We've seen in the past weeks the voting of some of the most disgusting laws in US History, notably the NDAA, the police-state law.

So, in short, it takes guts to win a Stanley Cup but it takes balls of iron-clad steel to reject the President and to tell the world what you think about the presidency. Kudos, Tim Thomas. I for one respect your move.

SALMON, Idaho (Reuters) - Bird enthusiasts are reporting rising numbers of snowy owls from the Arctic winging into the lower 48 states this winter in a mass southern migration that a leading owl researcher called "unbelievable."

Thousands of the snow-white birds, which stand 2 feet tall with 5-foot wingspans, have been spotted from coast to coast, feeding in farmlands in Idaho, roosting on rooftops in Montana, gliding over golf courses in Missouri and soaring over shorelines in Massachusetts.

A certain number of the iconic owls fly south from their Arctic breeding grounds each winter but rarely do so many venture so far away even amid large-scale, periodic southern migrations known as irruptions.

"What we're seeing now -- it's unbelievable," said Denver Holt, head of the Owl Research Institute in Montana.

"This is the most significant wildlife event in decades," added Holt, who has studied snowy owls in their Arctic tundra ecosystem for two decades.

Holt and other owl experts say the phenomenon is likely linked to lemmings, a rodent that accounts for 90 percent of the diet of snowy owls during breeding months that stretch from May into September. The largely nocturnal birds also prey on a host of other animals, from voles to geese.

An especially plentiful supply of lemmings last season likely led to a population boom among owls that resulted in each breeding pair hatching as many as seven offspring. That compares to a typical clutch size of no more than two, Holt said.

Greater competition this year for food in the Far North by the booming bird population may have then driven mostly younger, male owls much farther south than normal.

Research on the animals is scarce because of the remoteness and extreme conditions of the terrain the owls occupy, including northern Russia and Scandinavia, he said.

The surge in snowy owl sightings has brought birders flocking from Texas, Arizona and Utah to the Northern Rockies and Pacific Northwest, pouring tourist dollars into local economies and crowding parks and wildlife areas. The irruption has triggered widespread public fascination that appears to span ages and interests.

"For the last couple months, every other visitor asks if we've seen a snowy owl today," said Frances Tanaka, a volunteer for the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge northeast of Olympia, Washington.

But accounts of emaciated owls at some sites -- including a food-starved bird that dropped dead in a farmer's field in Wisconsin -- suggest the migration has a darker side. And Holt said an owl that landed at an airport in Hawaii in November was shot and killed to avoid collisions with planes.

He said snowy owl populations are believed to be in an overall decline, possibly because a changing climate has lessened the abundance of vegetation like grasses that lemmings rely on.

This winter's snowy owl outbreak, with multiple sightings as far south as Oklahoma, remains largely a mystery of nature.

"There's a lot of speculation. As far as hard evidence, we really don't know," Holt said.

Many people are feeling agitated and un-easy recently.

I was asked to forward this. Research has proven many GMOs to have serious health impacts, cancer, sterilization, etc. At least we should have a choice.

Hi everyone,

The public hearings on SB 6298 and HB 2637 were lively and packed with supporters for labeling genetically modified foods. Right now the bills are being considered by the respective agricultural committees. Please, the senators and representatives in those committees need to hear from everyone who is in favor of labeling genetically modified foods. If they are not encouraged to move ahead with this issue, it could stay in committee indefinitely. This week is key in contacting these legislators.

We know why we want GMO foods labeled. What spurred legislators to introduce this bill is that GMO wheat is in the process of being created. Wheat is Washington's #2 export – after Boeing – and 50 countries have laws prohibiting the import of GMO foods or have labeling requirements for GMO foods. This could destroy our wheat export economy.

The main counter argument presented was 1) that a federal labeling law is needed, as a state by state law is cumbersome, and 2) having such a law in WA only will be an issue for food processors. At this point, a federal law is not likely, but Washington could lead the way for the rest of the nation. These issues were addressed by information that some states that have state-only labeling for certain items, as well as some grocers coming forward to say they could deal with it. Meanwhile, the GMO producers were silent, but let us remember that Monsanto routinely spends $8 million to $9 million each year on lobbying. They don't need to show up to public hearings.

On January 31, family farmers, organic seeds growers and sustainable farm advocates will travel to New York City to take part in the first phase of the lawsuit filed to protect farmers from genetic trespass by Monsanto's genetically engineered seed, which contaminates organic and conventional farmer's crops and opens them up to abusive lawsuits by the world's largest biotech seed and chemical corporation.

I don't know if I should be asking this question, but: Am I stupid or a genius?

This is a big world with a gazillion bits of data on the internet. Everything and anything can be found at the click of a computer keypad.

There are billions of people on this planet and the #1 complaint all have knocking at their door not just today but over centuries is government theft through taxation.

I have worked now for over ten-years to show people that all taxation as it is in real form: it is just a revenue source for government and that government can structure and build its "other" revenue sources to eliminate "all" taxation.

That government in its collective totals when looking at gross income since the year 2000 now brings in more from investment income than all taxation collected. Enterprise income is substantial also and that "Investment" and "Enterprise" income can be structured to supplement and then eliminate that age old revenue source for government of taxation in its entirety.

So, here is a conundrum as an enigma in a bottle sitting in the light of day but veiled from cognitive thinking by the majority of the population as if free thinking was conditioned and controlled in parallel from back in the dark ages.

A search on Google for the exact phrase " Ending Taxation" http://google.com/#q="ending+taxation" as of today brings up 18,800 hits. The first "TEN PAGES" of the hits are monopolized by CAFR1 Videos and articles. Even every other page after that point has at least one or two CAFR1 mentions. When using the two key words without quotes of: ending taxation http://google.com/#sclient=psy-ab&hl...nding+taxation yields 21,900,000 hits.

Here we have tens of thousands of politicians; hundreds of taxpayer representation groups; tens of thousands of educational groups; political parties that represent tens of millions of individuals; network and media outlets that reach hundreds of millions of people and the "silence" continues to be deafening per the simple and open mention or discussion by them of the simple words: "Ending Taxation"?

What are the parallels from the past in the USA? 1880's - Blacks being free, 1600 to 1900 - Indians keeping their land, 1910 - Woman voting. Let's go back even further across the sea: Not paying unto Caesar what is Caesar's - Not worshiping the many Gods of the Pharaohs. So here today, in the 21st century it is - Not ending taxation. None from the Matrix of conditioned thinking dare speak the words in the presence of the Lords or rulers.

My are most all so brilliantly conditioned to perpetuate government's business as usual in their collection of taxation when with restructuring government taxation (read my lips) it is not needed.

You will notice within all of those hits on Google there is not one carry-through mention by the "Syndicate" of: organized political; education; or News media. Again their silence is deafening. Must be a tad bit too much easy money involved that secures their absolute and obedient silence in the matter but then the natives and serfs are now learning for themselves and what they are learning now is the true meaning of one word: FREEDOM.

The unquenchable fire has begun and soon it will encompass the planet in a wind that can not be extinguished. No taxation needed and a prosperous World economy for the next 1000-years.

It still leaves me with the thought in light of the organized government racketeering in place today contrary to the population's true interests: Am I stupid or a genius? Well the true answer to that question will have to wait for a while being that in all reality only time will tell.

Locals here at this popular UFO sighting location at Bray's Point -- and down the Oregon coast at nearby Stonefield Beach -- said they "breathed an exasperated sigh" after Tuesday's solar storm brought no new disaster to this region that's been slammed by a week of fierce winter weather. The day of the solar storm "passed slowly with a fuzzy haze over Bray's Point," and towards nightfall Jan. 24 "it was red and bright yellow all over," explained Oregon UFO "watcher" Errol while pointing to an "upside down tree" hanging on nearby power lines as "one sign that something crazy happened with that solar storm." In turn, those UFO watchers over in Sweden "have been all over the Internet with reports of crazy northern lights and lots of sightings Jan. 24," added Errol who reminded UFO fans that "the Sun has always been `connected' to historical records of UFO sightings going back to 360 AD in the Kushan Kingdom with a cold coin (on display at the British Museum in London) showing the Goddess Ardoksho pointing to stars in the heavens and what appears to be a spacecraft."

Swedes get bird's eye view of Sun storm

Those lucky enough to be in Sweden on Jan. 24 when the solar radiation storm "from the broiling Sun turned the chilly northernmost skies of Earth into an ever-changing and awe-provoking art show of northern lights," reported MSNBC TV reports the day after, on Jan. 25, while worldwide UFO sightings were also noted as "spectacular" during this rare Sun eruption that cast ultraviolet light over much of the Earth's northern regions

In turn, MSNBC noted that even experienced stargazers were stunned by the intensity of the aurora borealis that swept across the night sky in northern Scandinavia after the biggest solar flare in six years."

"It has been absolutely incredible," British astronomer John Mason cried from the deck of the MS Midnatsol, a cruise ship plying the fjord-fringed coast of northern Norway.

"I saw my first aurora 40 years ago, and this is one of the best," Mason told The Associated Press, his voice nearly drowning in the cheers of awe-struck fellow passengers.

In turn, U.S. space weather experts from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) – at both the national headquarters and NOAA's $38 million Marine Operations Center in nearby Newport, Oregon, said on Jan. 24 that this massive eruption on the Sun "triggered the auroras," that were seen as far south as Wales and the Oregon coast; while ufologists noted in Jan. 25 online reports that these "auroras" are "a perfect time for UFO sightings, and those who looked for them were not disappointed."

Bray's Point UFO sightings & "strange sounds"

Oregon UFO "watcher" Errol – in reporting from Bray's Point in a Huliq interview Jan. 25 – noted "numerous sightings Tuesday evening up and down the West Coast."

"We had one report up north in Canada early Jan. 25 that a spread of nine bright lights were spotted by UFO watchers who then noted a sort of 'voice' with a high-sonic stiletto that stopped everything dead," Errol explained.

In turn, the Canadian watcher said it was "haunting," but also "somehow familiar" as the Sun storm released auroras "blended with this possible alien spacecraft that produced a high pitched sound like "someone clearing his throat of rumbling phlegm."

"It just all sounded crazy from that high North American vantage point up in Canada," added Errol of an e-mail communication he had with a fellow UFO watcher in Canada early Jan. 25.

Also, he said "one real bright light" was reported at 4:30 a.m. -- in the Bray's Point, Stonefield Beach region -- Wednesday morning, "that our watcher said had the same hallmarks of other `colorful' sightings" happening over in England and Scandinavia Jan. 25.

Moreover, Errol said: "Nobody bothers to report these types of sightings due, in part, to a lot is already happening in the sky."

Coins with images of "aliens" a clue?

Errol also noted that "Sun storms" or events involving the Sun and other things happening in the heavens are a "very interesting" revelation of the recently released British government hoard of once top secret UFO documents, "reveals how the British UFO hunters examined ancient coins on display at the British Museum in London, for clues to when UFO sightings began here on Earth.

In turn, a review of one British government UFO document makes note that a 123 B.C. "drachm" coin featured a "helmeted bust" of a Babylon king seated at "what resembled a control panel;" while the flip side of this ancient coin featured the Sun with "shooting stars" and unidentified "coded numbers or symbols."

Sun storm a "wake up call" for ufologists

The Jan. 25 MSNBC TV report also noted an expert stating that this radiation eruption on the Sun was more than just another Sun spot that impacted the Earth. "To me this was a wakeup call. The sun is reminding us that solar max is approaching," the expert said. "A lot worse is in store for us. We hope that you guys are paying attention. I would say we passed with flying colors."

Those who got to see Tuesday night's colorful display marveled at the brilliance added the MSNBC TV report; while also pointing to locals in Sweden who reacted to these "signs in the heavens."

"It was the biggest northern lights I've seen in the five, six years that I've worked here," said Andreas Hermansson, a tour guide at the Ice Hotel in the Swedish town of Jukkasjarvi, above the Arctic Circle.

In turn, the reported noted that Hermansson "was leading a group of tourists on a bus tour in the area when a green glow that had lingered in the sky for much of the evening virtually exploded into a spectacle of colors around10:15 p.m. local time."

"We stopped the bus. And suddenly it was just this gigantic display of dancing lights and Technicolor," said Michele Cahill, an Irish psychologist who was on the tour. "It was an absolutely awesome display. It went on for over an hour. Literally one would have to lie on the ground to capture it all."

UFO sightings overseas on the rise

Likewise, Swedish media reported "numerous UFO sightings Tuesday," after an aurora appeared and "a magnetic solar wind slammed into the Earth's magnetic field, exciting both electrons of oxygen and nitrogen," and other strange and unexplained "trigger points here on Earth" at Bray's Point and all across the northern region of North America, Northern Europe and Asia.

In general, ufologists report that "thus far in 2012, sightings overseas are on the rise," with most local police giving no quarter to those who report a UFO, add ufologists, "because nobody cares much about it anymore with the exception of a growing number of believers who say "it only takes one to believe."

Moreover, NASA recently noted that the crew of the International Space Station reported "seeing strange lights" that they believe are linked to the northern lights, this recent Sun eruption or something more.

The electromagnetic burst associated with the start of this week's storm occurred at about 11 p.m. ET Sunday, reaching medlum levels. Then, on Monday and Tuesday, the proton radiation from the eruption hit strong levels, the most powerful since October 2003. That mostly affects astronauts and satellites, but NASA said the crew on the International Space Station was not harmed, and other space experts noted that only a few minor problems with satellites were reported.

Thee reason that many of the top Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate crooks have not been arrested yet is that the old system needs to be kept going with string and wire and duct-tape until final preparations for a radically new system are completed. For example, an Asian proposal now being negotiated calls for 10 million yen or about US$125,000 to be budgeted for each and every individual human being on earth. The Pentagon is also making similar radical proposals for a complete change of how humans interact with each other and with nature. The big conclusion being reached at the highest level is that the old financial system in the West was an illusion used by a secret cabal to keep us enslaved. We are now about to become truly free in ways that will exceed most people's most optimistic expectations. However, there will be some hard work at first before this becomes true.

The proposal being forwarded by the White Dragon Society to Asian clan elders is for the creation of a new, meritocratically staffed organization to be set up near Tenri City, South of Osaka. The name now being proposed for this organization is "Long-term Investments For Everyone," or LIFE, for short.

The negotiations towards unifying the Korean Peninsula with Japan and moving the capital of this new entity to the same region are also proceeding smoothly. We can confirm that Japanese "kidnap victim" Megumi Yokota is the mother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. Kim has agreed to accept the union of the Northern dynasty with the Southern one in the region in exchange for a ceremonial post. Perhaps he can become the symbol of unity and have his own palace and staff.

The initial funding for LIFE, to be backed by Gold returned to Asia from the West as well as by other historical assets, can be set at 7000 trillion yen or, as mentioned above, about $125,000 per human. The money will be delivered in the form of development services such as canals, sewer systems, desalination plants, nature preserves, fish farms etc. People working for LIFE will receive generous salaries and be subject to draconian penalties for corruption.

LIFE will not be the only major organization working on planning for the future of the species according to White Dragon Society proposals.

It will probably have to be initially headed by someone from India in order to make up for past British racism. The Catholic Church and Vatican Bank will also want to have a Christian planning agency controlled by actual Christians for their 1.2 billion members once the Satanists are purged from the Vatican bank.

Similar independent groups such as the Chinese, the Muslims, the Africans and the first nations will also be able to plan for their own independent futures.

In addition, the United Nations will have to be radically restructured in order to make it truly representative of the human race and not be an instrument of Western imperialism as it is today.

Studies by the pentagon, anthropological research and corporate governance research all conclude that the most effective decision making bodies number between 6-9 people. This is the size of the traditional human family during hunter gatherer times. The most natural division for humanity along cultural and historical lines suggests a new council of elders be put at the heart of the United Nations Security Council.

The White Dragon suggestion is for a representative to be selected by each of the following groups: Africa, China, East Asia (excluding China), India, North and South America, Europe including Russia, the Islamic world and first nations.

This 8 person grouping would only function as an emergency consultative council to deal with issues affecting all humans. It would operate according to majority rule. Each region would have a veto but that veto would be restricted to that region only.

Sovereign nation states would continue to exist as before unless voluntary agreements to merge were reached between countries.

The Pentagon, for its part, has reached an agreement to merge with the Chinese and Russian Military to form a global peace keeping force, according to a high ranking agency source.

There has also been an agreement to break up many of the large corporations controlled by the Khazarian Satanic Cabal. Microsoft was specifically mentioned as a company that was about to go Kaput. The major corporate media corporations will also be broken up. Many other top 100 corporations will be broken up into as many as 20 smaller units, according to this source.

We are getting overwhelmed with requests for healing, clarity, and questions about what is going on. The Last Book on UFOs

The reason for the title is because off worlders will soon be telling us straight about who they are and why they are here. Contact is happening around the world with unprecedented ufo sightings over major cities. I was going to write a book but with global contacts; which are escalating time is of the essence. I want to first discuss the censorship and cover-up; dismal failure that it is. There are many aspects to it and knowing the hidden agendas will clarify why there is a sophisticated cover-up most people and even ufo researchers do not see. Some are even participating unknowingly in the cover-up.

The old cover-up and disinformation program was to officially dismiss the existence of ufos. They would parade bought scientists and other officials under the guise of national security to lie and deceive the people. Although this is still going on even at top levels the real disinformation work is happening on unseen levels. When you know the goals you can easily see through the disinformation. When you look at the backgrounds of those in places of dissemination of information about ufos it will also clue you in to whether or not they can be trusted.

Many of the boards of ufo groups have been highly infiltrated along with well known ufologists and talk show hosts by military intelligence. Look at their history and service records. Not all but many are still working for the same agencies. They will disclose some information and control the release of information but they will not go the distance and tell you the entire truth. The game now is to keep it in the past and far away. When a major sighting or contact happens and footage is taken they flood the internet with rumors and fakes to discredit the footage and character assassinate anyone else involved. Case in point is the Dome of the Rock footage. There were a couple of real videos and photos taken along with multiple witnesses followed by a flood of fakes. There are other ways using psychotronics to create mental instability and even deliver false messages straight into the mind of unknowing victims who may be of good character yet ignorant of these technologies. Once the victim delivers the false message even though they gave hundreds of true messages this is used to discredit them and blasted all over the net and throughout the ufo community.

The most obvious cover-up program is SETI; which is acting as if they are looking relieving everyone of doing their own investigation. Looking for radio waves is like using the Pony Express rather than email to deliver information. Any advanced race of beings would be using beyond light speed communication or non-local instantaneous communication as discovered by cutting edge science. Is there any wonder why SETI is used as the official Main Stream Media source? UFOs are appearing all over the world, contact as well and it has been proven and demonstrated yet where is SETI? Are they oblivious to global events because they are locked in on radio waves as the way to search? It is like a dinosaur looking for a satellite they just don't have the proper equipment or mental capabilities.

Now reason this, where you put your mind, there you are. Telepathy, remote viewing, remote sensing all show a higher form of communication. There have been experiments proving instantaneous communication no matter what the distance. Everything exists within the quantum field and everything is in communication; communicating instantaneously. The real question is how do we access this? Do we use physical equipment to measure non-physical realities? Do we look for less dense physical highly advanced beings and their ships, energy beings with energy ships, light beings with light ships, multidimensional beings with radio receivers and physical apparatus? Do we demand proof to be in the 1% physical reality we can perceive when scientists tell us we can only measure less than one percent of the universe in which we live? How barbaric and unscientific is that?

Are we a spirit with a body or just a body and can that spirit access other planes, dimensions, times, etc. Why would an advanced civilization not have mastered these abilities or have the technology to jump dimensions or time?

Why is this information in all of the ancient writings totally ignored about physical ships, energy ships, light ships along with their occupants? Why have the plethora of documented contacts in the past been ignored. Who have we given our power too to tell us if ufos are real and let us know when they will contact us, who they are and why they are hear? I don't think any person or agency with a record of consistent lying should be given any credibility whatsoever in these matters nor should they be the source of truth.

So where does one find truth? The same place mystics, saints and sages have been telling you to find God, Creator, Spirit from within. Do your own research then take it within as to whether it is true for you. You are a multidimensional spirit; which has a temporary physical body and all the answers are within. Yet many have chosen the physical body and base mental and emotional body to be their reality. These people can be lead like sheep, are susceptible to the disinformation and fear tactics used to herd them into a be lie f system that is limited and false.

So what happens when you realize you are a multidimensional being, a spirit existing on a vibration continuum and begin to access other beings within the unified field? "CONTACT" This is what they do not want you to know or have access to. They want you to be an ignorant sheep for human farming totally oblivious to any other reality outside their needs for you. Sound heavy, believe me it is? Do you really think the Powers That Be want to empower you, enlighten you, and unify you with the Creator, the rest of Creation? Do they want fueless energy, anti or counter gravity, the cure for disease, universal peace? The oil, war and disease profiteers would go broke. You could not be enslaved through dependency or ruled through fear and God forbid the Golden Age would put them out of business. The good news is the Earth will eventually reunite with the greater family of man, all these things will come to pass and those who believe and promote separation or continue to believe they are entitled to rule and enslave others will not continue in this evolutionary spiral. They will no longer be frequency specific to the Earth in her ascension process. Spiritual and peaceful non-compliance is the answer in the days to come. Now is the time to no longer participate in any actions that are harmful to humanity and the Earth. It is time call on the God within, stand for truth, remind others of universal law and the karmic consequences of their actions. Those on high zipping around in the heavens inspire this; they exist in the same unified field and draw from it just as you do. They are only aware of and access more of it. They are you elder brothers and sisters on high. They don't use feekin antique radios to communicate. Be well,
